当归 生地 香附 地榆（各一钱五分） 白茯苓 泽泻 丹皮 黄连 山茱萸肉（各八
分） 灯心三十茎。空心煎服。
补元汤 治妇人久因经水不调。气血虚弱。赤白带下。神思倦怠。
人参 白术 当归 白茯苓 川芎（各一钱） 白芍 生地 泽泻 黄柏（各八分） 伏龙
肝（一钱即灶心土） 甘草（三分） 大枣二枚。空心煎服。
保元汤 治赤白带下。久久不愈。气血亏损。
石斛 巴戟天 人参 白茯苓（各一钱） 黄柏 柴胡 甘草 地骨皮（各七分） 黄连（
一钱二分） 荆芥 知母 升麻（各六分） 大枣二枚。空心煎服。
大灵丹 治妇人一切赤白带下。因此久不孕育。诸虚百损。神效。
当归身 人参（各四两） 阿胶（三两） 川芎 牡蛎 天麻（各一两八钱） 生地 丹皮
续断 何首乌（九蒸九晒） 山栀（各二两炒黑） 甘草（八钱）
上为末蜜丸。每服三钱。空心白滚汤送下。
又秘方 治赤白带下。
赤石脂（一两） 川芎（一两五钱） 紫荆皮 赤茯苓（各二两）
上为末。醋打米粉糊为丸每服二钱。空心酒下。
在奇经八脉之中，带脉位于腰部，形状如同腰带。妇女患带下病的，病位就在带脉。虽然分为赤带和白带，但总归属于肾虚。以气机状况作为辨别的依据罢了。
脉象涩而弱的，洪大而数且急促的，都是便浊或白带的症状；脉象虚迟的预后良好（生），脉象急疾的预后不良（死）。

Among the Eight Extraordinary Vessels (Qi Jing Ba Mai), the Dai Mai (Belt Vessel) is located at the waist, resembling a belt. In women suffering from leukorrhea (Dai Xia), the pathology lies in the Dai Mai. Although it presents as either red or white discharge, it fundamentally belongs to Kidney Deficiency (Shen Xu). This serves as the basis for differentiation based on Qi dynamics.
A pulse that is choppy and weak, or surging, rapid, and frequent, indicates turbid urine or white leukorrhea; a deficient and slow pulse suggests a favorable prognosis (survival), while a rapid and urgent pulse indicates an unfavorable prognosis (death).
Qingqi Yangrong Decoction (Clearing Qi and Nourishing Prosperity Decoction): Treats Qi and Blood disharmony in women, presenting with red and white leukorrhea, fatigue in the four limbs, and five-palm heat (Wu Xin Fan Re).
Ingredients: Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Sheng Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Xiang Fu (Rhizoma Cyperi), Di Yu (Herba Sanguisorbae) (each 1.5 qian); Bai Fu Ling (Poria), Ze Xie (Rhizoma Alismatis), Dan Pi (Cortex Moutan), Huang Lian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Shan Zhu Yu Fructus Corni (each 0.8 qian); Deng Xin Cao (Medulla Junci) (30 stalks). Decoct and take on an empty stomach.
Buyuan Decoction (Tonifying Origin Decoction): Treats long-standing menstrual irregularities in women leading to Qi and Blood deficiency, presenting with red and white leukorrhea and mental fatigue.
Ingredients: Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng), Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Bai Fu Ling (Poria), Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) (each 1 qian); Bai Shao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Sheng Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Ze Xie (Rhizoma Alismatis), Huang Bo (Cortex Phellodendri) (each 0.8 qian); Fu Long Gan (Furnace Heart Earth / Caulis Cinnamomi? No, specifically Zao Xin Tu, 1 qian); Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) (0.3 qian); Da Zao (Fructus Jujubae) (2 pieces). Decoct and take on an empty stomach.
Baoyuan Decoction (Protecting Origin Decoction): Treats persistent red and white leukorrhea that does not heal for a long time, resulting in Qi and Blood depletion.
Ingredients: Shi Hu (Caulis Dendrobii), Ba Ji Tian (Radix Morindae Officinalis), Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng), Bai Fu Ling (Poria) (each 1 qian); Huang Bo (Cortex Phellodendri), Chai Hu (Radix Bupleuri), Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Di Gu Pi (Cortex Lycii) (each 0.7 qian); Huang Lian (Rhizoma Coptidis) (1.2 qian); Jing Jie (Herba Schizonepetae), Zhi Mu (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae), Sheng Ma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae) (each 0.6 qian); Da Zao (Fructus Jujubae) (2 pieces). Decoct and take on an empty stomach.
Daling Pill (Great Spirit Pill): Treats all types of red and white leukorrhea in women, infertility due to this condition, and various deficiencies and damages; it is highly effective.
Ingredients: Dang Gui Shen (Body of Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng) (each 4 liang); E Jiao (Colla Corii Asini) (3 liang); Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Mu Li (Concha Ostreae), Tian Ma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae) (each 1.8 liang); Sheng Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Dan Pi (Cortex Moutan), Xu Duan (Radix Dipsaci), He Shou Wu (Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata - steamed and dried nine times), Shan Zhi (Fructus Gardeniae - stir-fried until black) (each 2 liang); Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) (8 qian).
Grind the above into powder, form pills with honey. Take 3 qian per dose, swallow with warm boiled water on an empty stomach.
Another Secret Formula: Treats red and white leukorrhea.
Ingredients: Chi Shi Zhi (Halloysitum Rubrum) (1 liang); Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) (1.5 liang); Zi Jing Pi (Cortex Viticis Negundo), Chi Fu Ling (Poria cum Rubro) (each 2 liang).
Grind the above into powder, make pills using vinegar and rice flour paste. Take 2 qian per dose, swallow with wine on an empty stomach.
