防风通圣散 治诸疮肿毒神效。（方见中风。）
隔蒜灸法 治一切恶疮毒、大痛或不痛、或麻木。如痛者，灸至不痛；不痛者，灸至知痛而止。
其毒随火而散。盖火有畅达之义，此从治之法也，大有回生之验。用大蒜头切三文钱浓，安疮头上，用艾壮
与蒜上灸之三壮，换蒜复灸。未成者即消，已成者即败，大势不能为害。如疮大，用大蒜捣烂摊疮上，将
艾铺上烧之，蒜败再换。如不痛或不作脓，不起发或阴毒痛，更宜多灸。灸而仍不痛、不作脓者不治，
此气血虚也。
葱熨法 治虚怯人患肿块，或痛或不痛，或风袭于经络、肢体疼痛，或四肢筋挛骨痛；又治流注、
跌扑损伤肿痛、棒打刺痛及妇人吹乳、阴症腹痛、手足厥冷并治。
用葱头细切杵烂，炒热敷患处，冷则易之再熨，肿痛即止，如神。
豆豉饼 治疮疡肿硬不溃及溃而不敛，并一切顽疮恶疮。
用江西豆豉为末，以唾调作饼子三文钱浓，置患处上，将艾壮灸之，干则易之。如疮势大及发背，
用水漱口水调作饼，覆患处，以艾铺饼上灸之。如未成即消，已成即败，其毒势易愈。如不效者，气血虚也。
一切无名肿毒
洪宝丹 治一切肿毒，败血消肿，及汤烫火烧、金疮打扑，血出不止并效。
天花粉（三两） 白芷（二两） 赤芍（二两） 郁金（一两）
上为末，热毒用茶调，冷用酒调，涂患处。衄血不止，冷水调涂颈项上。此药最绝血路。
三白散 治一切肿毒、诸疮疼痛。
白芨（一两） 白蔹（一两） 白矾（ ，五钱）
上为细末，用时入药于水碗中即沉底，外用桑皮纸托水搭于患处。热则再易。连搭连易，直待其肿处
冰冷，将药敷上，立时即消。
千金消毒散 治一切恶疮、无名肿毒、发背疔疮、便毒初发，脉洪数弦实、肿甚欲作脓者。
连翘 黄连 赤芍（各一钱） 归尾（一两） 金银花（一两） 皂角刺 牡蛎 大黄 天花粉
芒硝（各三钱。）
上锉，酒、水各半煎服。
祛毒汤 治一切无名肿毒、疼痛初起神效。
贝母 穿山甲（土炒成珠） 僵蚕（各一钱） 大黄（三钱，半生半熟）
上锉作剂，水煎热，用好生酒一盏搅匀，空心热服。渣再煎服，以利为度。
一切恶疮洗法∶
洗毒汤 治一切恶疮疥癞。
地肤子（即扫帚子） 用升半煎汤频浴，数次渐愈。
涤法 洗诸般恶毒。
艾叶 细茶 葱白 桃柳枝 花椒。
上锉，水煎，入盐少许，频洗。

隔蒜灸法 治疗一切恶疮毒、剧烈疼痛或不痛、或麻木。如果疼痛，就艾灸直到不痛为止；如果不痛，就艾灸直到感到疼痛为止。
毒素随着火气而消散。因为火有通畅达到的含义，这是“从治”（顺其病势而治）的方法，大有起死回生的验证。用大蒜头切成三文钱厚的片，放在疮头上，用艾炷在蒜上灸三壮，换蒜再灸。未成脓的就消散，已成脓的就溃破，大势已去便不能为害。如果疮很大，将大蒜捣烂摊在疮上，将艾铺在上面烧灼，蒜坏了再换。如果不痛或不化脓，不起发或阴毒疼痛，更应当多灸。灸后仍然不痛、不化脓的属于不治之症，这是因为气血虚弱。
葱熨法 治疗体虚怯弱之人患肿块，或痛或不痛，或风邪侵袭经络、肢体疼痛，或四肢筋挛骨痛；又治疗流注、跌扑损伤肿痛、棒打刺痛以及妇人吹乳、阴症腹痛、手足厥冷等症一并治疗。
用葱头细细切碎捣烂，炒热后敷在患处，冷了再换继续熨烫，肿痛即刻停止，灵验如神。
豆豉饼 治疗疮疡肿硬不溃破及溃破后不收敛，以及一切顽固疮恶疮。
用江西豆豉研为粉末，用唾液调和做成三文钱厚的饼子，放置在患处上，用艾炷灸它，干了就更换。如果疮势大及发背，用水漱口的水调和做成饼，覆盖在患处，将艾铺在饼上灸它。如果未成脓就消散，已成脓就溃破，毒势容易痊愈。如果无效的，是气血虚弱。
一切无名肿毒
洪宝丹 治疗一切肿毒，败血消肿，以及汤烫火烧、金创打扑，血流不止也有效。
天花粉（三两） 白芷（二两） 赤芍（二两） 郁金（一两）
以上研为粉末，热毒用茶调服，冷证用酒调服，涂于患处。鼻出血不止，用冷水调涂颈项上。此药最能阻断血路。
三白散 治疗一切肿毒、各种疮疡疼痛。
白芨（一两） 白蔹（一两） 白矾（五钱）
以上研为细末，使用时将药放入水碗中即沉底，外用桑皮纸托住水搭在患处。热了就再换。连续搭接连续更换，直到肿胀处冰冷，再将药敷上，立刻即消。
千金消毒散 治疗一切恶疮、无名肿毒、发背疔疮、便毒初发，脉象洪数弦实、肿胀严重欲作脓者。
连翘 黄连 赤芍（各一钱） 归尾（一两） 金银花（一两） 皂角刺 牡蛎 大黄 天花粉 芒硝（各三钱。）
以上锉碎，酒和水各半煎服。

Fangfeng Tongsheng San (Saposhnikovia and Scutellaria Decoction to Unblock the Intestines) treats various sores, carbuncles, and toxic swellings with miraculous efficacy. (Formula see Stroke chapter.)
