（九十）羚羊角丸 治肝肺壅热，眼生 肉，赤脉涩痛，及赤眼障翳，痒痛羞明，小儿风疳。

（九十一）消疳无价散 治小儿疳眼。
石决明（一两五钱， ） 炉甘石（童便泡一日夜，烧透，以能浮水者为佳）
滑石 海螵蛸（ 去壳，各五钱） 雄黄（二钱） 朱砂（一钱） 冰片（五分）
共为细末，量儿大小，或三四分，或五六分，用不落水鸡肝一副，竹刀切破，上开下连，掺药在内，
用线扎好，加淘米水，入砂罐煮熟，连汤食尽，虽疳积眼瞎，可以复明。
（九十二）蕤仁膏 外用。治风热眼，赤丝乱脉，痒痛无定。
蕤仁（去壳皮心膜油，五钱） 酥（一栗子大）
和匀，研摊碗内，用艾一小团，烧烟出，以碗覆于烟上熏之，烟尽，再研令匀，入朱砂、麝香各五
分，瓷器收贮，每用如麻子大，点两 头，一日二次。如点老翳，加硼砂末少许。
（九十三）龙脑丸 治小儿脑疳，羸瘦烦热。

（九十四）龙胆丸 治脑疳，及脑热疮。

清水煎，分两次服。忌食生冷、鱼腥、面食、油腻等物。夜

（一○七）麝香进食丸 治小儿乳食不消，心腹胀满，烦热
喘急，呕吐痰逆，腹鸣泄泻，下痢赤白，腹痛后重，食症乳癖， 气痞结。
巴豆霜（一钱二分） 当归（米汁浸一宿炒） 朱砂（另研） 代赭石（ 醋淬七

