The symptoms initially present like a bullet, gradually growing to the size of a finger, or resembling a spindle or a bowl, with varying shapes. This causes the patient's complexion to turn yellow, body to become emaciated, appetite to decrease, and mental desire to diminish. For those who have not recovered after prolonged treatment, taking this prescription will lead to gradual resolution within two months and complete cure within three months.
Use seven pieces of pig sour skin (i.e., pig red pancreas) and seven new needles. Use one needle for each piece of sour skin to pierce through the inside and outside. Apply seven qian of high-quality, clear crystal salt externally, ground into a fine powder. Take orally in the early morning, mixed with good wine free from ash. Avoid cold/raw foods, sexual intercourse, and anger. This treatment applies to both sides of the abdomen regardless of gender, age, or condition. If taken frequently for five to seven courses, the passage of pus and blood in stool indicates efficacy. It is crucial not to use other tonifying medicines; this is the optimal approach. This medicine is suitable for spring, autumn, and winter combined with summer, as it may spoil the sour skin if used solely in summer. If urgent use is required in summer, pickle the sour skin and hang it in a well for seven days before using; this method is also excellent.
For treating alcohol accumulation, food stagnation, and resolving phlegm-fluid retention, this formula is miraculously effective.
* *Mume Fructus* (remove pits, keep pure flesh: 8 liang)
* *Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum* (4 liang)
* *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (natural juice: 8 liang)

First, crush *Pinelliae Rhizoma* and *Mume Fructus* into coarse powder. Dissolve *Alumen* and mix with ginger juice and the aforementioned powders. Sandwich the mixture between two new tiles and bake over charcoal fire for three days and nights until dry. Then add *Medicated Leaven*, *Hordei Fructus Germinatus*, *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium*, *Aurantii Fructus Immaturus*, *Curcumae Radix*, *Aurantii Fructus*, *Erythrinae Cortex*, and *Arecae Semen*, each 2 liang. Grind all into a fine powder. Make pills using wine paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, washed down with ginger decoction long after meals. Note: This formula is highly effective for treating alcohol accumulation.
For treating all types of edema, monobdominal distension, ascites due to parasites, and abdominal fullness due to qi deficiency, this decoction is miraculously effective.

Chop all ingredients into slices. Decoct with two zhong of water until reduced to eight fen. Drink. To achieve a permanent cure, grind the fifteen herbs equally into a fine powder, 1.5 qian of each. Take one male pig liver that does not absorb water. Boil it once in warm water, puncture several holes with a bamboo tip, insert the herbal powder inside, steam until cooked, slice, and eat with mashed garlic. Consuming only one or two livers ensures it never recurs.
