治口疮，以凉药敷之不愈者。
杏仁（十粒，去皮尖） 轻粉（一字）
上研杏仁调匀，临卧敷疮上，少顷，吐之，勿咽。
治口疮，臭气瘀烂，久不瘥者。
上用黄柏半两，青黛一钱，为末，临卧安舌下。
治口气热臭。
香白芷 川芎（各等分）
上为末，炼蜜丸如鸡头大。食后临卧，噙化一丸。
治心气不足，口臭。
上用益智去壳，加甘草为末，时复干咽下。或沸汤点，立效。
治口臭，口干，口舌疮。
寒水石（烧红，十两） 硼砂（二两） 脑子 麝香（各二钱） 马牙硝（枯，四分） 甘
草（浸
汁熬膏，二两）
上为末，甘草膏搜为丸，麻子大。用噙咽。
又方 香附子炒去毛，为末。早晚以少许揩牙上。
治口疮，立效。
五倍子 远志（去心。各半两）
上为末。掺少许于舌上。吐出而疮已效。
又方 朴硝、寒水石各一钱，为末，朱砂少许，和匀敷疮上。
又方 生姜自然汁漱口数次，涎出而效。
治口吻边生疮，浸淫不愈。槟榔火 ，为末，入轻粉，用饭甑上滴泪调敷疮上，立效。
治口疮及咽痛。
地龙（去土，炙） 吴茱萸（去浮者。各等分）
上为末，米醋入生曲，调涂足心，神效。
上以茱萸为末，水调敷足心，效。最宜治小儿口疮，不肯服药者，一贴而愈。
濯足法∶治下虚上壅，口舌生疮。
上以白矾为末，用汤化以濯足。
治疗口疮，使用寒凉药物外敷后仍未痊愈的。

寒水石（烧红，十两） 硼砂（二两） 脑子（冰片） 麝香（各二钱） 马牙硝（枯制，四分） 甘草（浸出汁液熬成膏，二两）
将上述药材研成粉末，用甘草膏调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。使用时含化咽下。
另一方：香附子炒制去毛，研成粉末。早晚取少许擦拭牙齿。
治疗口疮，立竿见影。
五倍子 远志（去心。各半两）
将上述药材研成粉末。撒少许在舌上。吐出后疮即愈效。
另一方：朴硝、寒水石各一钱，研成粉末，加少许朱砂，混合均匀敷在疮面上。
另一方：生姜自然汁漱口数次，待涎液流出而见效。
治疗口疮。缩砂壳火煅存性，研成粉末。撒在口腔内的疮面上，即刻安宁。
治疗口角边生疮，浸淫扩散不愈。槟榔火煅，研成粉末，加入轻粉，用饭甑上滴下的冷凝水（馏水）调匀敷在疮面上，立即见效。
治疗口疮及咽痛。
地龙（去土，炙） 吴茱萸（去除浮沫者。各等分）
将上述药材研成粉末，用米醋加入生曲，调和涂抹足心，神效。
上方仅用茱萸研成粉末，用水调匀敷于足心，有效。最适合治疗小儿口疮，不肯服药的情况，贴敷一次即可痊愈。
濯足法：治疗下虚上壅，口舌生疮。
用白矾研成粉末，用热水化开以洗脚。
For treating mouth ulcers (Mouth Ulcer) that do not heal after application of cooling medicines.
Xingren (Ten kernels, skin and tips removed) Qingfen (One character weight)
Grind the Xingren evenly, apply to the ulcer before bedtime, spit it out after a short while, do not swallow.
For treating mouth ulcers accompanied by foul odor, stagnation, rotting, and prolonged non-healing.
Take Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) half liang above, Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) one qian, grind into powder, place under the tongue before bedtime.
For treating hot and foul breath.
Xiangbaizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (equal parts)
Grind into powder, make pills with refined honey the size of a chicken head. After meals and before bedtime, hold one pill in the mouth to dissolve.
For treating bad breath due to insufficiency of Heart Qi (Heart Qi).
Take Yizhiren (Alpinia Oxyphylla Fructus), remove shell, add Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), grind into powder, swallow dry occasionally. Or take with boiling water, immediate effect.
For treating bad breath, dry mouth, and mouth/tongue ulcers.
Hanshuishi (Calcitum) (burned red, ten liang) Pengsha (Borax) (two liang) Naozi (Borneolum Syntheticum) Shexiang (Moschus) (each two qian) Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus) (calcined, four fen) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (soaked for juice, boiled into paste, two liang)
Grind into powder, use Gancao paste to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Hold in mouth and swallow.
Another prescription: Xiangfuzi (Cyperi Rhizoma) stir-fried to remove hairs, grind into powder. Morning and evening, rub a small amount on teeth.
For treating mouth ulcers, immediate effect.
Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis) Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (remove heart. Each half liang)
Grind into powder. Sprinkle a small amount on the tongue. Spit out, and the ulcer heals effectively.
Another prescription: Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas) and Hanshuishi (Calcitum) each one qian, grind into powder, mix with a small amount of Zhusha (Cinnabaris), apply evenly to the ulcer.
Another prescription: Rinse mouth several times with fresh ginger juice, effective when saliva flows out.
For treating mouth ulcers. Suosha ke (Shell of Amomi Fructus) fire-calcined to retain nature, grind into powder. Sprinkle on ulcers inside the mouth, immediate relief.
For treating sores at the corners of the mouth, spreading and non-healing. Binglang (Arecae Semen) fire-calcined, grind into powder, add Qingfen (Calomelas), mix with condensation water from a rice steamer, apply to the ulcer, immediate effect.
For treating mouth ulcers and sore throat. Dilong (Pheretima) (remove soil, roasted) Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus) (remove floating ones. Equal parts)
Grind into powder, mix with rice vinegar and raw yeast, apply to the sole of the foot, miraculous effect.
The above formula using only Wuzhuyu ground into powder, mixed with water applied to the sole of the foot, is effective. Most suitable for treating pediatric mouth ulcers where children refuse medication; one application leads to cure.
Foot soaking method: For treating deficiency below and obstruction above, causing mouth and tongue ulcers.
Use Baifan (Alumen) ground into powder, dissolve in hot water to soak feet.