（一○八）圣惠人参丸 治小儿哺露，或失衣当风，或冷水洗浴，以致腹胀泻痢，或寒热如疟，不
思食物，或食而不消化，或消化而不生肌肉，四肢羸瘦。

（一一○）木香 砂丸 治脾胃虚寒，宿食不消，妇人 癖积聚，血块刺痛。

按∶一○九及一一○两方，俱为攻伐之猛剂，用之中病即止。
当服用时，即身体壮实者，亦宜与四君子汤、四物汤等同进，免伤正气。
（一一一）红花膏 外用。消癖积。

红花料（一捆，煎汁去渣，熬膏一碗）
共为细末，入膏内搅匀，青布摊贴患处。
（一一二）阿魏保生膏 外用、治痞块积聚。
先用麻油二十两浸榆、桑、桃、槐、柳枝各二十一段，熬枯，再下蓖麻仁、巴豆各一百二十粒，大风子
肉、土木鳖、番木鳖各五十个，穿山甲（炙）二十片，白附子、当归、白芷各五钱，大黄二两，甘草三钱，
核桃肉一斤，熬枯滤去渣，复入净锅内，熬至滴水成珠，下飞净血丹八两，成膏，再下乳香（去油）、没
药（去油）、儿茶、血竭、阿魏各五钱，冰片一钱，麝香三钱，水红花（熬膏）四两，搅匀，老嫩得宜，收
贮勿泄气，每用狗皮摊贴。凡不能服药者，但将此膏贴心口上，即化痞消积，开胃进食（年老之人亦宜）。
（一一三）兰香散 外用。治疠风及鼻疳赤烂，牙疳龈烂。
兰香叶（烧灰，二钱） 铜青 轻粉（各五分）
研为细末，和匀，贴于患处，干者香油调敷。
（一一四）白粉散 外用。治诸疳疮。
乌贼骨（三钱） 白芨（二钱） 轻粉（一钱）
为散，浆水洗，拭干敷之。
（一一五）熊胆膏 外用。治疳疮不瘥。
熊胆 蚺蛇胆 芦荟（各五钱） 黄矾（一分） 麝香 牛黄（各一分） 龙脑（一钱）
研为细末，和匀，井华水三合，搅匀，盛银器中，重汤煮成
膏，每用少许，涂患处。
除去马牙硝，将麝香单独研磨后，其余药材共同研磨成细末，随后加入青黛等药，用炼蜜调和制成丸剂，大小如芡实，外层包裹金银箔。每次服用一至二丸，用薄荷汤送服；若患牙宣口臭者，饭后用生地黄汁化开服用；若为疮疹余毒，用生犀角磨水送服。
（八十三）泽泻散：治疗小儿肺积，鼻部生疮，以及鼻下红肿溃烂。
处方：川泽泻、生川郁金、甘草（炙）、栀子仁（炒），各一分。
用法：研为细末，用甘草汤调服，外用青金散敷于患处。
（八十四）枇杷叶散：治疗鼻疳导致的红肿溃烂。
处方：枇杷叶（去毛阴干，一两）、山栀子（五钱）、百部、槟榔，各二钱五分。
用法：研为细末，每次服用三钱，幼儿服用二钱，用熟汤调服。
（八十五）蝉壳散：外用。治疗小儿鼻疳瘙痒。
处方：蝉壳（微炒）、青黛、蛇蜕皮（烧成灰）、麝香、滑石，各等分。
用法：捣碎过筛成散剂，研磨均匀，每次取绿豆大小，吹入鼻中，每日三次，可使疳虫尽出。
（八十六）青金散：外用。治疗小儿疥癣，全身瘙痒，脓水淋漓，多年不愈。
处方：松香（二两）、蛤粉（五钱）、青黛（二钱五分）。
用法：研为细末，用油调匀涂抹，或干撒患处。若加入轻粉、枯矾各三钱，疗效更佳。
（八十七）泻肝散：清泻肝火，疏通经络。
处方：木贼草、威灵仙、家菊花、羌活、蝉蜕（去足）、生大黄、甘草（炙）、石决明，各等分；樟脑（或用龙脑，少许）。
用法：研为细末，每次服用二钱。将猪肝一两批开去膜，将药粉掺入其中，用线缠绕，在米泔水中煮熟后嚼服。
（八十八）杀疳散：消除疳积。
处方：防风、龙脑、牡蛎、白芷、细辛、五味子，各一钱。
用法：研为细末，每次服用一钱，饭后用粥饮调服。
