栝蒌 明乳香
上为末。每服二钱，温酒调下。热者，加石膏末少许。
又方
草乌（七个） 小赤豆（七粒） 拒霜叶（一两，阴干）
上为末。井花水调涂角四畔留顶。用前敷药亦妙。
又方 仙人掌草一握，小酒糟一块，生姜一大块，擂烂，入桂末少许炒，酒服。留滓罨
肿处
乳劳痈，火 草、皂角刺、穿山甲、黄蜂窠。
上各烧存性为末，入轻粉，生清油调匀，敷疮上。
又方 赤小豆一升，酒研烂，去滓，温酒服。留滓敷患处。
又方 蔓荆子擂烂炒，酒服，滓贴患处。
又方 乳劳痈烂见心者，猫儿腹下毛，坩埚内 ，存性为末，干掺或清油调，入轻粉少
许。
吹乳结实疼痛，陈皮一两，甘草一钱，水二碗，煎一碗，分二次服。次用荆芥、羌活、
独活
又方 消毒饮加连翘三钱，黄瓜蒌仁三十粒捶损。每服四钱，水一盏半煎，食后温服。

又方 皂角刺烧灰，蛤粉、明乳香少许为末，热酒下，揉散亦可。
奶头裂，取秋后冷露茄子花裂开者，阴干烧存性，灰水调敷。未秋时但裂开者亦可用。
灸法∶痈疽高肿坚硬不破，名曰石痈，当上灸百壮。诸痈疽毒，开阔不止，疼楚殊甚，

入酸醋半盏淋洗。少顷其筋自现，可以辨认。
如果病情没有痊愈，都按照前面的方子进行治疗。

将上述药材分别烧至存性（保留药性但炭化），研成细末，加入轻粉，用生清油调匀，敷在疮口上。
又一个方子：赤小豆一升，用酒研磨至烂，滤去药渣，用温酒送服。将药渣敷在患处。
又一个方子：蔓荆子捣烂炒制，用酒送服，药渣贴敷患处。
又一个方子：治疗乳劳痈溃烂露出心部的，取猫儿腹下的毛，在坩埚内煅烧至存性，研成细末，干掺或加少许轻粉用清油调敷。

又一个方子：消毒饮加连翘三钱，黄瓜蒌仁三十粒捶碎。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半煎煮，饭后温服。
又一个方子：皂角刺烧成灰，与蛤粉、明乳香少许研成细末，用热酒送服，揉散也可以。
乳头裂开，取秋天后冷露中茄子花自然裂开的，阴干后烧至存性，用灰水调敷。未到秋天时只要裂开的也可以使用。
灸法：痈疽高肿坚硬不破溃的，称为石痈，应当施灸一百壮。各种痈疽毒邪，开阔不止，疼痛非常剧烈，以灸（此处原文可能有缺漏，意指在特定部位施灸）中心处施灸。探入（此处原文可能有缺漏，意指探查脓液深度或范围）或者经过（此处原文可能有缺漏）进入酸醋半盏淋洗。过一会儿筋脉自然会显现，可以辨认。
If the condition does not improve, treat it according to the preceding formulas.
Trichosanthis Fructus (Gualou), Frankincense (Ming Ruxiang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. If there is heat, add a small amount of Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) powder.
Another formula:
Aconitum carmichaelii (Caowu, 7 pieces), Vigna umbellata (Xiao Chidou, 7 grains), Rosae Rugosae Flos (Jushuang Ye, 1 liang, dried in shade).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix well with spring water and apply to the four sides of the lesion, leaving the top exposed. Using the previous external application is also excellent.
Yet another formula: Take a handful of Opuntia dillenii (Xianrenzhang Cao), a piece of small wine lees, and a large piece of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), pound them until mushy, stir-fry with a small amount of Cinnamomi Ramulus powder (Gui Mo), and take with wine. Apply the residue to the swollen area.
For Ru Lao Yong (Breast Tuberculous Abscess), use Huo Cao, Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zaojiaoci), Manis Squama (Chuanshanjia), and Vespa Nidus (Huangfengke).
Burn each ingredient until carbonized but retaining its medicinal properties, grind into powder, mix with Calomelas (Qingfen), and blend with raw sesame oil or similar clear oil. Apply to the sore.
Another formula: One sheng of Adzuki Bean (Chixiaodou), ground with wine until soft, strain out the residue, and take the liquid with warm wine. Apply the residue to the affected area.
Another formula: Pound Vitex trifolia seeds (Manjingzi) until mushy, stir-fry, and take with wine. Apply the residue to the affected area.
Another formula: For Ru Lao Yong that has ulcerated exposing the core, take the hair from under the belly of a cat, calcine in a crucible until carbonized, grind into powder. Apply dry or mix with a small amount of Qingfen using clear oil.
For Chuī Rū (Nursing Sore) presenting as firmness and pain, use Chenpi (1 liang) and Gancao (1 qian). Add two bowls of water, decoct to one bowl, and divide into two doses. Subsequently, use Jingjie, Qianghuo, and Duhuo (decocted).
Another formula: Xiaodu Yin plus Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Lianqiao, 3 qian) and Semen Cucumeris (Huangguā Guālén, 30 grains, crushed). Take 4 qian per dose, decoct with one and a half bowls of water, and take warm after meals.
Another formula: Calcinate Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina (Zaojiaoci) to ash, mix with a small amount of Arsenicon (Ge Fen) and Frankincense (Ming Ruxiang) into powder. Take with hot wine; massaging to disperse is also effective.
For cracked nipples, take eggplant flowers that have naturally split open after cold dew in autumn, dry in shade, calcine until carbonized, and apply mixed with ash-water. Those that have split open before autumn can also be used.
Moxibustion method: When an abscess is high, swollen, hard, and unbroken, it is called Shi Yong (Stone Abscess). Moxa should be applied for one hundred zhuang. For various abscesses and sores where toxicity spreads uncontrollably and pain is severe, moxa should be applied at the center... [Text fragment] ...probe into...
