治大人小儿时气，瘟疫发热，肢体烦痛，及疮疹未发，疑似之间，最为
人参 紫苏 前胡 半夏 葛根 茯苓 枳壳 桔梗 陈皮 甘草 气盛去人参。咳嗽
加桑白皮、杏仁。头痛，加羌活、川芎。姜水煎服。
小儿一切无名肿毒， 热，诸般丹瘤热瘭湿烂。大小亦同此法，神效。
阴地蚯蚓粪（少） 朴硝（多）同研，新汲水浓调，浓敷患处，日三四次。
治小儿遍身上下生疳蚀疮，脓水不绝。
用出蛾蛾口茧，入白矾末烧，研细敷。
治时气，瘟疫，两感风寒，咳嗽，头痛发热。又治小儿 疹未出，疑似之间。最好。见
伤寒门。
治大人小儿内蕴邪热，咽膈不利，痰涎壅嗽，眼赤面肿，腮项结核，肿壅，毒聚，遍身
瘾疹，丹毒，赤瘭，及疮疹已出未出，出不快透，并皆治疗。小儿疮疹已出，热尚未解，急
进三四服，快透消毒，应手神效。
鼠粘子（微炒，四钱） 荆芥 甘草（各一钱） 防风（一钱半）
一方 加黄芩（一钱，酒炒） 犀角（五分） 如无，以升麻代用。
水一钟，煎至六分，温服。
一方 治小儿咳嗽。
白矾 皂角
上二味，各等分，为细末，用生姜汁调敷乳上，使小儿咂之，
一方 小儿咳嗽，胸满有痰。
大黄（一钱） 皮硝（五分） 巴豆不去油（二分半）
大人用一分半，小儿用三五厘，茶清调下。
治疗成人和儿童因时行疫气引起的发热，肢体烦扰疼痛，以及疮疹尚未发出、处于疑似阶段的情况，此方最为适宜。
人参、紫苏、前胡、半夏、葛根、茯苓、枳壳、桔梗、陈皮、甘草。若患者气盛（正气充足或邪热亢盛），去掉人参。若有咳嗽症状，加桑白皮、杏仁。若有头痛症状，加羌活、川芎。用姜水煎煮后服用。
治疗小儿各种无名肿毒，伴有热象，以及各类丹瘤、热瘭、湿烂等症。无论病情轻重，均使用此法，效果神奇。
取阴地蚯蚓粪（少量）与朴硝（大量）共同研磨，用刚打来的新井水调成浓稠状，厚敷于患处，每日三到四次。
治疗小儿全身上下生出疳蚀疮，脓水流淌不止。
取出蛾子口吐的茧，加入白矾末一起烧制，研成细粉外敷。
治疗时行疫气、瘟疫，以及两感风寒（表里同病）、咳嗽、头痛发热。又用于治疗小儿疹子未出、处于疑似阶段的情况，效果最好。详见“伤寒门”。
治疗成人和儿童体内蕴积邪热，导致咽喉膈部不利，痰涎壅盛咳嗽，眼睛发红面部肿胀，腮部和颈部出现结核肿块，红肿壅滞，毒气聚集，全身出现瘾疹、丹毒、赤瘭，以及疮疹已经发出或未发出、发出但不快透的情况，均可治疗。对于小儿疮疹已发出但热势仍未解除的情况，急需连续服用三四剂，以促使疹子快速透出并消毒，往往能应手而效，神效显著。
牛蒡子（微炒，四钱）、荆芥、甘草（各一钱）、防风（一钱半）。
另一配方：加黄芩（一钱，酒炒）、犀角（五分）。如果没有犀角，可以用升麻代替。
用水一钟，煎至六分，温服。
另一配方：治疗小儿咳嗽。
以上两味药，各取等量，研成细末，用生姜汁调和后敷在乳房上，让小儿吸吮。
成人用量一分半，小儿用量三五厘，用茶清调服。
Treats adults and children suffering from fever caused by seasonal epidemic qi, with limbs feeling restless and painful, as well as cases where sores and rashes have not yet erupted and are in a suspected stage; this formula is most suitable.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Zisu (Perillae Folium), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Fuling (Poria), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma). If the patient has excess qi (robust constitution or hyperactive pathogenic heat), remove Renshen. For cough symptoms, add Sangbaipi (Morus Albae Cortex) and Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum). For headache symptoms, add Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) and Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma). Decoct with ginger water and take orally.
Treats various unnamed swellings and toxins in children, accompanied by heat, as well as various types of erysipelas, hot blisters, and moist ulcers. Regardless of severity, this method is effective and miraculous.
Take earthworm castings from shady places (small amount) and Poxiao (Mirabilite) (large amount), grind them together, mix with fresh well water to form a thick paste, and apply thickly to the affected area three to four times daily.
Treats children suffering from gan erosion sores all over their bodies, with continuous discharge of pus and fluid.
Use cocoons spun by moths near their mouths, add BaiFan (Alumen) powder, calcine, grind into fine powder, and apply externally.
Treats seasonal epidemic qi, plague, simultaneous contraction of wind-cold on both exterior and interior (lianggan fenghan), cough, headache, and fever. It also treats cases where pediatric rashes have not yet appeared and are in a suspected stage; it is highly effective. See the "Shanghan" section.
Treats internal accumulation of pathogenic heat in adults and children, leading to discomfort in the throat and diaphragm, copious phlegm-saliva causing cough, red eyes, swollen face, tubercles in the cheeks and neck, swelling and stagnation, accumulation of toxicity, generalized urticaria, erysipelas, red blisters, and sores/rashes that have either erupted or not, or erupt slowly without full penetration. All these conditions can be treated. For pediatric sores/rashes that have erupted but heat persists, urgently administer three to four doses to promote rapid eruption and detoxification; it yields miraculous results promptly.
Niuzi (Burdock Fruit, slightly stir-fried, 4 qian), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Gancao (Licorice Root, each 1 qian), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 1.5 qian).
Another prescription: Add Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 1 qian, fried with wine), Xijiao (Rhino Horn). If unavailable, use Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) as a substitute.
Decoct one zhong of water until six fen remains, and take warm.
Another prescription: Treats pediatric cough.
BaiFan (Alumen), Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina).
The above two ingredients, in equal parts, are ground into fine powder. Mix with fresh ginger juice, apply to the breast, and let the infant suckle.
Another prescription: Treats pediatric cough with chest fullness and phlegm.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 1 qian), Pixiao (Mirabilite, 0.5 qian), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, oil not removed, 0.25 qian).
Adult dosage: 0.15 qian; Pediatric dosage: 0.03-0.05 qian. Take mixed with tea liquor.