（八十九）退翳丸：治疗眼睛生翳膜。
处方：蝉蜕、白菊花、夜明砂、车前子、连翘，各五钱；黄连（一两）；蛇蜕（一条，炒）。
用法：研为细末，用米泔水煮猪肝和药粉制丸，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，用薄荷汤送服。
（九十）羚羊角丸：治疗肝肺壅热，眼部生肉，赤脉涩痛，以及红眼障翳，痒痛畏光，小儿风疳。
处方：羚羊角屑、生甘草、白何首乌、瓦松，各一两；生干地黄、郁金，各二两。
用法：共研为细末，用炼蜜制丸，大小如梧桐子，每次服用十五丸。
（九十一）消疳无价散：治疗小儿疳眼。
处方：石决明（一两五钱，煅）、炉甘石（童便浸泡一日一夜，烧透，以能浮在水面者为佳）、滑石、海螵蛸（去壳，各五钱）、雄黄（二钱）、朱砂（一钱）、冰片（五分）。
用法：共研为细末，根据患儿年龄大小，取三四分或五六分药粉。取一只不落水的鸡肝，用竹刀切开，上开下连，将药粉掺入肝内，用线扎好，加入淘米水，放入砂罐煮熟，连汤全部吃完。即使是因疳积导致的眼瞎，也可以恢复视力。
（九十二）蕤仁膏：外用。治疗风热眼病，赤丝乱脉，痒痛不定。
处方：蕤仁（去壳皮心膜及油，五钱）、酥（如栗子大小）。
用法：混合均匀，研磨后摊在碗内。用一小团艾绒燃烧冒烟，将碗扣在烟上进行熏蒸，待烟尽后，再次研磨均匀。加入朱砂、麝香各五分，装入瓷器中密封保存。每次取如麻子大小的药膏，点入两眼，每日二次。若用于点治老翳，可加入少许硼砂末。
（九十三）龙脑丸：治疗小儿脑疳，身体消瘦烦热。
处方：龙脑、麝香、雄黄，各一钱；胡黄连末、牛黄、朱砂、熊胆、芦荟、虾蟆灰，各一分。
用法：共研为粉末，用水化开熊胆调和制丸，大小如麻子，每次服用三丸。
（九十四）龙胆丸：治疗脑疳，以及脑部热疮。
处方：龙胆草、升麻、苦楝根皮（焙）、赤茯苓、防风、芦荟、油发灰，各二钱；干青黛、净黄连，各三钱。
用法：研为细末，用猪胆汁浸糕糊制丸，大小如麻子，每次服用二十丸。
（九十五）吹鼻龙脑散：外用，治疗小儿脑疳。
处方：龙脑、麝香（各少许）、蜗牛壳（炒至黄色）、虾蟆（烧成灰）、瓜蒂、黄连、细辛，各一分。
用法：共研为细末，每次取少许，吹入鼻中。
（九十六）柴胡饮：治疗骨蒸疳气，五心烦热，傍晚加重，口干无味，口渴多饮但身体消瘦，胸满痰紧，食欲减退神志昏沉，小便黄色。
处方：北柴胡、人参、当归、黄芩、赤芍、甘草（炙），各一两；生大黄、桔梗、北五味子、半夏，各半两。
用法：研为细末，每次服用二钱。
（九十七）芦荟肥儿丸：消除五种疳证，治疗小儿无辜疳。
处方：五谷虫、芦荟、胡黄连、川黄连（姜汁炒），各一两；银柴胡（一两二钱）；扁豆、山药，各二两；山楂（二两半）；虾蟆（四个）；肉豆蔻（七钱）；槟榔（五钱）；使君子（二钱半）；神曲（二两）；麦芽（一两六钱）；鹤虱（八钱）；芜荑（一两）；朱砂（另飞）、麝香（另研）。
用法：炒后研为细末，用醋糊制丸，大小如黍米，每次服用一钱。
（九十八）鳖甲散：治疗小儿无辜疳，颈部细瘦腹部胀大，毛发干枯直立如穗状。
处方：鳖甲（三分，去裙边涂醋炙黄）、槟榔（三颗）、沉香、漏芦、牛蒡子（微炒）、使君子、赤芍、诃黎勒皮、甘草（炙微赤），各五钱。
用法：捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用一钱。
