疼、面目无光、阳痿不起、下元虚冷、梦失精液。服至十夜，面目光滑，二十夜老转少年；一月后阳
道撤消；四十夜增进饮食；至一百日，万病皆除，冬不寒、夏不热、须发不白。妇人服之，强阴暖子宫，
阴阳有益，最有功效。
川楝子（二两） 牛膝（一两酒浸） 槟榔（一两） 菟丝子（一两另研酒浸） 蛇床子（一两） 干姜
（五钱） 穿山甲（一大片酥炙） 莲肉（一两不去心） 乳香（三钱另研） 沉香（五钱另研） 白檀
香（五钱另研） 鹿茸（一两炙） 巴戟（一两） 大茴香（一两） 仙灵脾（三钱） 破故纸（五钱） 凤
眼草（三钱） 葫芦巴
（五钱） 人参（一两） 泽泻（一两） 山药（一两） 五味子（一两） 熟地黄（二两） 麦门
冬肉苁蓉 茯苓（以上各一两） 白芍药（五钱）
上二十七味，除乳香、沉香、白檀香、菟丝子四味另研为细末，其余二十三味各捣烂为细末，同
前四味炼蜜为剂，同捣一、二百千杵，丸如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，增至九十丸，好酒送下，以干物压之。
修合之日再加丁香一钱。
六十四、膏药方
松脂（三斤） 麻油（半斤） 穿山甲 白芨（二味各少许做点药） 蓖麻（四十九粒研细）
六十五、定子药
白矾（一两火 同信一处） 信（五钱） 乳香（二钱） 没药（二钱） 辰砂（五分）
面糊为定。
六十六、生肌散
龙骨（火 ） 赤石脂（火 各半两） 乳香 没药 海螵蛸 轻粉 全蝎（洗焙干各一钱）
血竭（二钱） 黄丹（一钱）
上为末，待疮头落尽，此药填满在疮口上，以膏药贴之。一日甘草汤洗二次，膏药一、二日一换。
六十七、追风托里散
甘草 黄 当归 芍药 白芷 防风 川芎 官桂 栝蒌仁 金银花 桔梗
每服水酒共二钟，煎至一钟，空心服。
六十八、象牙丸
象牙（五钱） 蜂房（三钱） 蝉蜕（三钱） 木香（三钱） 没药（一钱） 乳香（三钱）
全蝎（一只） 僵蚕（三钱）
先将黄蜡半斤化开，待黑色过却，将前药为细末，入蜡内搅匀，倾入水内，取出冷定为丸，如枣
大。每服空心一丸，滚酒化开，连三日三服，待药从漏痕出，隔三日再一服，第五日再服一丸，后下定子药。
疼痛、面色和目光无光泽、阳痿不起、下元虚冷（肾阳不足导致的下部寒冷）、梦中遗精。服用至第十夜，面色和目光变得光滑润泽；二十夜后，老者转回少年状态；一个月后，性功能恢复正常；四十夜后，饮食增加；至一百日，各种疾病全部消除，冬天不觉寒冷、夏天不觉炎热、胡须头发不再变白。妇女服用此药，可强壮阴气、温暖子宫，对阴阳平衡有益，功效显著。

