珍珠（三钱） 琥珀（三钱） 水晶（三钱） 龙齿（一钱） 石决明（三钱） 熊胆（三钱） 龙
脑（旋加五分）
上捣碎研细，水五升，砂锅内煎至一升，去粗，用银锅熬至一盏，入净白蜜五钱，和为
膏，每夜卧后点之，旦不可点。
武当山上一仙方，泄漏天机不可当，巴豆蕤仁和制石， 砂龙骨白丁香，不论远年翳膜
障，管教一点便开光。
制石（二钱） 巴豆（一钱，去壳） 蕤仁（一钱，二味同煎水去渣，以水入制石内，候干
砂，用田螺一个，漂二日，泥净开口时，以 砂三四分入内，候其化水，以银铫煎
龙骨（火 为极细末，二分） 白丁香（取两头尖者，端午取用，甘草汤浸一宿，晒干研细收贮，旋加少许点翳膜 肉）
治红肿翳膜。
人龙一条，取壮大色白者，以线系首尾，入长流水洗净，将瓷尖破开，滴白浆，入制石
内，点目亦效。
一去 肉，用杏仁百粒，捣烂取汁，调制 砂点，或又用白丁香亦可。
治翳。
淡竹壳不拘多少，用布拭去毛，烧灰存性，每药一钱，加麝香三五厘，同擂细末，点在
翳上亦妙。
凡治外障眼，切不可用刀针钩割，恐伤眼血，后成痼疾，不可治疗。经曰∶眼得血而能
视，则血何可损也。但用金液、玉华等方，自愈。
一凡飞丝入眼，用盐一粒，在口噙化，其丝自出，或用香草子一粒入眼，其子在眼走动
，榐丝拨出，自愈。
一凡嘴眼歪斜，服去风药数剂，脉平又服温补，外用鳝鱼血磨白芨涂面一边，立见其貌
端正矣。
去除各种眼翳和障膜。

将上述药材捣碎并研磨成细粉，加入五升水，在砂锅中煎煮至剩余一升，滤去药渣，再用银锅熬浓缩至一盏的量，加入纯净的白蜜五钱，调和制成膏状。每晚睡前点入眼中，早晨不可点用。
武当山上流传的一个仙方，泄露天机后果严重，巴豆与蕤仁经炮制后配合制石，加上砂、龙骨、白丁香，无论多么陈旧的翳膜障蔽，保证一点就能重见光明。
制石（二钱） 巴豆（一钱，去掉外壳） 蕤仁（一钱，这两味药同煎水后去渣，将药汁倒入制石中，待其干燥成砂状。取田螺一个，漂洗两天，洗净泥土并开口，将三四分这种“砂”放入螺内，等待其化成水。用银器煎煮龙骨（火煅后研成极细末，二分）和白丁香（选取两头尖的，端午节采集，用甘草汤浸泡一夜，晒干后研细备用，临用时加少许点于翳膜或胬肉上）。
治疗红肿及翳膜。
取一条活蚯蚓，选择体型壮硕、颜色洁白的，用线系住首尾，放入流动的长流水中洗净，将瓷碗尖端打破，滴入蚯蚓流出的白色浆液，混入制石中，点入眼中也有效。
去除胬肉，用杏仁一百粒，捣烂取汁，调制上述“砂”来点眼，或者也可以使用白丁香。
治疗眼翳。
淡竹壳不限数量，用布擦去绒毛，烧成灰但保留药性（存性），每用药一钱，加入麝香三五厘，一同研磨成细末，点在翳上也很奇妙。
凡是治疗外障眼病，千万不可用刀针钩割，恐怕损伤眼部血液，日后形成顽固疾病，无法治疗。医经说：“眼睛得到血液滋养才能视物”，那么血液怎么可以受损呢？只需使用金液、玉华等方剂，自然痊愈。
另外，如果有飞丝进入眼中，含化一粒盐在口中，飞丝自然会出来；或者用香草子一粒放入眼中，种子在眼中滚动，将飞丝拨出，即可自愈。
另外，对于口眼歪斜的症状，服用祛风药物数剂，待脉象平和后再服用温补药物，外用鳝鱼血磨碎白芨涂抹面部歪斜的一侧，立刻可见容貌端正。
Eliminate various corneal opacities and visual obstructions.
