人之五谷入胃，津液上升为气血，糟粕下降而成粪，本原已化，但存极苦大寒之气
味耳。入足阳明经。阳明实热，则登高而歌，弃衣而走，苦寒能清阳明之热，故疗时
行大热狂走也。凡毒必热，必辛，苦寒能除辛热，故主鲜诸毒也。新者封疔肿一日，根
烂，盖疔肿乃风火之毒瓦斯结成。得大寒极苦之气，则风火散根自烂也。干者 过，治黑靥血热痘，亦此意耳。
粪清，一名黄龙汤，又名金汁。乃截淡竹刮青，塞口纳粪坑中，积年得汁甚黑，而
苔埋地年深，如泉清而无秽气者，亦主天行狂热，痘疮血热中恶，蕈毒恶疮，瘟病疔
肿，百毒垂死皆疗。人中黄即多年坑砖石所结黄 ，或人造甘草，久浸而成，并解胃
家热毒，及疫毒如神。又有地清。一时堪造，借水土之甘寒，专解阳明大热狂渴。
人粪，主时行大热狂走，善解诸毒疔肿口开，新粪敷一日根烂。粪清，古方制取埋
地年深，治天时狂热，疗阴虚燥热，凡百疮可驱，一切毒并解。干粪烧存性，研治一切
热毒痘疮，血热黑靥亦加。地清择阴地净黄土中，作小坑入干粪细末二三匙，汲新水搅
虫澄清饮，勿过多，亦解大热狂渴，人中黄造法。截竹削青，填满甘草，油灰封固，立
冬投厕，交春取来，置有风无日处阴干半月，劈取甘草晒用，治疫毒如神。新生小儿粪，
患疮蚀 肉，能除，亦能除面印字。
捞起粪蛆漂净，治小儿疳胀神方。粪内蛔虫，其性大寒，大者洗净断之，取汁，流滴多年赤眼即愈。
主治（痘疹合参） 干人粪于腊月取东行极干音。以火烧之，令烟尽研细服之，主
解诸毒，善治黑陷痘疮，并时行大热狂走。
人的五谷进入胃中，津液上升转化为气血，糟粕下降形成粪便，其本源已经转化，仅剩下极苦、大寒的气味。它进入足阳明经。当阳明经出现实热证时，患者会登高歌唱、脱衣奔跑，而苦寒之性能清除阳明经的热邪，因此能治疗流行性的大热狂躁奔走之症。凡是毒邪必然伴随热象和辛散之性，苦寒之性能消除这种辛热，所以主治各种鲜活的毒邪。新鲜的粪便能封敷疔肿一天，使根部腐烂；这是因为疔肿是由风火毒气凝结而成，遇到大寒极苦之气，风火消散，根部自然腐烂。干燥的粪便经过处理，用于治疗黑靥（痘疮颜色发黑）血热型痘疹，也是同样的道理。
粪清，又名黄龙汤，又称金汁。它是截取淡竹刮去青皮，塞住口后插入粪坑中，积累多年得到黑色的汁液，且深埋地下年久，像泉水一样清澈而没有秽气，同样主治天行（流行性）狂热、痘疮血热及中恶、蕈毒恶疮、瘟病疔肿，百毒垂死之际也能治疗。人中黄即多年粪坑砖石所结成的黄色物质，或是人造甘草，长时间浸泡而成，并能解除胃家的热毒，以及疫毒，效果如神。又有地清，可以即时制作，借助水土的甘寒之性，专门解除阳明经的大热狂渴。
人粪，主治流行性大热狂躁奔走，善于解除各种毒邪、疔肿、口开等症状，新鲜粪便敷用一天可使根部腐烂。粪清，古方制取方法是将粪便深埋地下多年，治疗天时引起的狂热，疗养阴虚燥热，凡是一切疮疡皆可驱除，所有毒邪一并解除。干粪便烧存性（烧至保留药性），研末用于治疗一切热毒痘疮，血热黑靥型痘疹也可加入使用。地清选择阴地的干净黄土中，挖小坑放入干粪便细末二三匙，汲取新水搅拌沉淀后饮用，不要过量，也能解除大热狂渴。
人中黄的制造方法：截取竹子削去青皮，填满甘草，用油灰密封固定，立冬投入厕所，到立春取出，放在有风无日处阴干半个月，劈开取出甘草晒干使用，治疗疫毒效果如神。新生婴儿的粪便，患有疮蚀肉的症状，能够去除，也能去除面部的印记文字。
捞起粪中的蛆虫漂洗干净，是治疗小儿疳胀的神方。粪便内的蛔虫，性质大寒，大的洗净切断，取其汁液，滴入流多年的赤眼即可痊愈。
主治（参考《痘疹合参》）：腊月选取东方行走路径上极干的成人粪便，用火焚烧，待烟尽后研细服用，主要解除各种毒邪，善于治疗黑陷型痘疮，以及流行性大热狂躁奔走之症。
When the five grains consumed by humans enter the stomach, the jinye (body fluids) rise to transform into qi and blood, while the dregs descend to form feces. The original substance has already been transformed, leaving only an extremely bitter and greatly cold flavor. It enters the Foot-Yangming Meridian (the Stomach meridian). When there is excess heat in the Yangming channel, patients may climb high and sing, or discard their clothes and run; the bitter-cold nature can clear the heat of the Yangming channel, thus treating epidemic severe fever with manic running. Since all toxins must involve heat and acridity, the bitter-cold nature can eliminate this acrid-heat, thereby governing various fresh toxins. Fresh feces applied topically for one day can cause a dingzhong (carbuncle/furuncle) to rot at its root; this is because dingzhong is formed by the condensation of wind-fire toxic qi. Upon encountering the great cold and extreme bitter nature, the wind-fire dissipates, and the root naturally rots. Dried feces are used to treat black-crusted (heixie) hemotoxic pox, following the same principle.
Fenqing (Clear Feces Liquid), also known as Huanglong Tang (Yellow Dragon Decoction) or Jinzhi (Golden Juice), is obtained by cutting segments of Dendrocalamus strictus (Danzhu), scraping off the green skin, plugging the mouth, and inserting them into a latrine pit. After accumulating for many years, the resulting liquid is very dark. If buried deep underground for a long time, it becomes clear like spring water without any foul odor. It also treats epidemic mania, hemotoxic pox with zhong'e (sudden severe illness), mushroom toxins, malignant sores, plague-related dingzhong, and can treat hundred-toxin cases near death. Renzhonghuang (Human Middle Yellow) refers to the yellow substance formed on bricks and stones in latrines over many years, or artificially made Gancao (Licorice Root) soaked for a long time. It resolves heat-toxins in the Stomach and epidemic toxins with miraculous efficacy. There is also Diqing (Earth Clear), which can be prepared immediately, utilizing the sweet-cold nature of soil and water to specifically resolve severe Yangming fever with mania and thirst.
Renfen (Human Feces) treats epidemic severe fever with manic running and is good at resolving various toxins, dingzhong, and open-mouth conditions. Applying fresh feces for one day causes the root to rot. Fenqing, prepared according to ancient methods by burying feces deep underground for many years, treats seasonal mania and nourishes yin deficiency with dryness-heat. It can drive away all types of sores and resolve all kinds of toxins. Dried feces calcined to retain their properties (burned until carbonized but retaining medicinal effect) and ground into powder treat all heat-toxin pox; they can also be added for hemotoxic black-crusted pox. Diqing is prepared by selecting clean yellow earth in a shady place, digging a small pit, adding two or three spoons of fine dried feces powder, drawing fresh water, stirring, letting it settle, and drinking the clarified liquid. Do not consume too much; it also resolves severe fever and mania-thirst.
The preparation method for Renzhonghuang: Cut bamboo, scrape off the green skin, fill it tightly with Gancao (Licorice Root), seal it firmly with oil paste, throw it into a toilet on Lidong (Start of Winter), retrieve it after Lichun (Start of Spring), and dry it in the shade in a windy but sunless place for half a month. Split open to take out the Gancao, sun-dry it, and use it; it treats epidemic toxins with miraculous efficacy. Fresh infant feces can remove flesh eaten by sores and can also remove facial marks or tattoos.
Scooping up maggots from feces and washing them clean is a divine prescription for treating pediatric gan-zhang (malnutrition with abdominal distension). Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworms) found in feces have a greatly cold nature. Large worms should be washed, cut, and their juice extracted; dripping this juice into eyes suffering from chronic red-eye disease will cure it.
Main Indications (referencing *Douzhen He Can*): In the twelfth lunar month, select extremely dry adult feces from paths traveled eastward. Burn them with fire until the smoke ceases, grind them into fine powder, and ingest them. This primarily resolves various toxins and is excellent for treating black-depressed pox and epidemic severe fever with manic running.
