以上述蛇黄粉，取一枚狗胆的胆汁，与粟米饭混合制成丸药，大小如绿豆，每次服用十五丸，用温酒送服，不限定时间，待吐出涎沫后方为见效。
治疗各种癫痫日久不愈，顽固的涎液聚散无常，变化产生多种证候，此方均能治疗。

以上药材研为细末，用生姜自然汁调和面糊制成丸药，大小如绿豆，外用朱砂粉末包衣，每次服用十五丸，饭后用姜汤吞服。
治疗惊痫发作时突然倒地、神志不清、口吐涎沫的症状。
雄鸱（一只，用瓷罐盛装，用黄泥密封固定，在炭火中烧至通红）
以上述雄鸱灰研为细末，每次服用二钱，加入少许麝香，用温酒调服，喝熟水也可以，不限定时间。
治疗癫痫。
乳香（单独研磨） 朱砂（细研，用水飞法处理）
以上述乳香熔化后，拌和朱砂，制成剂型，搓成如龙眼核大小的丸药，每次服用一丸，用侧柏叶浸泡的酒磨化后，稍加热服用。
《难经》记载：心的津液表现为汗，凡是自汗出的，都是心所主管的。人的气血顺应阴阳规律，和谐则平安，偏颇则生病。
惊悸症状出现。

以上药材研为细末，用生姜自然汁制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大，每次服用一百丸，用熟水咽下，不限定时间。此药经过多次精心修治。
Treats the five types of epilepsy caused by accumulated pathogenic factors, resulting from wind-heat and wind-phlegm attacking the Heart.
Shehuang (Cinnabarite, twenty small pieces: mix with pig bile, fire until red-hot, remove, place on ground to eliminate fire toxicity, grind to extremely fine powder).
Take one dog gallbladder, extract juice, and mix with millet rice to form pills, size of mung beans. Take fifteen pills per dose, administered with warm wine, at any time. Efficacy is indicated when salivary fluid is vomited.
Treats various epilepsies that have persisted for a long time without cure, where stubborn phlegm gathers and disperses unpredictably, generating various syndromes; this formula treats all such conditions.
Sheng Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata, peeled) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, washed)
Quanxie (Scorpio, detoxified, seven pieces) Tiefen (Ferrum Pulveratum, three qian) Gansui (Kansui Radix)
Grind the above into fine powder. Use natural ginger juice to make a paste for forming pills, size of mung beans. Coat with Zhusha (Cinnabaris). Take fifteen pills per dose after meals, swallowed with ginger decoction.
Treats Jingxian (Fright Epilepsy) characterized by sudden onset, falling to the ground, loss of consciousness, and foaming at the mouth.
Xiong Chi (Male Osprey, one piece: place in a porcelain jar, seal tightly with yellow clay, fire until red-hot).
Grind the above into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, add a small amount of Shexiang (Musk), mix with warm wine for administration. Drinking cooked water is also acceptable, at any time.
Treats Dianxian (Epilepsy).
Ruxiang (Frankincense, ground separately) Zhusha (Cinnabaris, finely ground, processed by water flotation)
Melt the Ruxiang, mix with Zhusha, and form into agents. Shape into pills the size of longan seeds. Take one pill per dose, dissolve using wine infused with Cebaiye (Platycladi Cacumen), take warm.
The *Nan Jing* states: The fluid of the Heart is sweat; thus, spontaneous sweating is governed by the Heart. Human Qi and Blood correspond to Yin and Yang; harmony leads to peace, while deviation leads to disease.
Jingji (Palpitations due to Fright) occur.
Treats Shangfeng (Wind-Cold Attack) with floating pulse, spontaneous sweating, and aversion to wind.
Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, not exposed to direct fire) Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, each one liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried, half liang)
Cut the above ingredients. Take four qian per dose, add one and a half cups of water, five slices of fresh ginger, and two jujubes. Decoct until reduced to eight-tenths volume, filter dregs, and take warm, at any time.
Treats Zhongshu (Heatstroke) with weak pulse, spontaneous sweating, irritability, and thirst.
Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, one jin, boiled dry with five sheng of good vinegar) Fuling (Poria, peeled, half jin) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, half jin)
Grind the above into fine powder. Use natural ginger juice to form pills, size of Chinese walnut seeds. Take one hundred pills per dose, swallow with cooked water, at any time. This medicine has undergone meticulous processing multiple times.