（九十九）蝎虎丹：截断疳疾，祛除毒邪。
处方：雄干蝎虎（微炙，一枚）、蜗牛壳、兰香根、淀花、麝香、雄黄，各一分；龙脑（五厘）。
用法：研为细末，拌匀，煎煮米醋打白面糊调和制丸，大小如黍米，每次服用十丸。
（一○○）蓝叶汤：治疗小儿无辜疳，血痢不止。
处方：蓝叶（一两）、地龙、人参、乌梅肉、冬瓜仁、黄连、赤茯苓、蜗牛壳（微炒），各五分。
用法：捣碎过筛成细末，每次服用一钱。
（一○一）漏芦散：治疗无辜疳，腹胀，时而腹泻痢疾，冷热不调。
处方：漏芦（一两）。
用法：捣细过筛成散剂，每次服用一钱。用猪肝一两，加少许盐，清水煮熟，空腹时顿服，并用粥饮送下。
（一○二）醍醐散：吐泻后调理脾胃，增进饮食，治疗丁奚哺露虚热，烦渴气逆，心中恶心。
处方：陈皮（去白）、缩砂仁、浓朴、麦芽、乌梅，各五钱；良姜、干葛、乌药，各二钱五分；草果仁（二钱）；甘草（炙，三钱）。
用法：切碎成散剂，每次服用二钱，加入生姜、大枣、盐少许，用清水煎煮。
（一○三）乌犀丸：治疗小儿疳热，腹内生虫，肚子胀大，手足疲弱，丁奚羸瘦。
处方：黑牵牛、青皮，各二两；使君子肉（七钱五分）；苦楝皮、雷丸，各二钱五分；鹤虱（五钱）。
用法：同入锅内炒焦，研为细末，用水煮面糊调和制丸，大小如黍米。
（一○四）沉香槟榔丸：调和脾胃，助益胃气，促进进食，清利神志，宽胸快膈，顺气调中，悦色壮筋骨。治疗面色黄肌肉消瘦，乳癖腹胀痛，呕吐泄泻疟肿，各种疳积虫积。
处方：沉香、槟榔、檀香、南木香、丁香皮、三棱、神曲（炮）、蓬莪术（炮）、麦芽（炒）、浓朴、苍术（米泔浸炒）、使君子肉（瓦上焙干）、青皮（去白）、陈皮（去白）、缩砂仁、益智仁（姜汁炙）、香附枳壳（麸炒）、高良姜，各五钱；甘草（炙，一两五钱）。
用法：共研为细末，用水煮面糊调和制丸，大小如麻子，每次服用三十丸。
（一○五）木香莪术丸：调和脾胃，益胃宽膈，快气悦色，清神进食。
处方：莪术（炮制）、三棱（炮锉）、醋制香附，各四两；槟榔（薄锉）、生牵牛，各一两；青木香、炒谷芽、青皮，各五钱；荜澄茄、丁香、南木香，各四钱。
用法：共研为细末，用水煮面糊制丸，大小如绿豆，每次服用约十丸。
（一○六）养脏汤：治疗泄痢脓血，状如鱼脑，里急后重脱肛，脐腹疼痛。
处方：人参、白术（炒焦），各一钱五分；肉桂、诃子肉、木香、肉豆蔻、罂粟壳（蜜炙），各五分。
用法：用清水煎煮，分两次服用。忌食生冷、鱼腥、面食、油腻等物。若夜间起卧仍不缓解者，加附子五分，若不奏效再加至一钱。
（一○七）麝香进食丸：治疗小儿乳食不消，心腹胀满，烦热喘急，呕吐痰逆，腹鸣泄泻，下痢赤白，腹痛后重，食症乳癖，气痞结。
处方：巴豆霜（一钱二分）、当归（米汁浸一宿炒）、朱砂（另研）、代赭石（醋淬七次）、枳壳（炒）、木香，各五钱；麝香（另研，五分）。
用法：共研为细末，用面糊制丸，大小如麻子，一岁婴儿每次服用一丸。
（一○八）圣惠人参丸：治疗小儿哺露，或因失衣当风，或冷水洗浴，导致腹胀泄痢，或寒热如疟，不思饮食，或食而不消化，或消化但不长肌肉，四肢羸瘦。
处方：人参、麦冬（去心焙）、半夏（汤洗七遍去滑）、黄芩、大黄（微炒）、白茯苓、柴胡、黄芩，各三分；诃梨勒皮（煨）、甘草（炙）、鳖甲（去裙边涂醋炙令黄），各一两；川芎（五钱）。
用法：捣碎过筛成末，用炼蜜调和制丸，大小如麻子，每次服用三五丸。

