鸡子一个，头上打一小孔，将红娘子六个装入内，用草纸包鸡子，慢火煨熟，去红娘子，

赤小豆四十九粒为末，用水调涂，无不愈者。但其性粘，干则难捣，入苎根末少许，则
不粘矣，此法尤佳。
此症发于脚趾，渐上至膝，色黑，痛不可忍，逐节脱落而死。亦有发于手上者。土蜂窠
研细，用陈醋调搽，应手而愈。
鸡子开一孔，将指套入内，待蛋化水，又换一个。如此三枚而已。天蛇痛臭甚者，黑豆
生研末，入茧内笼之。
佛手、山药捣烂敷患处，但围四周露出头，次日即出脓消去，最验。
又方，名一醉消∶石膏 红，出火毒，研细。每服三钱，温酒下，尽醉为度，睡觉再进
一服。
庚生按∶一醉消方须量人虚实用之，不可轻投。予尝以杨氏秘方试之，甚效，较此稳妥
也。方用泥鳅一尾，捣极烂，入生豆浆搅匀，涂敷患处即消。此方兼治肿毒初起。
将菊花叶捣烂取汁，加入酒中尽量饮至醉，然后将药渣敷在患处，第二天即可痊愈。
将羊粪烧成灰，用香油调匀敷在疔疮上，再用腊油膏药覆盖，一两天内即可排出毒物。
取鸡蛋一个，在顶部打一个小孔，将六个红娘子装入蛋内，用草纸包裹鸡蛋，用慢火煨熟，去掉红娘子，（此法可）止痛。
取赤小豆四十九粒研成粉末，用水调匀涂敷，没有不愈的。但赤小豆性质粘稠，干燥后难以研磨，加入少许苎麻根粉末，就不粘了，这种方法尤其好。
这种病症发作于脚趾，逐渐向上蔓延至膝盖，肤色发黑，疼痛难以忍受，逐节脱落而死。也有发作在手上的。将土蜂窠研细，用陈醋调匀搽擦，立即见效而愈。
将鸡蛋开一个小孔，将患指伸入蛋内，等待蛋液化成水，再换一个新的。如此更换三个鸡蛋即可。对于蛇咬伤且恶臭严重的，将黑豆生研成粉末，放入蚕茧内罩住患处。
如果蛇毒像蛇一样伸出数寸长。取硫黄末一两，敷在肉上，毒气即刻收缩。
将黄葵花子研成粉末，用酒冲服一粒则伤口一头破溃，服两粒则两头破溃，效果神奇异常。
将长柄葫芦烧至存性（保留药材本性），研成粉末，擦拭患处，以肿胀消退为度。
用刀刺破疮口，挤出丝瓜叶汁擦拭，蛆虫全部出来后，病根就断绝了。
将佛手、山药捣烂敷在患处，只围四周露出头部，第二天脓液排出并消退，非常有效。
另一个方子，名叫“一醉消”：石膏红色部分，需去火毒，研细。每次服用三钱，用温酒送下，以喝醉为限度，睡醒后再进服一次。
庚生按语：“一醉消”方必须根据病人的虚实情况使用，不可轻易投药。我曾试用杨氏的秘方，效果很好，比这个方子更稳妥。该方用泥鳅一条，捣得极烂，加入生豆浆搅匀，涂敷患处即可消肿。此方兼治肿毒初起。
Crushed *Ricini Semen* (Bilberry Seed, 蓖麻仁) applied topically stops pain immediately.
*S Dioscoreae Rhizoma* (Chinese Yam, 山药) ground and mixed with sand sugar water, applied around the lesion, dissipates swelling immediately.
Crushed *Dysosma Versipellis Radix et Rhizoma* (Purple Hosta Root, 紫玉簪根) applied topically causes the bone to expel naturally.
Juice extracted from crushed *Chrysanthemi Indici Flos* (Chrysanthemum Leaf, 菊花叶), taken in wine until drunk, followed by application of the dregs to the affected area, results in cure the next day.
Ash from burned *Ovis Aries Excrement* (Sheep Dung, 羊粪) mixed with sesame oil applied on the carbuncle, covered with a beeswax plaster, expels the toxin within one or two days.
One chicken egg, with a small hole made at the top, into which six *Lyttae Cartharidis* (Red Ladybug, 红娘子) are placed. The egg is wrapped in straw paper and slow-roasted. Remove the *Lyttae Cartharidis*. This stops pain.
Forty-nine seeds of *Phaseoli Vulgaris Semens Rubrum* (Adzuki Bean, 赤小豆) ground into powder, mixed with water and applied topically, ensures cure. However, its nature is sticky and difficult to grind when dry; adding a little powder of *Boehmeriae Niveae Caulis* (Ramie Root, 苎根) prevents stickiness, making this method particularly excellent.
This condition starts on the toes, gradually spreads up to the knee, turns black, is unbearable in pain, and leads to death as segments fall off. It may also occur on the hands. Powdered *Vespa Orientalis Nidus* (Earth Wasp Nest, 土蜂窠) mixed with aged vinegar and applied topically yields immediate recovery.
Make a hole in an egg, insert the affected finger, wait for the egg to liquefy, then replace with a new one. Repeat this three times. For severe snakebite with foul odor, raw *Glycines Max Semen* (Black Soybean, 黑豆) ground into powder, placed inside a silkworm cocoon and applied over the wound.
If the venom appears like a snake extending several inches. One tael of *Sulfur* (Yellow Sulfur, 硫黄) powder applied on the flesh causes immediate retraction.
Powdered *Abutilonis Indici Semen* (Yellow Hibiscus Seed, 黄葵花子), taken with wine: one pill causes one end of the wound to burst, two pills cause both ends to burst, with extraordinary efficacy.
*Bambusae Caulis Fistulosus Longistipitatus* (Long-stalked Gourd) calcined to retain its properties, ground into powder, rubbed on the area, until swelling subsides.
Puncture the sore with a knife, squeeze juice from *Luffae Fructus Retinervia Folium* (Loofah Leaf, 丝瓜叶) and rub it; once maggots are fully expelled, the root of the disease is eliminated.
Crushed *Finger Citrus Fruit* (Buddha's Hand, 佛手) and *Dioscoreae Rhizoma* (Chinese Yam, 山药) applied to the affected area, covering only the periphery while leaving the head exposed, leads to pus discharge and resolution the next day, highly effective.
Another prescription named "Yi Zui Xiao" (One Drunk Dissolution): Red-colored *Gypsum Fibrosum* (Gypsum, 石膏), fire-toxin removed, finely ground. Take three qian each time, washed down with warm wine, until drunk, take another dose after waking up.
Geng Sheng notes: The "Yi Zui Xiao" formula must be used according to the patient's deficiency or excess conditions; do not administer lightly. I once tested Yang's secret recipe, which was very effective and more reliable than this one. The recipe uses one loach, pounded extremely fine, mixed evenly with raw soy milk, and applied topically to reduce swelling. This formula also treats early-stage toxic swellings.