以上二十七味药，除了乳香、沉香、白檀香、菟丝子这四味药单独研磨成细末外，其余二十三味药各自捣烂成细末，与前四味药混合，用炼蜜调和为丸剂，共同捣击一、二百千次，制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三十丸，逐渐增加至九十丸，用好酒送服，并进食干食以压制药力。在配制之日，再加丁香一钱。
六十四、膏药方
松脂（三斤） 麻油（半斤） 穿山甲、白芨（这两味药各取少许作为点药使用） 蓖麻（四十九粒，研磨细）
六十五、定子药（用于固定疮口的药物）
白矾（一两，火煅后与信石混合一处） 信石（五钱） 乳香（二钱） 没药（二钱） 辰砂（五分）
用面糊作为粘合剂定形。
六十六、生肌散（促进肌肉生长的散剂）
龙骨（火煅） 赤石脂（火煅，各半两） 乳香、没药、海螵蛸、轻粉、全蝎（洗净焙干，各一钱） 血竭（二钱） 黄丹（一钱）
以上药物研成粉末，待疮口脓头落尽后，将此药填满在疮口上，再用膏药贴敷。每天用甘草汤清洗两次，膏药每隔一、两天更换一次。
六十七、追风托里散（祛风排毒、扶正托毒的散剂）
甘草、黄芪、当归、芍药、白芷、防风、川芎、官桂、栝蒌仁、金银花、桔梗
每次服用时，用水和酒共两钟量，煎煮至一钟量，空腹服用。
六十八、象牙丸
象牙（五钱） 蜂房（三钱） 蝉蜕（三钱） 木香（三钱） 没药（一钱） 乳香（三钱） 全蝎（一只） 僵蚕（三钱）
先将半斤黄蜡熔化，待黑色退去后，将上述药物研成细末，加入蜡液中搅拌均匀，倒入水中，取出冷却定型为丸，大小如枣。每次空腹服用一丸，用滚酒化开，连续三天服用三次，待药力从漏痕（瘘管或疮口）排出后，隔三天再服用一次，第五日再服用一丸，之后使用定子药。
Pain, lusterless complexion and gaze, impotence (erectile dysfunction), coldness of the lower origin (kidney yang deficiency causing coldness in the lower body), and nocturnal emission. After ten nights of administration, the complexion and gaze become smooth and lustrous; after twenty nights, the elderly revert to a youthful state; after one month, sexual function is restored; after forty nights, appetite increases; by one hundred days, all diseases are eliminated, winter feels not cold, summer feels not hot, and beard and hair do not turn white. When taken by women, it strengthens yin, warms the uterus, benefits the balance of yin and yang, and has remarkable efficacy.

The above twenty-seven ingredients: except for Frankincense, Agarwood, Sandalwood, and Dodder Seed which are separately ground into fine powder, the remaining twenty-three ingredients are each pounded into fine powder. These are mixed with the previous four powders and honey that has been refined into pills. The mixture is pounded together one or two hundred thousand times until pills the size of Sophora seeds are formed. Each dose consists of thirty pills, increased gradually to ninety pills, taken with good wine, followed by dry food to suppress the medicinal force. On the day of preparation, add one qian of Clove Bud (Dingxiang).

Use wheat paste as a binder to fix the shape.
66. Flesh-Generating Powder (Sanji San)

Grind the above into powder. After all pus heads from the sore have fallen off, fill this medicine into the sore opening, and apply a plaster over it. Wash twice daily with Licorice Decoction (Gancao Tang); change the plaster every one or two days.
67. Wind-Chasing Interior-Supporting Powder (Zhui Feng Tuo Li San)
Licorice Root (Gancao), Astragalus Root (Huangqi), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Peony Root (Shaoyao), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Cassia Twig (Guangui), Trichosanthes Seed (Gualouren), Honeysuckle Flower (Jinyinhua), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng)
For each dose, use water and wine totaling two zhong, decoct until one zhong remains, and take on an empty stomach.
68. Ivory Pill (Xiangya Wan)
Ivory (Xiangya) (5 qian) Honeycomb (Fengfang) (3 qian) Cicada Slough (Chantui) (3 qian) Aucklandia Root (Muxiang) (3 qian) Myrrh (Moyao) (1 qian) Frankincense (Ruxiang) (3 qian) Scorpion (Quanxie) (one piece) Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan) (3 qian)
First, melt half a jin of yellow beeswax. Once the black color dissipates, add the aforementioned medicines ground into fine powder, stir evenly into the wax, pour into water, remove, cool, and form into pills the size of a jujube. Take one pill on an empty stomach each time, dissolved in boiling wine. Take continuously for three days (three doses). Wait for the medicine to discharge from the fistula/sore track, then take another dose after three days. Take one more pill on the fifth day, followed by the use of the Fixative Medicine.
