水调下。但霍乱一证，吐利交作，盖由饮啖生冷，或胃热之气，中脘节闭，挥霍变乱，用此

Si Jun Zi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction) with Huoxiang (Patchouli Herba), Mugua (Chaenomeles Fruit) decocted as a liquid for oral administration. Laifu Dan (Return to Origin Pill)
Treats disharmony of Yin and Yang, deficiency and damage of the Spleen and Stomach, with continuous vomiting and diarrhea. For all cases of vomiting and diarrhea, within the fifth lunar month, the treatment principle is nine parts purging and one part tonifying; within the eighth lunar month, it is nine parts tonifying and one part purging. In cases with heat signs, first tonify the Spleen, then clear heat, primarily using Zhuye Shigao Tang (Bamboo Leaf and Gypsum Decoction). Subsequently, use powder of Mercury and Sulfur, mixed with ginger water for administration. However, Huoluan (Cholera-like syndrome) is characterized by alternating vomiting and diarrhea, generally caused by consumption of raw/cold foods or stagnation of stomach-heat Qi in the Zhongwan region, leading to chaotic Qi movement. This formula can unblock the Triple Burner and regulate Yin and Yang. It is also indicated for regurgitation and vomiting, and faintness due to heatstroke, being most appropriate. Jinye Dan (Golden Fluid Pill) and Qingzhou Baiwanzi (Qingzhou White Pill)

Administer one he of Niu Xian (Cow Saliva) orally; immediate effect. Boil Chen Daliao (Old Polygonum Multiflorum Vine) into a strong decoction, wash hands and feet with it, and drink one to two he of the concentrated juice; spontaneous recovery.
[Moxibustion Method:]
For males, take the left foot; for females, the right foot. On the second toe, apply an moxa cone the size of a mung bean, moxibustion three Zhuang (units of moxa burning), and it will heal immediately.
