【痔疮】痔疮患者的肛门直肠旁侧有小孔，孔洞微微张开，有时会有白色虫子从孔中排出。患处疼痛，感觉像被辛辣之物灼烧一样。治疗方法：用柳菌（一种寄生在柳树上的真菌）一份、艾草两份，共两味药。在地上挖一个坑，使其宽深如容器大小。焚烧坑底使其干燥，将艾草放入坑中，再把柳菌放在艾草上面，一起焚烧；然后取来那个容器，将其底部截断，使开口直径为一寸，倒扣在坑口上，用泥土封住容器的缝隙，确保不漏气，但允许烟雾从容器中泄出。随即用衣物覆盖住容器，但不要盖住容器的孔洞。让痔疮患者蹲在容器上方，使肛门对准容器的孔洞，用烟熏患处。如果熏烤处感到热，就抬高身体；感到冷，就降低身体；疲倦了就休息。
【骨疽方】一方：取石头如拳头大小，彻底烧红。准备大半升米，用水八斗浸泡米，将石头置于米水中间，煮至熟透，然后取出石头即可使用。
【治疗白疽、黄疽等方】药材：白蔹、黄芪、芍药、桂枝、干姜、花椒、茱萸，共七味药。若是骨疽，加倍使用白蔹；若是肉疽，加倍使用黄芪；若是肾疽，加倍使用芍药；其余药物各取一份。将所有药物捣碎成拇指粗细的一撮，放入一杯酒中，每天饮用五六次。直到病愈为止。

Treatment: Use one part of *Fomes* (a fungus growing on willow trees) and two parts of *Artemisia argyi* (Mugwort), totaling two ingredients. Dig a pit in the ground, making it wide and deep like a vessel. Burn the bottom of the pit until dry, place the *Artemisia argyi* inside, and put the *Fomes* on top of the mugwort. Burn both the mugwort and the fungus. Then take the vessel, cut off its bottom so that the opening has a diameter of one cun, and invert it over the pit. Seal the gaps between the vessel and the ground with soil to ensure no air leaks, but allow smoke to vent through the vessel.