Garlic-Separated Moxibustion Method treats all kinds of malignant sores and toxins, severe pain or no pain, or numbness. If painful, moxibustion is applied until the pain ceases; if not painful, until pain is felt.
The toxin dissipates with the fire. Since fire implies smooth and unimpeded flow, this is a "conforming treatment" (treating according to the disease's trend), which has great verification in reviving the dying. Use a head of garlic sliced to the thickness of a three-wen coin, place it on the sore, and apply three moxa cones (Zhuang) on the garlic, then replace the garlic and continue moxibustion. Those not yet suppurated will resolve; those already suppurated will ulcerate, and the major pathogenic factor will be unable to cause harm. If the sore is large, mash the garlic and spread it on the sore, lay moxa on top and burn it, replacing the garlic when it spoils. If there is no pain, no suppuration, no elevation, or Yin-toxin pain, more moxibustion is especially appropriate. If after moxibustion there is still no pain and no suppuration, it is incurable, due to deficiency of Qi and Blood.
Scallion-Ironing Method treats patients with weak constitution suffering from masses, whether painful or not; wind invading meridians causing limb pain; or tendon spasms and bone pain in the four limbs. It also treats Liu Zhu (flowing deposits), swelling and pain from falls and blows, stabbing pain from clubbing, women's mastitis ("blown breast"), Yin-syndrome abdominal pain, and cold extremities.
Finely chop and pound scallion heads, stir-fry until hot, and apply to the affected area. Replace when cool and continue ironing; swelling and pain stop immediately, efficacious as divine.
Fermented Soybean Cake treats sores and ulcers that are swollen and hard without ulceration, and those ulcerated but not healing, as well as all stubborn and malignant sores.
Use Jiangxi fermented soybeans (Douchi) ground into powder, mix with saliva to form cakes of three-wen-coin thickness, place on the affected area, and moxibustiate. Replace when dry. For large sores and back carbuncles, use water from rinsing the mouth to mix into cakes, cover the affected area, lay moxa on the cake, and moxibustiate. If not suppurated, it resolves; if suppurated, it ulcerates, and the toxic pathogen heals easily. If ineffective, it is due to deficiency of Qi and Blood.
All Nameless Swelling and Toxins
Hongbao Dan treats all swelling and toxins, dissipates blood stasis and reduces swelling, and is also effective for burns, scalds, metal wounds, and trauma with unceasing bleeding.
Trichosanthes Root (Sanliang / 3 liang) Angelica Dahurica (Liang / 2 liang) Red Peony Root (Liang / 2 liang) Curcuma Aromatica (Yiliang / 1 liang)
Grind all into powder. For heat-toxin, mix with tea; for cold conditions, mix with wine. Apply to the affected area. For unceasing epistaxis, mix with cold water and apply to the neck. This medicine most effectively blocks blood pathways.
Sanbai San (Three Whites Powder) treats all swelling and toxins, and pain from various sores.
Bletilla Rhizome (Yiliang / 1 liang) Ampelopsis Japonica Rootstock (Yiliang / 1 liang) Alum (Wuqian / 5 qian)
Grind into fine powder. When using, place the medicine in a bowl of water where it sinks to the bottom. Support the water with mulberry bark paper and apply to the affected area. Replace when hot. Continue applying and replacing until the swollen area becomes ice-cold, then apply the medicine paste; it disappears immediately.
Qianjin Xiaodu San (Thousand-Gold Detoxifying Powder) treats all malignant sores, nameless swellings and toxins, back carbuncles, Ding sores, and early-stage inguinal abscesses, with pulse being surging, rapid, wiry, and full, and severe swelling about to suppurate.
Forsythia Fruit Coptis Rhizome Red Peony Root (Ge Yi Qian / 1 qian each) Tail of Rehmannia Root (Yiliang / 1 liang) Honeysuckle Flower Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn Oyster Shell Rhubarb Trichosanthes Root Magnolia Bitter Salt (Ge Sanchan / 3 qian each.)
Cut into pieces, decoct with half wine and half water, and take orally.
Qudu Tang (Detoxification Decoction) treats all nameless swellings and toxins, effective for initial pain.
Fritillaria Bulb Pangolin Scales (stir-fried in earth until pearl-like) Bombyx Batryticatus (Ge Yi Qian / 1 qian each) Rhubarb (Sanqian / 3 qian, half raw half cooked)
Cut into pieces, decoct in water until hot, mix with one cup of good raw wine, and take warm on an empty stomach. Decoct the dregs again and take, stopping when bowel movement is achieved.
Washing Methods for All Malignant Sores:
Xidu Tang (Toxin-Washing Decoction) treats all malignant sores and scabies.
Kochia Fruit (also known as Besom Sorghum Seeds) Decoct half sheng in water and bathe frequently; gradual recovery occurs after several times.
Di Fa (Cleansing Method) washes away various malignant toxins.
Mugwort Leaves Fine Tea White Parts of Scallions Peach and Willow Branches Sichuan Pepper.
Cut into pieces, decoct in water, add a little salt, and wash frequently.
