This prescription has proven effective repeatedly.

Bai Fuling (Poria Cocos, peeled), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong, each 1 liang), Maidong (Ophiopogon Japonicus, heart removed, 1 liang), Huangqi (Astragalus Membranaceus, rhizome removed, honey-fried, 1 liang), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, tail removed). The above herbs are chopped into a coarse powder. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct with 1.5 sheng of water and 5 slices of fresh ginger, take warm, at any time. Regular consumption ensures safety until delivery, nourishing the fetus, benefiting Qi, facilitating childbirth, ensuring the fetus is well-proportioned, and keeping the mother healthy.

Renshen (Panax Ginseng), Hezi (Terminalia Chebula, roasted, pitted), Maidong (Ophiopogon Japonicus, stir-fried), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala, stir-fried), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven, stir-fried), Juhong (Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium, stir-fried, equal parts).
