淫，身常湿，小便如米泔，或无子息。
白茯苓（四两） 木猪苓（一分，去皮煮茯苓数十沸) 黄蜡（四两）
上只以茯苓一味为末，熔黄蜡为丸，弹子大。空心细嚼，令口生津徐咽。兼治两耳虚鸣，口干。
治脱精，泄不禁。
桑螵蛸（三两，瓦上焙燥) 龙骨（一两，别研) 白茯苓（一两）
上为末，面糊为丸，梧子大。每服七十丸，煎茯苓盐汤下，食前服。一方，用茯苓、猪
苓、木馒头和皮子切，各等分为末。又方，用破故纸、青盐槌碎等分，同炒香为末，并每服
二钱，米饮调下。
补心肾虚，怔忪昏愦，神志不宁，睡卧不安。故《经》曰∶脏有所伤，情有
所倚，人不能悬，其病则卧不安。

上为末，别研五味，蜜丸，如梧子大。每服三十丸，食后枣汤下。
治少年色欲过度，精血耗竭，心肾气惫，遗泄白浊，腰背疼痛，面色黧
黑，耳聋目昏，口干脚弱，消渴便利，梦与鬼交，阳事不举。

去木) 石莲肉(去皮) 鹿角霜 熟地黄（各四两）
上为末，用 二斤锥碎，水六升浸一宿，次早 洗味淡，去滓，于银石器中熬汁成膏，
搜和得所，捣数千杵，丸如梧子大。每服五十丸加至百丸，米汤、温酒任下，空心食前服。常
服守中安神，禁固精血，益气驻颜，延年不老。

治疗少年色欲过度，精血耗竭，心肾气惫，遗泄白浊，腰背疼痛，面色黧黑，耳聋目昏，口干脚弱，消渴便利，梦与鬼交，阳事不举。

以上研为细末，用羊肉二斤切碎，水六升浸泡一夜，次日早晨洗净至味淡，去渣，在银石器中熬汁成膏，调和药末，捣数千杵，制成如梧桐子大的丸剂。每次服用五十丸加至一百丸，米汤、温酒任下，空腹饭前服用。常服守中安神，禁固精血，益气驻颜，延年不老。
Treats insecurity of essence and qi, continuous dribbling after urination, turbid white urine, frequent nocturnal emission; as well as long-standing coldness in the blood sea (uterus) in women, leukorrhea, vaginal discharge, and excessive vaginal lubrication, constant dampness of the body, urine resembling rice water, or infertility.
Bai Fuling (Poria, 4 liang) Mu Zhuling (Polyporus, 1 fen, peel removed and boiled with Poria for dozens of boils) Huang La (Yellow Beeswax, 4 liang)
Take only Bai Fuling, grind into fine powder, melt Huang La to form pills, size of a bullet. Chew thoroughly on an empty stomach, allow saliva to generate, then swallow slowly. Also treats tinnitus due to deficiency, dry mouth.
Treats loss of essence, uncontrollable seminal emission.
Sangpiaoxiao (Mantis Egg-case, 3 liang, baked dry on tile) Longgu (Dragon Bone, 1 liang, separately ground) Bai Fuling (Poria, 1 liang)
Grind all into fine powder, use wheat paste to form pills, size of Sophora seeds. Take 70 pills each time, administer with decoction of Poria and salt water, before meals. Another method: use Bai Fuling, Zhuling, Mutoumeng (Ficus hirta), cut with peel, equal parts, grind into powder. Yet another method: use Pogostemon cablin (Guzhi), Qingyan (Green Salt), crush equal parts, stir-fry until fragrant, grind into powder, take 2 qian each time, mix with rice drink.
Tonifies heart and kidney deficiency, palpitations, dizziness and confusion, restless spirit, disturbed sleep. Thus the Classic states: when viscera are injured, emotions become biased; if one cannot suspend [the mind], the illness manifests as insomnia.
Danggui (Angelica sinensis, washed) Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) Bai Fuling (Poria) Baifushen (Poria with wood removed) Renshen (Ginseng) Huangqi (Astragalus Root) Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin, fried with clam powder) Suanzaoren (Ziziphus Seed, fried) Baiziren (Biota Seed, separately ground) Zhiyingshi (Purple Quartz, same as above) Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, soaked in wine, washed, remove core, sprinkled with wine, steamed and fried dry) Rougui (Cinnamon Bark) (each 1 liang) Chensha (Cinnabar, 1 fen, separately ground) Longchi (Dragon Teeth, 2 liang, separately ground)
Grind all into fine powder, separately grind five ingredients, use honey to form pills, size of Sophora seeds. Take 30 pills each time, administer with jujube tea after meals.
Treats young men with excessive sexual desire, exhaustion of essence and blood, fatigue of heart and kidney qi, nocturnal emission, turbid white urine, lower back and waist pain, dark complexion, deafness and blurred vision, dry mouth and weak legs, wasting-thirst with frequent urination, dreams of intercourse with spirits, impotence.
Danggui (Angelica sinensis, soaked in wine, baked and crushed, half jin) Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed, soaked in wine, cleaned of soil, crushed while moist, baked dry and weighed, 1 jin) Yiyiren (Coix Seed) Fushen (Poria with wood removed) Shilianrou (Lotus Plumule, peeled) Lujiaoshuang (Deer Antler Glue Residue) Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) (each 4 liang)
Grind all into fine powder, use 2 jin of mutton, chop finely, soak in 6 sheng of water overnight. Next morning, wash until taste is faint, remove residue, boil juice into paste in silver or earthenware vessel, mix with powder, knead thousands of times, form pills size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills, increase to 100, administer with rice soup or warm wine, on an empty stomach before meals. Regular use stabilizes the middle, calms the spirit, secures essence and blood, tonifies qi, preserves youth, and prolongs life.
