十一味人参四物汤
人参、当归、熟地、白术、川芎、甘草、细辛、升麻、白芷、红花、白芍。姜枣引。
食后服。
十七味黄 补虚汤
黄 、白术、人参、甘草、茯苓、羌活、熟地、苍术、黄芩、红花、 本、川芎、白芷、桔根、荆芥、菊花、
防风。姜枣引。
食后服。
十九味防风胜湿汤
防风、红花、当归、黄柏、苍术、肉桂、干葛、升麻、羌活、细辛、白芷、黄 、甘草、白术、熟地、白芍、
川芎、石膏、人参。姜枣引。为丸亦可。
食后服。
妇人头疼方
妇人头疼，心中潮热，饮食减少，服此方神效。
川芎一钱，当归（酒洗）一钱、白芍八分，生地一钱，熟地二钱，丹皮三钱，陈皮二钱，云苓一钱，寸冬（去
心）一钱，香附（炒）一钱，元胡一钱，甘草六分，伏毛（盐水炒）一钱，川膝二钱，骨皮一钱。
泥鳅毒，生于手指之中，初起时宜用艾灸治疗，将猪油调和雄黄涂抹患处。
肚脐上方生疮常流出液体，可用五倍子、白矾粉末及雄黄。
蛤粉与赤石脂混合，干撒在患处三日即为神效方剂。

头风症以女性最多，大概是因为产后败血过多又受风着凉，或月经量多又受湿感寒，导致气血虚弱，风寒上顶，致使头部松弛而畏冷怕风，头脑空虚如筒且髓枯血干，夏天裹头巾仍怕寒，眼睛昏花，胀痛酸痛不止。宜用人参四物汤、黄芪补虚汤、防风胜湿汤，再灸风池穴、巅顶穴可愈。
十一味人参四物汤：
人参、当归、熟地黄、白术、川芎、甘草、细辛、升麻、白芷、红花、白芍。生姜大枣为引。
饭后服用。
十七味黄芪补虚汤：
黄芪、白术、人参、甘草、茯苓、羌活、熟地黄、苍术、黄芩、红花、藁本、川芎、白芷、桔梗、荆芥、菊花、防风。生姜大枣为引。
饭后服用。
十九味防风胜湿汤：
防风、红花、当归、黄柏、苍术、肉桂、葛根、升麻、羌活、细辛、白芷、黄芪、甘草、白术、熟地黄、白芍、川芎、石膏、人参。生姜大枣为引。制成丸药亦可。
饭后服用。

Mud loach poison arises in the fingers. In the initial stage, moxibustion is recommended, and pig fat mixed with realgar powder should be applied to the affected area.
Sores appearing above the navel often exude fluid; a mixture of oyster shell powder, alum, and realgar can be used.
Mixing clam powder with red kaolin clay and applying it dry for three days constitutes a miraculous prescription.
Chancre sores occur on the glans penis, caused by the invasion of damp-heat. They may arise from lustful indulgence, contamination by semen from promiscuous women, or sexual intercourse with unclean women. Initially, there may be no discomfort, but after ulceration, the pain becomes unbearable. The affected area should be washed with a decoction of Sichuan pepper, aged tea, mugwort leaves, peach leaves, willow leaves, and locust tree leaves. Externally, a powder made from catechu, Phellodendron bark, realgar, oyster shell, calomel, clam powder, and calcined alum should be applied.
Another thirteen-ingredient formula:
Coptis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Akebia Caulis (Mutong), Polyporus (Zhuling), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Areca Seed (Binglang), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Plantago Seed (Cheqian), Licorice Root (Gancao), Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua), Szechwan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Perilla Leaf (Zisu), Magnolia Bark (Houpo), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao).
Take on an empty stomach. Abstain from sexual intercourse for one month.

Head wind syndrome is most common in women, generally due to excessive retained blood after childbirth combined with wind-cold invasion, or heavy menstruation leading to dampness and cold accumulation. This results in Qi and Blood deficiency, allowing wind-cold to ascend, causing the head to feel loose, sensitive to cold and wind, the brain feeling hollow like a tube with dried marrow and blood, fear of cold even when wrapping the head in summer, blurred vision, and continuous distending, sore, and painful sensations. Ren Shen Si Wu Tang (Ginseng Four Substances Decoction), Huang Qi Bu Xu Tang (Astragalus Tonifying Deficiency Decoction), and Fang Feng Sheng Shi Tang (Saposhnikovia Expelling Dampness Decoction) are indicated. Additionally, moxibustion at Fengchi (GB20) and Dianding points can lead to recovery.
Eleven-Ingredient Ren Shen Si Wu Tang:
