以上三十六大穴。指明受伤之法。然用药虽无久异。不过加减汤。及七厘散。夺命紫金等药。惟加减方中。所加二
味零药。不可错误。切宜紧记。大凡人于既跌之后。或相打受伤之后。感冒经风。发寒发热。头身皆痛。先用解肌汤。
或小柴胡汤治之。然后再服跌打之药。
金刃损伤身体，眼皮发青。这必定是死亡之兆，难以救治。如果伴有气喘和喉间痰鸣咆哮，患者将在七天内死亡。人中穴部位白天肿胀且嘴唇发青，三天内性命必亡。这是神仙留下的真正秘诀，不告诉凡人，凡人便不知晓其中的奥妙。
凡是矢柱骨（脊椎）骨折的，无法治愈。
凡是双眼受到损伤的，无法治愈。
凡是口张气出不收的，无法治愈。
凡是口裂如鱼口状的，无法治愈。
凡是食道受伤穿孔的，无法治愈。
凡是头部被打破，流出黄白色水的，无法治愈。
凡是脊椎骨断裂的，无法治愈。
凡是心包区域紧绷疼痛，皮肤发红高肿的，无法治愈。
凡是心口部位出现青色的，无法治愈。
凡是小腹部位阴阳界限模糊不清的，无法治愈。
凡是跌打导致大小腹疼痛的，无法治愈。
凡是睾丸受伤陷入小腹的，无法治愈。
凡是孕妇受外伤伤及胎元的，无法治愈。
凡是女性乳房受伤的，无法治愈。
凡是男性乳头受伤的，无法治愈。
凡是腰部受伤后不由自主发笑的，无法治愈。
凡是双臂下垂，尽力呼喊嚎叫，出汗如油的，无法治愈。
凡是人手骨脱出，若只有一根骨头脱出尚可治疗，若两股（大腿/手臂）同时脱出，则不可治疗。
凡是脑部受伤，使人轻轻扶正头部，若皮肤未破损，使用二十号黑龙散；若已破损，使用十四号桃花散，填入破口处以避风，禁食言语即可自愈。
凡是头顶门（百会穴附近）受伤，使用二十四号止血散，搽敷和内服均用此药。
凡是气喉受伤，让人扶住头部托凑喉管，不让气息外泄，用银针缝合好，外用十八号贴膏，内服上部药方。
凡是眉甲骨突出，用椅圈将软衣垫好，令伤者坐于圈中，使一人固定住，用绢布缚紧。外用十八号贴膏，内服上部药方。
凡是肩臂骨折，必须先使骨骼平正，使用十八号贴膏，用油纸扎好，内服六号接骨丹。
凡是金井骨（肋骨）在胁下，若受损，不宜夹缚，扶平后用二十六号黑龙散。
凡是两胁骨折，治疗方法同金井骨。
凡是肩臂脱臼，让人抵住，抱着手臂，轻轻送入原位。内服六号接骨丹，外贴十八号膏。
凡人的膝盖，属于另生之骨，跌出者无法治愈。跌破者，用竹篾箍带缚定，外用二十四号止血散。
凡是腹部受伤破裂，大肠跌出，被风吹干肠子，无法收回。用麻油涂抹，使肠子润泽。用一人托住肠子，一人默含冷水，喷洒在伤者身上，其人必然一惊，托肠者随即趁惊送入肠子。再用银针缝合，先敷二十四号止血散，后用十八号膏贴。若伤口在眼部难以看见，用好酒一杯，令伤者饮下，然后让人嗅闻伤口，若有酒气，说明肠子已破，难以救治。
凡是人体骨骼跌出内外折入肉中，服用二十号宝麻药一剂，再将肉破开，取出膏体整换，使用二十四号止血散、十八号贴膏，外用笋箬包裹好，内服六号接骨丹。
凡是打伤跌肿，肉中的骨头不知是否碎裂，医生用手轻轻触摸肿处，若有声响，说明骨头已破。先用二十号宝麻药一剂，然后割开。如果血流不止，用二十四号止血丹，又用二十号宝麻药一剂，再取出碎骨。若骨头碎得厉害，就用其他骨头填接，外贴十八号膏药，内服六号接骨丹。
凡是平坦处跌打骨伤，皮不破，先用二十号黑龙散敷好，再用板夹缚平正。如曲折之处，只宜敷药，不宜夹缚，以免痊愈后不能伸屈。
凡是服用跌打药，要忌冷水冷物，药物必须热服。
凡是跌打重伤，必先用二十七号药水清洗，然后敷药。轻伤不必如此。

人周身有一百零八穴，小穴七十二处，大穴三十六处。打中小穴，重也无妨；打中大穴，虽轻亦死。现将三十六个大穴，道明受伤治法。

Golden weapon injuries causing body damage and bluish-green eyelids indicate certain death, difficult to save. If accompanied by panting and roaring phlegm in the throat, death will occur within seven days. If the Renzhong area is swollen during the day and the lips are blue, life will be lost within three days. This is a true secret left by immortals; those who are not "ordinary people" (initiates) do not know its meaning.
