治中风涎潮，咽膈作声，目瞑不开，口眼 斜，手足不随。但是一切风疾，并宜服之。
雄黄(别研) 辰砂 龙骨 麝香(各一钱,别研) 乌蛇(酒浸，炙去皮骨) 白僵蚕(生去
丝觜) 天南星(生) 白附子(生,各半两)
上为未，炼蜜丸，梧桐子大。如中风涎潮，牙关不开，先用大蒜一瓣，捣烂涂在两牙关
外腮上，用豆淋酒化一丸，揩牙龈上即开，续用薄荷酒化下一丸。如丈夫风气，妇人血气，
牙关紧急，只用豆淋酒化一丸揩牙；如头风目眩，暗风眼黑欹倒者，急嚼一二丸，薄荷汤下。
治肝肾气虚，风冷所中，筋脉 动，口眼 斜。常服补肝元，行荣卫，养气血。
附子(炮熟去皮脐，一两） 桂心 白茯苓 山茱萸 五味子 杜仲(去皮，姜制炒丝断)
续断 枸杞子 熟地黄(洗) 巴戟(去心) 菟丝子(酒浸湿，研) 防风（各半两） 牛膝(酒浸，二两)
上为末，蜜丸，梧子大。每三五十丸，温酒、盐汤食前任下。
治男子妇人一切风疾，无问远近，瘫痪中风，口眼 斜，言语謇涩，手足
曳，难以称举，或发搐 ，或如虫行，或失音不语，牙关紧急，脚不能行，身体顽麻，百
节疼痛，精神不爽，头虚烦闷，夜卧不安，多涎，胸膈不利，口干眼涩，多困少力，如破伤
风，身如角弓，口噤不开，作汗如油及洗，头风脑重，眉梁骨痛；卒中，不语迷闷；兼白癜
风，遍身瘾疹，鼻多清涕，耳作蝉鸣；小儿惊风，天吊搐搦；妇人血风，手足烦热，夜多虚
汗，头旋倒地，并皆治之。
白附子 没药(别研) 虎胫骨(酒浸一宿炙干) 全蝎 乌头(炮去皮尖) 麻黄(不去节)
自然铜(烧存性，醋浸一宿,各一两) 白花蛇(酒浸,半两) 辰砂(别研,一分) 五灵脂(一分)
木鳖子(二十个,去皮别研，不入罗) 脑麝(各一分,别研) 乳香(柳木捶研,一分)
上为末，蜜丸弹子大。用无灰酒一升，浸一丸，分二十服；伤风鼻塞，分三十服，空心
临卧各一服；大风五丸可安。
治疗中风引起的痰涎上涌，咽喉膈部发出声响，眼睛闭合不睁，口眼歪斜，手足不能随意运动。凡是各种风疾，都适宜服用此药。

以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。如果是中风痰涎上涌，牙关紧闭，先用大蒜一瓣，捣烂涂在两腮牙关外侧，用豆淋酒化开一丸，擦拭牙龈即可张开，接着再用薄荷酒化开一丸吞服。如果是男子风气病，或妇人血气病，导致牙关紧急，只用豆淋酒化开一丸擦拭牙齿；如果是头风目眩，或暗风导致眼前发黑、身体歪倒，急忙嚼碎一二丸，用薄荷汤送下。
治疗肝肾气虚，遭受风冷侵袭，筋脉跳动，口眼歪斜。经常服用可补益肝元，运行营卫，滋养气血。
附子（炮制成熟，去皮和脐，一两）桂心 白茯苓 山茱萸 五味子 杜仲（去皮，姜汁炒至丝断）续断 枸杞子 熟地黄（洗净）巴戟天（去心）菟丝子（酒浸湿，研磨）防风（各半两）牛膝（酒浸，二两）
以上药物研成细末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三五十丸，在饭前用温酒或盐汤送下。
治疗男子妇人各种风疾，无论病程长短，瘫痪中风，口眼歪斜，言语不清，手足拖曳，难以抬举，或者发生抽搐，或者感觉像虫子爬行，或者失音不语，牙关紧急，脚不能行走，身体麻木沉重，全身关节疼痛，精神不振，头部空虚烦闷，夜间睡眠不安，多流涎水，胸膈不适，口干眼涩，疲倦乏力，如破伤风，身体呈角弓反张状，牙关紧闭不开，出汗如油且湿润，头风脑重，眉棱骨疼痛；突然中风，不语昏迷；兼治白癜风，遍身瘾疹，鼻流清涕，耳朵蝉鸣；小儿惊风，天吊抽搐；妇人血风，手足烦热，夜间多虚汗，头晕倒地，均能治疗。
白附子 没药（单独研磨）虎胫骨（酒浸一夜，炙干）全蝎 川乌（炮制去皮尖）麻黄（不去节）自然铜（烧至存性，醋浸一夜，各一两）白花蛇（酒浸，半两）辰砂（单独研磨，一分）五灵脂（一分）木鳖子（二十个，去皮单独研磨，不过筛）脑麝（各一分，单独研磨）乳香（柳木槌研，一分）
以上药物研成细末，用蜂蜜制成弹子大小的丸剂。用无灰酒一升，浸泡一丸，分二十次服用；如果是伤风鼻塞，分三十次服用，空腹和睡前各服一次；大风病（麻风等严重风疾）五丸即可见效。
Treats stroke with phlegm-turbidity surging upward, sounds produced in the throat and diaphragm, eyes closed and unable to open, deviation of the mouth and eye, and limbs unable to move voluntarily. It is suitable for all kinds of wind diseases.
