麦门冬 柏子仁 甘草 人参（各五钱） 朱砂（三钱）
上为末蜜丸。朱砂为衣。每服三钱。空心白滚汤下。
导赤散 治赤浊。
当归 白芍 生地 川芎（各五钱） 甘草 半夏 陈皮 白茯苓 樗白皮（各四钱）
青黛 滑石（各三钱）
上为末。每服二钱。空心灯心汤下。
清心益元饮 治一切白浊神效。
石莲肉 川萆 赤茯苓 石菖蒲（各一钱） 远志 麦门冬 黄柏 地骨皮 人参 滑
石（各八分） 甘草（二分） 灯心三十茎。淡竹叶十片。空心煎服。
固精丸 治思虑忧愁。或酒色过度。上盛下虚。真元不足。精关不固。阳事易举。遗精
无度。
牡蛎（ ） 黄柏（盐酒炒） 知母（盐水炒） 远志（甘草泡去骨） 白茯苓 芡实（炒） 莲
蕊（各二两） 山茱萸肉 龙骨（ 各一两） 朱砂（五钱） 山药（炒四两）
上为末。以山药打糊为丸。朱砂为衣。每服三钱。空心盐汤送下。
四妙丸 治精不固。
韭菜子（炒） 菟丝子（各四两） 牡蛎（ 人乳淬） 龙骨（ 各二两）
上为末。荷叶煎汤为丸。每服三钱。空心盐汤送下。
两尺脉象洪大且数急，必然出现小便浑浊和遗精的症状。如果女性尺脉涩而弱，或者洪大而急促，都是白带病的表现。心脉短小，是由于心气虚弱所致，必然导致遗精和小便浑浊。
厘清饮：治疗体内有湿痰，湿热化火导致的赤白混浊。

导赤散：治疗赤浊（尿色红赤浑浊）。
当归、白芍、生地、川芎（各五钱）、甘草、半夏、陈皮、白茯苓、樗白皮（各四钱）、青黛、滑石（各三钱）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，空腹时用灯心草煎汤送服。
清心益元饮：治疗各种白浊症，效果显著。
石莲肉、川萆薢、赤茯苓、石菖蒲（各一钱）、远志、麦门冬、黄柏、地骨皮、人参、滑石（各八分）、甘草（二分）、灯心草三十茎、淡竹叶十片。空腹煎服。
固精丸：治疗因思虑忧愁或酒色过度，导致上盛下虚，真元不足，精关不固，阳事易举，遗精无度。
牡蛎（煅）、黄柏（盐酒炒）、知母（盐水炒）、远志（甘草水泡去骨）、白茯苓、芡实（炒）、莲蕊（各二两）、山茱萸肉、龙骨（煅，各一两）、朱砂（五钱）、山药（炒四两）。
以上药物研为细末，用山药打糊制成丸药，以朱砂为衣。每次服用三钱，空腹时用盐水送服。
四妙丸：治疗精气不固。
韭菜子（炒）、菟丝子（各四两）、牡蛎（人乳淬）、龙骨（煅，各二两）。
以上药物研为细末，用荷叶煎汤制成丸药。每次服用三钱，空腹时用盐水送服。
The pulse at both Chi positions (Kidney positions) is surging and rapid, inevitably leading to turbid urine and spermatorrhea. If the Chi pulse in women is choppy and weak, or surging and rapid with a hurried rhythm, it indicates leukorrhea. A short and small Heart pulse is caused by Heart deficiency, inevitably resulting in spermatorrhea and turbid urine.
Li Qing Yin (Clearing Turbidity Decoction): Treats internal damp-phlegm and damp-heat transforming into fire, causing red and white turbid discharge.
Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel), Banxia (Pinellia Rhizome) (each 1.5 qian), Baifuling (Poria), Bibi (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome), Mutong (Akebia Caulis) (each 2 qian), Shanzhiren (Gardeniae Semen), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome) (each 1 qian), Dengxincao (Juncus Medulla) (30 stems). Decoct and take on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Treats excessive thinking leading to insufficiency of True Yuan (Vital Essence), lower Jiao (Lower Burner) deficiency-cold, and dysuria with dribbling and涩 (astringency/obstruction).
Fuling (Poria), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Baifuling (Poria) (each 1 liang), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark) (3 qian), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix), Suanzaoren (Ziziphus Spinosae Semen), Shilianrou (Nelumbinis Plumula), Tianmendong (Asparagi Radix), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Baiziren (Biota Seed), Gancao (Licorice Root), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each 5 qian), Zhusha (Cinnabar) (3 qian).
Grind into powder, make pills with honey, coat with Cinnabar. Take 3 qian per dose, swallow with plain boiled water on an empty stomach.
Dao Chi San (Guide Out the Red Powder): Treats red turbidity (red and turbid urine).
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Radix), Baishao (White Peony Root), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (each 5 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root), Banxia (Pinellia Rhizome), Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel), Baifuling (Poria), Chuangbaipi (Phellodendri Cortex / Alstoniae Cortex - note: context suggests bark used for turbidity), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Huashi (Talcum) (each 3 qian).
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, swallow with Dengxincao (Juncus) decoction on an empty stomach.
Qing Xin Yi Yuan Yin (Clear Heart and Benefit Origin Decoction): Highly effective for all types of white turbidity.
Shilianrou (Nelumbinis Plumula), Chuanbibi (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome), Chifuling (Red Poria), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) (each 1 qian), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Digupi (Lycii Cortex), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Huashi (Talcum) (each 8 fen), Gancao (Licorice Root) (2 fen), Dengxincao (Juncus Medulla) (30 stems), Danzhuyeye (Bambusa Leaves) (10 slices). Decoct and take on an empty stomach.
Gu Jing Wan (Solidify Essence Pill): Treats excessive thinking and sorrow, or excess alcohol and sexual activity, leading to upper excess and lower deficiency, insufficiency of True Yuan, insecurity of the Essence Gate, easy erection, and uncontrolled spermatorrhea.
Muli (Oyster Shell, calcined), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, stir-fried with salt wine), Zimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, stir-fried with salt water), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, soaked in Licorice water, bone removed), Baifuling (Poria), Qianshi (Euryales Semen, stir-fried), Lianrui (Nelumbinis Stamen) (each 2 liang), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus), Longgu (Fossilized Bones, calcined) (each 1 liang), Zhusha (Cinnabar) (5 qian), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, stir-fried) (4 liang).
Grind into powder, make pills using Shanyao (Dioscorea) paste as binder, coat with Cinnabar. Take 3 qian per dose, swallow with salt water on an empty stomach.
Si Miao Wan (Four Marvels Pill): Treats insecure essence.
Jiucaizi (Allium Tuberosum Fruit, stir-fried), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen, stir-fried) (each 4 liang), Muli (Oyster Shell, quenched in human milk), Longgu (Fossilized Bones, calcined) (each 2 liang).
Grind into powder, make pills using He Ye (Lotus Leaf) decoction. Take 3 qian per dose, swallow with salt water on an empty stomach.