For fractures of the spinal column (Shuzhu bone), it is incurable.
For injuries to both eyes, it is incurable.
For open mouth with uncontrolled exhalation, it is incurable.
For a mouth opening resembling a fish's mouth, it is incurable.
For injury to the esophagus causing perforation, it is incurable.
For head trauma where yellow-white fluid flows from broken skin, it is incurable.
For fractured and severed spinal bones, it is incurable.
For tight pain in the pericardium region with red, high swelling of the skin, it is incurable.
For bluish discoloration at the heart center (Xinkou), it is incurable.
For indistinct yin-yang boundaries in the lower abdomen, it is incurable.
For abdominal pain caused by falls and blows, it is incurable.
For testicles injured and sinking into the lower abdomen, it is incurable.
For pregnant women suffering trauma that harms the fetus, it is incurable.
For women with breast injuries, it is incurable.
For men with nipple injuries, it is incurable.
For waist injuries causing involuntary laughter, it is incurable.
For arms hanging down, with loud wailing and sweat like oil, it is incurable.
For hand bone dislocation: if only one bone is dislocated, it is treatable; if both thighs/arms are dislocated simultaneously, it is untreatable.
For brain injuries, gently support the head. If the skin is intact, apply No. 20 Black Dragon Powder (Heilong San); if broken, apply No. 14 Peach Blossom Powder (Taohua San) to fill the wound to avoid wind exposure; abstinence from speech leads to self-healing.
For injuries to the top of the head (Dingmen), use No. 24 Hemostatic Powder (Zhixue San) for both external application and internal ingestion.
For tracheal injuries, support the head to align the throat, preventing air escape. Suture with silver needles, apply No. 18 Plaster externally, and take upper-body formulas internally.
For protruding brow or orbital bones, pad a chair ring with soft cloth, have the patient sit in it, secure firmly with silk, apply No. 18 Plaster externally, and take upper-body formulas internally.
For shoulder/arm fractures, realign the bone first, apply No. 18 Plaster, wrap with oiled paper, and take No. 6 Bone-Connecting Pill (Jiegu Dan) internally.
For rib injuries below the armpit (Jinjing bone), do not bind tightly; straighten and apply No. 26 Black Dragon Powder.
For bilateral rib fractures, treat as above.
For shoulder/arm dislocations, brace against resistance, hold the arm, and gently reduce it to its original position. Take No. 6 Bone-Connecting Pill internally, apply No. 18 Plaster externally.
For knee injuries: since the patella is an accessory bone, dislocation is incurable. For fracture/crushing, bind with bamboo splints, apply No. 24 Hemostatic Powder externally.
For abdominal rupture with eviscerated intestines dried by wind: lubricate with sesame oil. One person supports the intestine, another spits cold water onto the patient to induce shock, allowing the intestine to be reduced. Suture with silver needles, apply No. 24 Hemostatic Powder, then No. 18 Plaster. If the wound is near the eye, have the patient drink good wine; if the wound smells of alcohol, the intestine is perforated and incurable.
For bones dislocated and embedded in flesh: administer one dose of No. 20 Baoma Medicine, incise the flesh, remove the paste, apply No. 24 Hemostatic Powder and No. 18 Plaster, wrap with bamboo leaves, and take No. 6 Bone-Connecting Pill internally.
For contusions with unknown bone fragmentation: palpate the swelling. If crepitus is felt, the bone is broken. Administer one dose of No. 20 Baoma Medicine, incise, and stop bleeding with No. 24 Hemostatic Powder. Administer another dose of No. 20 Baoma Medicine, remove bone fragments. If severely fragmented, graft with other bones, apply No. 18 Plaster externally, and take No. 6 Bone-Connecting Pill internally.
For flat-surface fractures with intact skin: apply No. 20 Black Dragon Powder, splint with boards. For curved areas, only apply medicine; do not splint to preserve mobility.
When taking trauma medicines, avoid cold water and food; medicines must be taken hot.
For severe trauma, wash with No. 27 Medicinal Water before applying medicine; minor injuries need not.
For uncontrollable bleeding: use No. 25 Peach Blossom Powder or No. 24 Hemostatic Pill. If still bleeding, use Panax notoginseng with goat blood, and circle the wound with Peach Blossom Powder.
For non-comminuted fractures: apply No. 18 Plaster externally, and take formulas corresponding to the affected region (upper, middle, or lower).
