上除硼砂、脑子外，同为细末，以河水一升，白砂蜜三两，同熬三、五沸，然后
入药末，再熬至半茶盏，以上用绵子滤过，去滓，次入硼砂脑末，搅匀定，瓷器内放。徐徐

上为细末。以温浆水洗过，用无垢软帛， 净，药贴之，大有效
五倍子 密陀僧（以上各等份）
上为细末。先入浆水漱过，干贴。
豆粉（半两） 信（一钱） 枯白矾（一钱半）
上三件，同研入麝香半钱，再研为细末，滴水和于手背上，捻作线。如用时
，先以浆水嗽了口，用毛翎撩缝中净，临卧干贴。或为线子，住于缝中。
治赘。
海带 海藻 海蛤 昆布（以上四味皆焙） 泽泻（炒） 连翘（以上并各等份） 猪靥 羊靥（各十
上为细末，蜜丸，如鸡头大。临卧噙化一、二丸。
同上所治。
海藻 海带 昆布 木通 甘草（以上各一两） 诃子 薄荷（以上各半两） 杏仁（少许，煮，浸去皮尖，用之）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸。每夜噙化一丸。忌油腻物。
又方
海藻 海带 昆布 泽泻 木通 猪靥 羊靥（各五枚） 海蛤 连翘
上为细末，研靥为丸，如鸡头大。每服一丸，临卧噙化下，效。
【金丝膏方】
黄丹、代赭石、玄精石（以上各半两），炉甘石（一两，经煅烧处理），脑子（冰片，半钱），黄连、蕤仁（去皮及油脂，这两味药各三钱），白丁香、南硼砂（这两味药各一钱）。
除硼砂和脑子外，将其他药物共同研磨成细末。用河水一升、白砂蜜三两，一同熬煮三至五次沸腾，然后加入药末，继续熬煮至剩余半茶盏的量。以上药液用绵布过滤，去除药渣，随后加入硼砂和脑子的细末，搅拌均匀，置于瓷器中保存。使用时徐徐涂抹。
【第二方】
黄连（三钱），密陀僧（半两），干胭脂（二钱），雄黄（一钱），绿豆粉（二钱），轻粉（一钱）。
将上述药物研磨成细末。先用温浆水清洗患处，再用洁净无垢的软帛擦干，将药粉贴敷于患处，效果显著。
【第三方】
五倍子、密陀僧（以上两味药等量）。
将上述药物研磨成细末。先以浆水漱口，然后将药粉直接干贴于患处。
【第四方】
豆粉（半两），信（砒霜，一钱），枯白矾（一钱半）。
将上述三味药一同研磨，加入麝香半钱，再次研磨成细末。用时滴少许水在手背上，搓捻成药线。如需用药，先以浆水漱口，用羽毛翎毛清理缝隙使其洁净，临睡前将药线干贴于缝隙中。也可以制成线状，塞入缝隙中固定。
【治赘疣方】
海带、海藻、海蛤、昆布（以上四味药均经焙干处理），泽泻（炒制），连翘（以上两味药与前三味等量），猪靥、羊靥（各十个）。
将上述药物研磨成细末，用蜂蜜炼制成丸，大小如鸡头。临睡前含化一至二丸。
【同上所治之方】
海藻、海带、昆布、木通、甘草（以上五味药各一两），诃子、薄荷（以上两味药各半两），杏仁（少许，煮熟后浸泡去皮尖，备用）。
将上述药物研磨成细末，用炼蜜调和制成丸剂。每晚含化一丸。忌食油腻食物。
【又一方】
海藻、海带、昆布、泽泻、木通、猪靥、羊靥（各五枚），海蛤、连翘。
将上述药物研磨成细末，将猪靥、羊靥研烂后与其他药末混合制成丸剂，大小如鸡头。每次服用一丸，临睡前含化咽下，疗效显著。
[Golden Thread Ointment Formula]
Hongdan (Lead Tetroxide), Daizheshi (Hematite), Xuanjingshi (Natron) (each half tael above), Luganshi (Calamina Stone) (one tael, calcined), Naozhi (Borneol) (half qian), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Ruiren (Prunus Persica Seed) (de-pitted and de-oiled, each three qian), Baidingxiang (Vermicompost) Nanbengsha (Sodium Borate) (each one qian above).
Except for Nanbengsha and Naozhi, grind the remaining herbs into fine powder together. Add one sheng of river water and three liang of white sand honey, boil together for three to five boils. Then add the herbal powder, continue boiling until the volume reduces to half a tea cup. Filter the liquid through cotton cloth to remove dregs. Then add the fine powders of Nanbengsha and Naozhi, stir evenly, and store in a porcelain container. Apply slowly as needed.
[Second Formula]
Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome) (three qian), Mituosen (Litharge), Ganyanzhi (Dry Carmine), Xionghuang (Realgar), Lvdoufen (Mung Bean Starch), Qingfen (Calomel).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Wash the affected area with warm Jiangshui (fermented rice water), dry with a clean, soft cloth, and apply the powder topically. Highly effective.
[Third Formula]
Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis), Mituosen (Litharge) (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Rinse mouth with Jiangshui first, then apply the powder directly to the affected area in dry state.
[Fourth Formula]
Doufen (Bean Starch) (half tael), Xin (Arsenic Trioxide) (one qian), Kubaijian (Calcined Alum) (one and a half qian).
Grind these three items together, add Banqian of Shexiang (Musk), and grind again into fine powder. When using, add a few drops of water on the back of the hand, roll into a thread shape. If used, rinse mouth with Jiangshui first, clean the crevice with a feather quill, and apply the dry thread into the crevice before sleep. Alternatively, insert the thread into the crevice to fix it.
[Treatment for Skin Tags/Warts]
Haidai (Kelp), Haizao (Seaweed), Hai Ge (Clam Shell), Kunbu (Ecklonia) (all four herbs roasted/baked above), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome) (stir-fried), Lianqiao (Forsythia Fruit) (equal parts to the above), Zhu Ye (Pig Palate), Yang Ye (Sheep Palate) (ten pieces each).
Grind into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills the size of a chicken head. Before sleep, hold one or two pills in the mouth to dissolve.
[Same Indication]
Haizao (Seaweed), Haidai (Kelp), Kunbu (Ecklonia), Mutong (Akebia Stem), Gancao (Licorice Root) (each one tael above), Hezi (Chebula Fruit), Bohe (Mint Leaf) (each half tael above), Xingren (Apricot Seed) (a small amount, boiled, soaked, skin and tip removed, use flesh).
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills. Hold one pill in the mouth to dissolve every night. Avoid greasy foods.
[Another Formula]
Haizao (Seaweed), Haidai (Kelp), Kunbu (Ecklonia), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), Mutong (Akebia Stem), Zhu Ye (Pig Palate), Yang Ye (Sheep Palate) (five pieces each), Hai Ge (Clam Shell), Lianqiao (Forsythia Fruit).
Grind into fine powder, crush the pig and sheep palates and mix with other powders to form pills the size of a chicken head. Take one pill each time, hold in mouth to dissolve before sleep. Effective.
