治疗少女（女子）十四岁天癸（指月经）来潮，也有当时未到而后来才到的，有突然大量出血淋漓不止的，有像崩漏（非经期阴道大量出血或持续少量出血）过多，变生各种证候，都适宜服用此方。

巢元方《诸病源候论》记载：妇人有三十六种疾病。所说的三十六种疾病，是指七症、八瘕、九痛、十二带下（指白带异常等妇科病）。
然而所论述的任脉虚损……导致经血断绝……非常寒冷……

Treats young women (virgins) whose Tian Gui (menstrual fluid) arrives at age fourteen; some may not have arrived initially but arrive later. There are cases of sudden, profuse bleeding with continuous dripping, or excessive bleeding resembling Beng Lou (metrorrhagia and metrostaxis), leading to various syndromes; all are suitable for taking this prescription.

According to Chao Shi's *Bing Yuan Lun* (Treatise on the Pathogenesis of Diseases): Women have thirty-six diseases. The so-called thirty-six diseases refer to Seven Zheng (masses), Eight Jia (accumulations), Nine Tong (pains), and Twelve Dai Xia (leukorrhea).
However, the discussion on Ren Mai deficiency... leads to cessation of menstrual blood... very cold...
Treats women with leukorrhea that persists for a long time, facial pigmentation (character implied), pain around the umbilicus, cold pain in the waist and knees, gradual weakness and fatigue, and postpartum leukorrhea; take this prescription.

Treats young women with deficiency-cold of the Chong and Ren meridians, presenting with pure white leukorrhea.

Treats women and young women with continuous bloody leukorrhea (Chi Dai), abdominal pain, vexatious pain in the four limbs, loss of appetite, and gradual emaciation.