处方：木香、砂（另研）、丁香、官桂、附子（泡）、干漆（炒烟尽）、细墨、大黄、乳香（另研）、蓬莪术、青皮、京三棱、没药（另研）、猪牙皂角、干姜（泡），各等分；巴豆霜（减半）。
用法：研为细末，用好醋一升，化开砂，去渣置于银器中，慢火熬煮，然后下巴豆霜、大黄，熬成膏状，将药末与膏子和匀制丸，大小如麻子，每次服用二三十丸。

处方：没药（五钱）、血竭、麝香、阿魏，各三钱；当归、赤芍，各一钱；水红花料（一捆，煎汁去渣，熬膏一碗）。
用法：共研为细末，加入膏内搅匀，用青布摊贴患处。
（一一二）阿魏保生膏：外用，治疗痞块积聚。
先用麻油二十两浸泡榆、桑、桃、槐、柳枝各二十一段，熬至枯黄，再下蓖麻仁、巴豆各一百二十粒，大风子肉、土木鳖、番木鳖各五十个，穿山甲（炙）二十片，白附子、当归、白芷各五钱，大黄二两，甘草三钱，核桃肉一斤，熬至枯黄滤去渣，重新放入干净锅内，熬至滴水成珠，下飞净血丹八两，成膏，再下乳香（去油）、没药（去油）、儿茶、血竭、阿魏各五钱，冰片一钱，麝香三钱，水红花（熬膏）四两，搅匀，软硬适中，收贮勿漏气。每次用狗皮摊贴。凡不能服药者，只需将此膏贴心口上，即可化痞消积，开胃进食（年老之人亦适用）。
（一一三）兰香散：外用。治疗疠风及鼻疳赤烂，牙疳龈烂。
处方：兰香叶（烧灰，二钱）、铜青、轻粉，各五分。
用法：研为细末，和匀，贴于患处，干燥者用香油调敷。
（一一四）白粉散：外用。治疗各种疳疮。
处方：乌贼骨（三钱）、白芨（二钱）、轻粉（一钱）。
用法：研为散剂，用浆水洗患处，拭干后敷药。
（一一五）熊胆膏：外用。治疗疳疮久不愈合。
处方：熊胆、蚺蛇胆、芦荟，各五钱；黄矾（一分）；麝香、牛黄，各一分；龙脑（一钱）。
用法：研为细末，和匀，取井华水三合，搅匀，盛于银器中，隔水炖煮成膏，每次取少许，涂于患处。
Remove the horse tooth nitre (Natrii Sulfas, 马牙硝). Grind the musk (Moschus, 麝香) separately. Grind the remaining herbs into a fine powder. Mix with Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 青黛) and other ingredients, then combine with refined honey to form pills the size of a Chinese quince seed (Euryales Semen, 芡实). Coat with gold and silver leaf. Take one or two pills per dose, dissolved in Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang, 薄荷汤). For patients with gingival bleeding and bad breath, dissolve with raw Rehmannia juice after meals. For residual toxicity from sores and rashes, take with water prepared by grinding raw Rhinoceros Horn (Rhinocerotis Cornu, 犀角).
(83) Zexie San (Alisma Powder): Treats pediatric lung accumulation, nasal sores, and redness/ulceration under the nose.
Ingredients: Chuan Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, 川泽泻), Sheng Chuan Yujin (Curcumae Radix, 生川郁金), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 甘草 - roasted), Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Fructus, 栀子仁 - fried). Each 1 fen.
Usage: Grind into powder. Take with Licorice decoction. Apply Qingjin San externally.
(84) Pipaye San (Loquat Leaf Powder): Treats nasal gan (pediatric malnutrition syndrome) causing redness and ulceration.
Ingredients: Pipaye (Loquati Folium, 枇杷叶 - de-haired and dried, 1 liang), Shanzhizi (Gardeniae Fructus, 山栀子, 5 qian), Baibu (Stemonae Radix, 百部), Binglang (Arecae Semen, 槟榔). Each 2.5 qian.
Usage: Grind into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose (2 qian for infants), mixed with warm water.
(85) Chanke San (Cicada Slough Powder): External use. Treats pediatric nasal gan itching.
Ingredients: Chanke (Cicadae Periostracum, 蝉壳 - lightly fried), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 青黛), Shetuipi (Bombyx Batryticatus, 蛇蜕皮 - burnt to ash), Moshiang (Moschus, 麝香), Huashi (Talcum, 滑石). Equal parts.
Usage: Pound, sieve, and grind evenly. Use an amount the size of a mung bean, insufflate into the nose three times daily until gan parasites are expelled.
(86) Qingjin San (Blue-Gold Powder): External use. Treats pediatric scabies and tinea, generalized pruritus, oozing pus, chronic non-healing.
Ingredients: Songxiang (Pini Resina, 松香, 2 liang), Hafen (Concha Meretricis, 蛤粉, 5 qian), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 青黛, 2.5 qian).
Usage: Grind into powder. Mix with oil for application, or sprinkle dry. Adding Qinfen (Calomelas, 轻粉) and Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum, 枯矾) at 3 qian each enhances efficacy.
(87) Xiegan San (Liver-Draining Powder): Drains liver fire, unblocks collaterals.
Ingredients: Muzeicao (Equiseti Herba, 木贼草), Weilingxian (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 威灵仙), Jiahuijuhua (Chrysanthemi Indici Flos, 家菊花), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, 羌活), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum, 蝉蜕 - feet removed), Sheng Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 生大黄), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 甘草 - roasted), Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha, 石决明). Equal parts. Zhangnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 樟脑) or Longnao (Borneolum, 龙脑), a small amount.
Usage: Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Slice 1 liang of fresh liver, remove membrane, insert powder, tie with thread, cook in rice wash water, and chew/swallow.
(88) Shagan San (Gan-Eliminating Powder): Eliminates gan accumulation.
Ingredients: Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 防风), Longnao (Borneolum, 龙脑), Muli (Ostreae Concha, 牡蛎), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 白芷), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 细辛), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, 五味子). Each 1 qian.
Usage: Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose after meals, mixed with porridge drink.

