上 咀，每服四钱，水一盏半，生姜五片，煎至七分，去滓，温服，不拘时候。咳嗽者
加款冬花；咳血者加阿胶；便精遗泄者加龙骨；怔忡者加茯神。

赤涩，遗精白浊，足胫酸疼，耳聋目昏，口干脚弱。

上为细末，酒煮山药糊为丸，如桐子大，每服七十丸，空心，盐酒盐汤任下。
治元气虚寒，精滑不禁，大肠溏泄，手足厥冷。

治精血耗竭，面色黧黑，耳聋目昏，口干多渴，腰痛脚弱，小便白浊，上燥下寒，不受
峻补。
鹿茸（酒蒸） 当归（去芦，酒浸）上等分，为细末，煮乌梅膏为丸，如桐子大，每服
五十丸，空心，米饮下。
治疗各种虚损不足，小腹部拘急疼痛，胁肋部胀满，骨骼肌肉酸痛，呼吸短促气喘，痰多咳嗽，定时发热且多汗，易受惊吓心悸，腰背部僵硬疼痛，嗜睡但气息微弱。

将上述药材切碎，每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，生姜五片，煎煮至剩余七分药液，滤去药渣，温服，不限具体时间。若有咳嗽症状，加款冬花；咳血者加阿胶；遗精滑泄者加龙骨；怔忡（心跳剧烈不安）者加茯神。
治疗因思虑过度损伤心脏，疲劳过度损伤肾脏，导致心肾不交，精气元阳不固，面色无华，惊悸健忘，睡眠中梦境纷乱不安，小便赤红涩痛，遗精或白浊，小腿足胫酸疼，耳聋目昏，口干脚弱。
芡实（蒸熟，去掉外壳） 莲花须（以上各二两） 茯神（去掉木质部分） 山茱萸（取果肉） 龙骨 五味子 枸杞子 熟地黄（用酒蒸制后焙干） 韭子（炒制） 肉苁蓉（用酒浸泡） 川牛膝（去除芦头，用酒浸泡后焙干） 紫石英（煅烧七次。以上各一两）
将上述药材研成细末，用酒煮山药制成糊状作为粘合剂，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用七十丸，空腹时，可用盐酒或淡盐汤送服。
治疗元气虚寒，精关不固导致滑精，大肠溏泄（大便稀薄），手足厥冷。

Treats various deficiencies and insufficiencies, including urgent pain in the lower abdomen, distension in the hypochondrium, soreness and pain in bones and muscles, shortness of breath with panting, excessive phlegm with coughing, tidal fever with profuse sweating, palpitations with fright, stiffness and pain in the waist and back, somnolence with weak qi.
Huang (remove rhizome) Fuzi (processed, remove skin and umbilicus) Lurong (steam with wine) Digupi (remove wood) Xuduan Shihu (remove roots) Renshen Chuanxiong Danggui (remove rhizome, soak in wine) Baishao Xiao Cao (each one tael).
Coarsely crush the above herbs. Take four qian per dose, add one and a half lamps of water and five slices of fresh ginger. Decoct until seven-tenths remains, strain, and take warm at any time. For those with cough, add Kua Donghua; for hemoptysis, add Ejiao; for seminal emission and incontinence, add Longgu; for palpitations (Zhencong), add Fushen.
Treats damage to the Heart from excessive thinking, damage to the Kidney from fatigue, resulting in failure of communication between the Heart and Kidney, instability of essence and yuan qi, lackluster complexion, palpitations, forgetfulness, restless sleep with vivid dreams, red and scanty urination, seminal emission or leukorrhea, soreness and pain in the calves, deafness, blurred vision, dry mouth, and weak legs.
Qianshi (steam, remove shell) Lianhuaxu (each two taels) Fushen (remove wood) Shanzhuyu (take flesh) Longgu Wuweizi Gouqizi Shudihuang (steam with wine, bake) Jiu Zi (stir-fry) Roucongrong (soak in wine) Chuan Niuxi (remove rhizome, soak in wine, bake) Zhi Yingshi (calcine seven times. Each one tael).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Use wine-boiled Yam paste as a binder to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take seventy pills per dose on an empty stomach, administered with salted wine or light salt water.
Treats deficiency-cold of yuan qi, seminal emission without control, loose stools due to large intestine dampness, and cold extremities.

Treats exhaustion of essence and blood, dark sallow complexion, deafness, blurred vision, dry mouth with excessive thirst, lower back pain and weak legs, white turbid urine, upper jiao dryness-heat with lower jiao cold, where harsh tonics are not tolerated.
