晚间服。补元气，固元精，壮元神。此延年绪嗣之至药也。
山茱萸（酒浸，取肉，一斤） 破故纸（酒浸一日，炒，半斤） 当归（四两） 麝香
（一钱） 上为细末，炼蜜丸梧桐子大。每八十一丸，临卧酒送下。
此方服之，令人多子。并治虚损，梦遗，白浊，脱肛。
沙苑蒺藜四两，净末如蚕种，同州者佳。再以重箩取二两极细，其粗末二两，用水一大
碗，熬膏听用。莲须（细末四两，金色固精，红色者败精） 山茱萸（须得一斤，鲜红者佳，
取肉三两，晒干） 覆盆子（南者佳，去核，二两） 鸡头实（取面，四两） 龙骨（五钱，
五色者佳，火 红）
上用蜜一斤炼，以纸粘去浮末数次，以滴水成珠听用。止用四两，将前六味药重箩过完，
以蒺藜膏和作一块，再入炼蜜四两，入石臼中捣千余下，丸梧子大。每服三十丸，空心盐汤
下。忌房事一月，后行，有子。
治诸虚百损，大有补益，不可俱述，甚效。

（去心） 五味子（去梗） 菟丝子（酒煮）
上为极细末，炼蜜丸梧子大。淡盐汤送下三四十丸。忌三白、烧酒。
晚间服用。能够补益元气，固摄元精，强壮元神。这是延续寿命、繁衍后代的极佳药物。
山茱萸（用酒浸泡，取果肉，一斤） 破故纸（即补骨脂，用酒浸泡一天，炒制，半斤） 当归（四两） 麝香（一钱） 以上药材研为细末，用炼过的蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用八十一丸，临睡前用酒送服。
此方服用后，能使人多子。同时治疗虚损劳伤、梦遗、白浊（尿道口流出白色分泌物）、脱肛。
沙苑蒺藜四两，净选后研成粉末如同蚕种般细小，同州产的质量最佳。再用双层罗筛取最极细的部分，剩下的粗末二两，用一大碗水熬成膏状备用。莲须（研成细末四两，金色者能固精，红色者则败精） 山茱萸（需得一斤，以鲜红色者为佳，取果肉三两，晒干） 覆盆子（南方产的为佳，去核，二两） 鸡头实（即芡实，取果肉，四两） 龙骨（五钱，五色俱全者为佳，烧至火红）
以上药材用一斤蜜炼制，用纸张粘去浮沫数次，直到滴水成珠的程度备用。只取四两炼蜜，将前面六味药全部过完罗筛，用蒺藜膏调和成一块，再加入四两炼蜜，放入石臼中捣一千多下，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用盐汤送服。忌房事一个月，之后行房，可怀有子嗣。
治疗各种虚损百病，大有补益功效，无法一一列举，效果显著。

Take at night. It tonifies Yuan Qi (Primal Qi), secures Yuan Jing (Primal Essence), and strengthens Yuan Shen (Primal Spirit). This is the supreme medicine for prolonging life and continuing the lineage.
Cornus Officinalis Fructus (Shanzhuyu, Cornelian Cherry Fruit) [soaked in wine, flesh taken, one jin] Psoralea Corylifolia Fructus (Poguzhi, Bursage Fruit) [soaked in wine for one day, stir-fried, half a jin] Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui, Chinese Lovage Root) [four liang] Moschus (Shexiang, Musk) [one qian]
Grind all into fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take eighty-one pills each time, washed down with wine before going to bed.
Taking this prescription enables one to have many children. It also treats deficiency injuries, nocturnal emission, leukorrhea (white turbidity), and rectal prolapse.
Astragalus Complanatus Semen (Shayuan Jili, Sand Sicklepod Seed) [four liang, purified and ground to powder as fine as silkworm eggs; those from Tongzhou are best]. Further sieve to obtain the finest powder; take the coarse residue of two liang, boil in one large bowl of water until it becomes a paste for use. Nelumbo Nucifera Stamens (Lianxu, Lotus Stamen) [ground to fine powder, four liang; golden ones secure essence, red ones cause essence loss] Cornus Officinalis Fructus (Shanzhuyu, Cornelian Cherry Fruit) [need one jin, fresh red is best, take three liang of flesh, dry in sun] Rubus Chingii Fructus (Fupenzi, Raspberry) [those from the South are best, remove pits, two liang] Euryale Ferox Semen (Jitou Shi, Qian Shi, Foxnut) [take the flour/flesh, four liang] Os Draconis (Longgu, Dragon Bone) [five qian, those with five colors are best, fire-red]
Refine one jin of honey, repeatedly skim off floating impurities using paper-adhered tools, until it forms beads when dropped in water (drop-to-bead stage). Use only four liang of this refined honey. Pass the previous six herbs through an extremely fine sieve again. Mix with the Astragalus Complanatus Semen paste into a single mass. Add another four liang of refined honey. Pound in a stone mortar over a thousand times. Form pills sized like paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills each time, washed down with salt water on an empty stomach. Abstain from sexual intercourse for one month; thereafter, intercourse will result in conception.
Treats various deficiencies and hundred injuries, providing great tonification. Effects are too numerous to list, but highly effective.

Grind all into extremely fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take thirty to forty pills, washed down with light salt water. Avoid "Three Whites" (refined sugar, white flour, white salt) and distilled spirits (burnt wine/shaojiu).