(91) Xiaogan Wujia San (Priceless Gan-Eye Powder): Treats pediatric gan eye disease.
Ingredients: Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha, 石决明 - calcined, 1.5 liang), Luganshi (Calamina, 炉甘石 - soaked in child's urine for a day and night, calcined until floating is preferred), Huashi (Talcum, 滑石), Haipiaoxiao (Sepiae Endoconcha, 海螵蛸 - shell removed). Each 5 qian. Xionghuang (Realgar, 雄黄), 2 qian. Zhusha (Cinnabaris, 朱砂), 1 qian. Bingpian (Borneolum, 冰片), 5 fen.
Usage: Grind into fine powder. Dosage varies by age (3-5 fen). Take one chicken liver that does not sink in water, cut open with a bamboo knife (open top, connected bottom), insert powder, tie securely. Cook in rice wash water in a clay pot. Consume liver and broth entirely. Even if blindness results from gan accumulation, vision may be restored.
(92) Ruiren Gao (Prunus Armeniaca Seed Ointment): External use. Treats wind-heat eye disease, chaotic red veins, unpredictable itching/pain.
Ingredients: Ruiren (Pruni Armeniacae Semen, 蕤仁 - shell, skin, heart, membrane, and oil removed, 5 qian), Su (Butyrum, 酥 - size of a chestnut).
Usage: Mix and grind evenly. Spread in a bowl. Burn a small tuft of mugwort (Ai Ye, 艾叶) to produce smoke, cover the bowl over the smoke. When smoke ceases, grind again evenly. Add Zhusha (Cinnabaris, 朱砂) and Moshiang (Moschus, 麝香) 5 fen each. Store in porcelain. Apply a sesame-seed-sized amount to both eyes twice daily. For old opacities, add a small amount of Pengsha (Borax, 硼砂).
(93) Longnao Wan (Borneol Pill): Treats pediatric brain-gan, emaciation, and irritability with heat.
Ingredients: Longnao (Borneolum, 龙脑), Moshiang (Moschus, 麝香), Xionghuang (Realgar, 雄黄). Each 1 qian. Huhuanglian mo (Coptidis Rhizoma cum Artemisia, 胡黄连末), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus, 牛黄), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, 朱砂), Xiongdan (Ursi Fel, 熊胆), Lvhui (Aloe, 芦荟), Xiamahui (Bufo Toxin Ash, 虾蟆灰). Each 1 fen.