Zhenzhu (Pearl, 3 qian) Hupo (Amber, 3 qian) Shuijing (Rock Crystal, 3 qian) Longchi (Dragon's Teeth, 1 qian) Shijueming (Haliotidis Shell, 3 qian) Xiongdan (Ursi Bile, 3 qian) Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, add 5 fen when in use)
Crush the above herbs and grind them into a fine powder. Add five sheng of water, decoct in a clay pot until one sheng remains, filter out the dregs, then boil in a silver pot to reduce to one zhan. Add five qian of pure white honey and mix to form an ointment. Instill into the eyes every night before sleep; do not instill in the morning.
A celestial prescription from Mount Wudang, revealing heavenly secrets carries heavy consequences. Radix Crotonis Tiglii (Badou) and Semen Pruni Armeniacae Laevigatae (Ruiren) are processed together with prepared Lithium Carbonate (Zhishi), along with Cinnabaris (Shasha), Os Draconis (Longgu), and Streblus Asper Fruit (Baodingxiang). Regardless of how old the corneal opacity or membrane obstruction is, one application guarantees restored vision.
Prepared Lithium Carbonate (Zhishi, 2 qian) Radix Crotonis Tiglii (Badou, 1 qian, husked) Semen Pruni Armeniacae Laevigatae (Ruiren, 1 qian). Decoct these two herbs in water, strain the residue, and pour the liquid into the Zhishi. Wait for it to dry into a sandy texture. Take one river snail, wash it for two days, clean the mud, and open the shell. Place three to four fen of this "sand" inside the snail. Wait for it to liquefy. Decoct Os Draconis (Longgu, calcined and ground to an extremely fine powder, 2 fen) and Streblus Asper Fruit (Baodingxiang, select those pointed at both ends, harvested on Dragon Boat Festival, soaked overnight in Licorice Decoction, dried, ground finely, and stored; add a small amount when instilling onto corneal opacities or pterygium).
Treat redness, swelling, and corneal opacities.
Take one earthworm, selecting a robust and white specimen. Tie a thread around its head and tail, wash it thoroughly in running long-flowing water. Break the tip of a porcelain bowl to drip the white exudate into the prepared Lithium Carbonate (Zhishi). Instilling this into the eyes is also effective.
To remove pterygium (Gourou), use one hundred Almond kernels (Xingren), crush them to extract the juice, mix with the aforementioned "sand" for instillation. Alternatively, Streblus Asper Fruit (Baodingxiang) may be used.
Treat corneal opacities.
Use as much light bamboo shell (Danzhuke) as needed. Wipe off the hairs with cloth, burn to ash while preserving its medicinal properties (Cunxing). For every one qian of medicine, add three to five li of Moschus (Shexiang), grind together into a fine powder, and apply to the opacity. This is also excellent.
When treating external eye disorders, absolutely avoid using knives, needles, hooks, or cutting instruments, as this may damage the blood vessels of the eye, leading to chronic incurable diseases later. The classics state: "The eyes see only when nourished by blood," so how can the blood be damaged? Simply use formulas such as Jin Ye Tang or Yu Hua Wan, and self-healing will occur.
Additionally, if a foreign filament enters the eye, hold a grain of salt in the mouth to dissolve; the filament will naturally exit. Or, place one seed of Artemisia Capillaris (Xiangcaozi) into the eye; as the seed moves within the eye, it will push the filament out, resulting in self-healing.
Additionally, for facial paralysis characterized by deviation of the mouth and eye, administer several doses of wind-dispelling herbs. Once the pulse becomes balanced, administer warming and tonifying herbs. Externally, apply ground White Peony Root (Baijiu) mixed with loach blood to the unaffected side of the face. The appearance will immediately return to symmetry.
