尿血久缠，腰腹作痛，屡投利剂，气陷伤津，以致精神委顿，六脉细软。若不升清培补，恐交秋病剧。

党参、炒牡丹皮、萆薢、炒阿胶、湖藕、云茯苓、炒枸杞子、升麻、甘草梢。
尿血缠绵日久，腰腹部疼痛，屡次投用利水渗湿之剂，导致气陷伤津，以致精神委顿，六脉细软。若不升举清阳并培补正气，恐怕到了秋季病情加重。
西洋参、赤茯神、升麻、沙苑子、木香、制白术、甘草梢、枸杞子、萆薢、藕节。
Abdominal distension accompanied by hematuria is caused by Qi stagnation in the Jueyin (Liver and Pericardium) channel, resulting in injury to the collaterals of the Bladder. Temporarily employ the method of breaking blood stasis and guiding downward.
