芒硝（一两） 螺青 没药 乳香（以上各少许）
上为细末。每用少许，鼻内嗅之。
真正蛤粉，炒黄色，为细末。
上油腊就热和为丸，如皂子，纳于猪腰子中，麻缠。蒸熟食之。可配米粥。
苦参（一斤） 红芍药 冬瓜（二味各四两） 玄参（一两）
上为末。每用一字，用手洗面上。
洗面上 药。
上用猪蹄一副，刮去黑皮，切作细片，用慢火熬如膏粘，用罗子滤过，再入锅内，用蜜半盏，又用∶
白芷 黑豆（去皮） 栝蒌（一个） 白芨 白蔹 零陵香 藿香（各一两） 鹅梨（二个，细切）
上将七味药为末，同梨入药一处，再熬，滴水不散方成。以绢滤过，临卧涂面，次日用浆水洗面。
白附子（一两） 白芨 白蔹 密陀僧 胡粉 白茯苓（以上各等份）
上为细末。洗净，临卧以乳汁调一钱，涂面，但洗光净。牛乳亦可。
治头目眩运。
大黄 荆芥穗 贯芎 防风（以上各等份）
上为粗末，大作剂料，水煎。去滓服之。以利为度。
蓖麻子（五十个，去皮）
上与熟枣一枚，同捣，丸如枣子大，更入小儿乳汁就和。每用一丸，绵裹，纳于聋耳内，觉
热为度，一日一易。如药难丸，日中曝干。
又方
口噙甘草一枚，耳中塞二块，用绵裹，立通。
芒硝（一两）、螺青、没药、乳香（以上各取少许）。
将上述药材研磨成细粉。每次取少量，放入鼻中嗅闻。
真正的蛤粉，炒至黄色，研磨成细粉。
用猪油或蜂蜡加热融化后与药粉混合制成丸剂，大小如皂角子，将其纳入猪腰子中，用麻线缠绕。蒸熟后食用。可以搭配米粥一起服用。

将上述七味药研磨成粉末，与梨肉一同放入药液中再次熬煮，直到滴入水中不散开即成。用绢布过滤，睡前涂抹于面部，次日清晨用浆水洗脸。
白附子（一两）、白芨、白蔹、密陀僧、胡粉、白茯苓（以上各等份）。
将上述药材研磨成细粉。洗净面部后，临睡前用乳汁调和一钱药粉，涂抹于面部，务必涂抹均匀光亮。牛乳也可以使用。
苦丁香、川芎、藜芦（各等份）。
将上述药材研磨成细粉。口中含水，将药粉放入鼻中嗅闻。
治疗头部和眼睛眩晕。
大黄、荆芥穗、贯芎、防风（以上各等份）。
将上述药材捣碎成粗末，作为大剂量配方，用水煎煮。滤去药渣后服用。以大便通畅为度。
蓖麻子（五十个，去皮）。
与一枚熟枣一同捣烂，制成如枣子大小的丸剂，再加入小儿乳汁调和。每次使用一丸，用棉布包裹，塞入患聋的耳内，感到发热为止，每天更换一次。如果药物难以制丸，可在中午晒干。
又一方：
口含甘草一枚，耳中塞入两块药棉（此处指代前文制备的药丸或类似物，原文语境下通常指代某种填塞物，结合上下文“口噙甘草...耳中塞二块”，可能指甘草或其他药物分块），用棉布包裹，立即通窍。
Natrii Sulfas (one liang), Concha Mantis Ovi, Myrrha, and Resina Boswelliae (a small amount of each of the above).
Grind the above into a fine powder. For each use, take a small amount and sniff it into the nostrils.
True Concha Mantis Ovi, stir-fried until yellow, ground into a fine powder.
Melt pig fat or beeswax with heat and mix with the powder to form pills, sized like soap beans. Insert these into a pig kidney, tie securely with hemp thread. Steam until cooked and eat. It can be taken with rice porridge.
Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (one jin), Rubra Paeoniae Radix, and Benincasa hispida (four liang of each of these two), Scrophulariae Radix (one liang).
Grind the above into powder. For each use, take an amount equivalent to "one character" (approx. 1-2 grams) and wash the face by hand.
Medication for washing the face.
Take one pig trotter, scrape off the black skin, cut into thin slices, and simmer slowly over low heat until sticky like paste. Filter through a sieve, return to the pot, add half a cup of honey, and then add:
Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Glycines max (skin removed), Trichosanthis Fructus (one fruit), Bletillae Rhizoma, Akebiae Caulis, Lingering Fragrance (Lingling Xiang), and Agastaches Herba (one liang of each), Pyrus ussuriensis (two fruits, finely chopped).
Grind the above seven herbs into powder, combine with the pear, and simmer again until a drop does not disperse in water. Strain through silk cloth, apply to the face before sleep, and wash the face with fermented grain water the next morning.
Ash from Leonurus japonicus, mixed with wheat soup, fired seven times. Use for washing the face.
Bai Fu Zi (one liang), Bletillae Rhizoma, Akebiae Caulis, Lapis Magnetitum, Cerussa, and Poria (equal parts of the above).
Grind the above into a fine powder. After cleaning the face, before sleep, mix one qian of powder with milk, apply to the face, ensuring an even, smooth coating. Cow's milk may also be used.
Ku Ding Xiang, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and Veratrum nigrum (equal parts).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Hold water in the mouth, and sniff the powder into the nose.
Treats dizziness of the head and eyes.
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Schizonepetae Spica, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and Saposhnikoviae Radix (equal parts of the above).
Crush the above into coarse powder, prepare as a large dose decoction, boil in water. Strain the dregs and drink. Take until bowel movement is achieved.
Ricini Semen (fifty seeds, skin removed).
Pound together with one ripe jujube, form into pills the size of a jujube, and further mix with infant milk. For each use, take one pill, wrap in cotton, and insert into the deaf ear. Stop when warmth is felt. Replace once a day. If the medicine is difficult to form into pills, dry it in the sun at noon.
Another prescription:
Hold one piece of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in the mouth, insert two pieces [of prepared material] into the ear, wrapped in cotton. Hearing will immediately clear.