Ingredients: Longnao (Borneolum, 龙脑), Moshiang (Moschus, 麝香). Small amounts. Woniu ke (Helicis Concha, 蜗牛壳 - fried yellow), Xiamahui (Bufo Toxin Ash, 虾蟆灰), Gudi (Trichosanthis Fructus, 瓜蒂), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 黄连), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 细辛). Each 1 fen.

Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 人参), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 白术 - fried until scorched). Each 1.5 qian. Usage: Pound and sieve into powder. Bind with refined honey. Form pills the size of a hemp seed. Take 3-5 pills per dose.
(109) Qianjin Xiaopi Wan (Thousand Gold Mass-Resolving Pill): Treats five types of gan, mass accumulation.
Ingredients: Lvhui (Aloe, 芦荟), Aw ei (Ferulae Resina, 阿魏 - paste separately), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 青黛), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, 木香), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 浓朴 - stir-fried with ginger), Binglang (Arecae Semen, 槟榔), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 陈皮), Sheng Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 生甘草). Each 1 qian. Shijunzi rou (Quisqualis Fructus, 使君子肉), Huhuanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma cum Artemisia, 胡黄连), Shanzha rou (Crataegi Fructus, 山楂肉), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, 香附 - vinegar-fried), Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma, 三棱 - vinegar-fried), E zhu (Curcumae Rhizoma, 莪术 - vinegar-fried). Each 2 qian. Shuihonghuazi (Alternantherae Philoxeroides, 水红花子), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, 神曲 - fried), Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus, 麦芽 - fried). Each 4 qian. Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 人参), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 白术 - earth-fried), Fuling (Poria, 茯苓). Each 3 qian.
Usage: Grind upper ingredients into fine powder. Take 1 qian of Awei, bind with wheat flour paste. Form pills the size of a mung bean. Take 3-5 pills per dose.
(110) Muxiang Sha Wan (Costus and Realgar Pill): Treats spleen-stomach deficiency-cold, retained food indigestion, women's masses/accumulation, blood stasis stabbing pain.
Ingredients: Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, 木香), Sha (Realgar, 砂 - ground separately), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos, 丁香), Guanzi Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 官桂), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, 附子 - soaked), Ganqi (Dryobalanops Resina, 干漆 - fried until smoke ceases), Xi Mo (Chinese Ink, 细墨), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 大黄), Rushi (Frankincense, 乳香 - ground separately), Peng Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma, 蓬莪术), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, 青皮), Jing Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma, 京三棱), Moyao (Myrrha, 没药 - ground separately), Zhuya Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Spina, 猪牙皂角), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, 干姜 - soaked). Equal parts. Badoushuang (Crotonis Fructus, 巴豆霜), half the amount.
Usage: Grind into powder. Dissolve Sha (Realgar, 砂) in 1 sheng of good vinegar, strain, place in silver vessel. Slowly boil, then add Badoushuang (Crotonis Fructus, 巴豆霜) and Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 大黄). Boil into a paste. Mix powder with paste to form pills the size of a hemp seed. Take 20-30 pills per dose.
Note: Formulas 109 and 110 are strong purgatives. Stop immediately once the condition is addressed. Even for robust individuals, administer simultaneously with Sizijunzi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction) and Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) to prevent damage to healthy qi.
(111) Honghua Gao (Red Flower Ointment): External use. Eliminates mass accumulation.
Ingredients: Moyao (Myrrha, 没药), 5 qian. Xuexie (Sanguis Draconis, 血竭), Moshiang (Moschus, 麝香), Awei (Ferulae Resina, 阿魏). Each 3 qian. Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 当归), Chi Shao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra, 赤芍). Each 1 qian. Shuihonghua liao (Alternantherae Philoxeroides material, 水红花料 - 1 bundle, decocted, strained, boiled down to 1 bowl of paste).
Usage: Grind into powder, mix into the paste. Spread on blue cloth and apply to the affected area.
(112)awei Bao Sheng Gao (Awei Life-Preserving Ointment): External use. Treats痞块 (masses) and accumulation.
First, soak 20 liang of sesame oil with 21 sections each of elm, mulberry, peach, locust, and willow branches. Boil until charred. Add 120 grains each of Ricinus Communis Seed (Bimaban Ren, 蓖麻仁) and Croton Seed (Badou, 巴豆), 50 each of Jatropha Seed (Dafengzi Rou, 大风子肉), Elaeagnus Seed (Tumubie, 土木鳖), and Strychnos Nux-vomica (Fanmubie, 番木鳖), 20 slices of Pangolin Scale (Chuanshanjia, 穿山甲 - roasted), 5 qian each of Bai Fuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, 白附子), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 当归), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 白芷), 2 liang of Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 大黄), 3 qian of Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 甘草), 1 jin of Walnut Meat (Hetao Rou, 核桃肉). Boil until charred, filter dregs. Return to clean pot, boil until drops form pearls. Add 8 liang of purified Xuandan (Cinnabaris, 飞净血丹). Once paste forms, add 5 qian each of Rushi (Frankincense, 乳香 - de-oiled), Moyao (Myrrha, 没药 - de-oiled), Ercha (Catechu, 儿茶), Xuexie (Sanguis Draconis, 血竭), Awei (Ferulae Resina, 阿魏), 1 qian of Bingpian (Borneolum, 冰片), 3 qian of Moshiang (Moschus, 麝香), 4 liang of Shuihonghua paste (Alternantherae Philoxeroides Paste, 水红花膏). Mix evenly. Adjust consistency. Store airtight. Apply using dog skin as backing. For those unable to take oral medicine, applying this paste to the chest can resolve masses, eliminate accumulation, and promote appetite (suitable for elderly).
(113) Lanxiang San (Litsea Powder): External use. Treats leprosy, nasal gan redness/ulceration, dental gan gum ulceration.
Ingredients: Lanxiang ye (Litseae Folium, 兰香叶 - burnt to ash), 2 qian. Tongqing (Verdigris, 铜青), Qingfen (Calomelas, 轻粉). Each 5 fen.
Usage: Grind into fine powder, mix evenly. Apply to affected area. If dry, mix with sesame oil.
(114) Baifen San (White Powder): External use. Treats various gan sores.
Ingredients: Wuzeigu (Sepiae Endoconcha, 乌贼骨), 3 qian. Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma, 白芨), 2 qian. Qingfen (Calomelas, 轻粉), 1 qian.
Usage: Grind into powder. Wash lesion with grain water, dry, and apply.
(115) Xiondan Gao (Bear Gall Ointment): External use. Treats gan sores that do not heal.
Ingredients: Xiongdan (Ursi Fel, 熊胆), Ranshe dan (Pythonis Fel, 蚺蛇胆), Lvhui (Aloe, 芦荟). Each 5 qian. Huangfan (Yellow Alum, 黄矾), 1 fen. Moshiang (Moschus, 麝香), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus, 牛黄). Each 1 fen. Longnao (Borneolum, 龙脑), 1 qian.
Usage: Grind into fine powder, mix evenly. Add 3 he of well water, stir well. Store in silver vessel. Heat gently over water to form paste. Apply a small amount to the affected area.
