人参（一钱） 白术（二钱） 茯苓（三钱） 甘草（一钱） 陈皮（三分） 山药（三钱） 萝卜子（一钱）
薏仁（五钱） 芡实（五钱）
水煎服。
下喉虽则微胀，入腹渐觉爽快。
心肾兼补，治脾胃两虚者固效矣。若单是胃之虚寒，自宜独治心之为妙。方用∶
人参（一两） 白术（三两） 茯神（三两） 山药（四两） 半夏（三两） 菖蒲（五钱） 远志（一两）
白芍（二两） 枣仁（五钱） 莲子（三两） 白芥子（四钱） 良姜（五钱） 附子（三钱）
蜜丸，每日滚水送下三钱。
〔此方补心火并疏肝气，内加附子、良姜，以助火热之气，心火足，自然生胃土；胃土足，饮食自然能进而无
害矣。〕
炒白术（二两半） 莲子（二两半） 炒山药（二两半） 山楂（二两半） 芡实（一两） 茯苓（一两）
以上六味，俱饭上蒸晒两次，加神曲五钱，白芍五钱，白色大米虫五钱，陈皮二钱，泽泻二钱，蜜丸，空心
米饮送下二、三钱，宜常服。
如瘦极成疳，加芦荟三钱、杜仲二钱。如泄泻，加白果煨三钱。如内热口干，大便结，加黄连二钱姜炒。如
潮热，加柴胡三钱。如骨蒸，加地骨皮五钱。如有虫，加使君子三钱。如肚腹胀大。大便闭塞，肠鸣作响，加槟
榔五分、木香一钱。
气虚导致无法进食，勉强进食后会出现食物上逆、胸膈胀满的症状。

心肾同时进补，治疗脾胃两虚的病症固然有效。但如果仅仅是胃部的虚寒证，适宜单独调理心脏为妙。方剂如下：
人参（一两） 白术（三两） 茯神（三两） 山药（四两） 半夏（三两） 石菖蒲（五钱） 远志（一两）
白芍（二两） 酸枣仁（五钱） 莲子（三两） 白芥子（四钱） 高良姜（五钱） 附子（三钱）
炼蜜制成丸药，每天用滚开水送服三钱。
〔这个方剂既补益心火又疏理肝气，内部加入附子、高良姜，以助长火热之气；心火充足，自然能生养胃土；胃土充足，饮食自然能够顺利摄入且无危害。〕
炒白术（二两半） 莲子（二两半） 炒山药（二两半） 山楂（二两半） 芡实（一两） 茯苓（一两）
以上六味药材，都在饭上蒸晒两次，再加入神曲五钱，白芍五钱，白色大米虫五钱，陈皮二钱，泽泻二钱，炼蜜制成丸药，空腹时用米汤送服二至三钱，应当长期服用。
如果身体极度消瘦形成疳积，加入芦荟三钱、杜仲二钱。如果出现泄泻，加入煨制的白果三钱。如果体内有热且口干，大便干结，加入用姜炒制的黄连二钱。如果出现潮热，加入柴胡三钱。如果出现骨蒸劳热，加入地骨皮五钱。如果体内有寄生虫，加入使君子三钱。如果肚腹胀大，大便闭塞不通，肠鸣作响，加入槟榔五分、木香一钱。
Qi deficiency leads to an inability to eat; if food is forced down, it causes regurgitation and chest/epigastric fullness.

Decoct with water and take orally.
Although there is slight bloating upon swallowing, a sense of comfort gradually arises in the abdomen after ingestion.
Simultaneously tonifying the Heart and Kidney is effective for treating Spleen-Stomach dual deficiency. However, if the condition is merely Stomach deficiency-cold, it is advisable to treat the Heart alone. The prescription is as follows:
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) [1 liang] Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) [3 liang] Fushen (Poria cum Radix) [3 liang] Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) [4 liang] Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum) [3 liang] Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) [5 qian] Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) [1 liang]
Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) [2 liang] Zaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) [5 qian] Lianzi (Nelumbinis Semen) [3 liang] Baijiezi (Sinapis Semen) [4 qian] Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma) [5 qian] Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) [3 qian]
Prepare as honey pills, taking 3 qian daily with boiling water.
[This formula tonifies Heart Fire and soothes Liver Qi. The addition of Fuzi and Liangjiang aids the generation of fire energy; sufficient Heart Fire naturally generates Stomach Earth; abundant Stomach Earth allows for normal food intake without harm.]
Chao Baizhu (Stir-fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) [2.5 liang] Lianzi (Nelumbinis Semen) [2.5 liang] Chao Shanyao (Stir-fried Dioscoreae Rhizoma) [2.5 liang] Shanzha (Crataegi Fructus) [2.5 liang] Qianshi (Euryales Semen) [1 liang] Fuling (Poria) [1 liang]
The above six herbs are steamed over rice and sun-dried twice. Then add Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata) [5 qian], Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) [5 qian], Baise Damicong (White Rice Worms) [5 qian], Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) [2 qian], Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) [2 qian]. Prepare as honey pills, taking 2-3 qian on an empty stomach with rice water. Long-term use is recommended.
If emaciation has progressed to Gu syndrome (infantile malnutrition), add Lvhua (Aloe) [3 qian] and Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex) [2 qian]. If diarrhea occurs, add Wei Baiguo (Baked Ginkgo Seed) [3 qian]. If internal heat with dry mouth and constipation is present, add Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) stir-fried with ginger [2 qian]. If tidal fever occurs, add Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) [3 qian]. If bone-steaming fever occurs, add Digupi (Lycii Cortex) [5 qian]. If intestinal parasites are present, add Shijunzi (Quisqualis Fructus) [3 qian]. If abdominal distension with massive enlargement, fecal impaction, and borborygmus occur, add Binglang (Arecae Semen) [5 fen] and Muxiang (Vladimiriae Radix) [1 qian].