Realgar (separately ground) Cinnabar Dragon Bone Musk (each 1 qian, separately ground) Zamenia (Zaobaba Snake, soaked in wine, roasted, skin and bones removed) White Stiff Silkworm (used raw, silk and mouth removed) Arisaema Cum Bile (used raw) Typhonii Rhizoma (used raw, each half liang)
Grind the above into powder, refine honey to make pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. If stroke with phlegm-turbidity surging upward and locked jaw, first take one clove of garlic, mash it and apply to the cheeks outside the jaw joint, dissolve one pill in Doulin Wine (Soybean-leavened Wine), wipe on the gums to open the jaw, then continue by dissolving another pill in Mint Wine and swallowing. For men's wind disease or women's blood qi disease causing locked jaw, only use Doulin Wine to dissolve one pill and wipe on the teeth; for head wind with vertigo, or hidden wind causing blackouts and falling over, chew one or two pills urgently and swallow with Mint Decoction.
Treats deficiency of liver and kidney qi, struck by wind-cold, twitching of sinews and vessels, deviation of the mouth and eye. Regular consumption tonifies the liver origin, circulates Ying and Wei, and nourishes Qi and Blood.
Aconitum Lateralis Radix Praeparata (prepared until ripe, skin and navel removed, 1 liang) Cinnamon Twig Poria Cocos Cornus Officinalis Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus Eucommiae Cortex (skin removed, stir-fried with ginger juice until fibers break) Dipsaci Radix Lycii Fructus Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (washed) Morinda Officinalis Radix (heart removed) Cuscutae Semen (soaked in wine until wet, ground) Saposhnikoviae Radix (each half liang) Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (soaked in wine, 2 liang)
Grind the above into powder, mix with honey to make pills, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30-50 pills each time, swallow with warm wine or salt water before meals.
Treats all wind diseases in men and women, regardless of duration: paralysis from stroke, deviation of the mouth and eye, slurred speech, dragging of limbs, difficulty lifting, convulsions, sensation of insects crawling, aphasia, locked jaw, inability to walk, body numbness and heaviness, pain in all joints, mental fatigue, empty and vexatious feeling in the head, restless sleep at night, excessive salivation, chest and diaphragm discomfort, dry mouth and eyes, fatigue and weakness, tetanus with opisthotonos, locked jaw with sweating like oil, head wind with heavy brain, pain in the supraorbital ridge; sudden stroke with unconsciousness and confusion; also treats vitiligo, generalized urticaria, clear nasal discharge, cicada-like tinnitus in ears; infantile convulsions and upward gazing; women's blood wind with hot palms and soles, nocturnal spontaneous sweating, dizziness leading to falling. All are treated.
Typhonii Rhizoma Myrrh (separately ground) Panthera Tigris Ossis (soaked in wine overnight, roasted dry) Scorpio Aconiti Radix (prepared, skin and tip removed) Ephedrae Herba (not removing nodes) Pyritum (burned to retain nature, soaked in vinegar overnight, each 1 liang) Bungarus Parvus (soaked in wine, half liang) Cinnabar (separately ground, 1 fen) Trogopterori Faeces (1 fen) Momordicae Cochinchinensis Semen (20 pieces, skin removed and separately ground, not sieved) Brain and Musk (each 1 fen, separately ground) Boswelliae Resina (pounded with willow wood mortar, 1 fen)
Grind the above into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of a bullet. Soak one pill in 1 sheng of pure wine without ash, divide into 20 doses; for wind-cold with nasal congestion, divide into 30 doses, take one dose when fasting and one before bed; five pills can stabilize severe wind disease (leprosy/severe rheumatism).
