疝气久不愈者，服此神效。
石菖蒲（一两，炒） 青木香（一两，炒） 萆 （五钱） 荔枝核（二十枚，炒） 川楝
子（三十个，巴豆二十枚，同炒黄赤色，去巴豆不用） 为末，每服二钱，入麝香少
许，空心炒茴香盐酒调下。
治寒疝，腹痛里急。
当归（三两） 生姜（五两，寒者加用） 羊肉（一斤），水八碗，煮取三碗，温服一碗，一日饮尽。
痛甚气冲心下，筑塞欲死，手足冷者。用硫黄不拘多少，火中熔化，即投水中去
毒，研细，荔枝核、橘子核炒黄，陈皮焙燥，各等分，为末，饭丸桐子大，每服四五
丸，酒下。甚者，不过六七丸，不可多也。
治妇人阴疝。
槟榔 官桂 木香 沉香 大腹皮 青皮（各一钱） 香附 小茴香（各一钱五分） 姜水煎服。
治肾冷疝气胀疼。
用吴茱萸一两，分作二分，酒醋各浸一宿，焙干，香附子一两，筚澄茄、青木香各
半两，为末，米糊丸，桐子大，每服七十丸，空心盐汤下。或乳香葱白汤亦可。
一方
治疝气肿坠疼痛。
用猪脬一个，去尿，以小茴香、大茴香、破故纸、川楝子各等分填半满，入青盐
一块，缚定，好酒煮熟，先食猪脬，以酒下之。将内药晒干，或焙干碾为末，酒糊丸，
桐子大，每服五十丸，空心温酒，或盐汤下。
疝气病久治不愈的，服用此方有神奇疗效。

疼痛剧烈，气逆冲撞心下部位，堵塞感强烈似要死亡，手足冰冷的。使用硫黄不拘多少，在火中熔化，立即投入水中以去除毒性，研磨成细粉，荔枝核、橘子核炒黄，陈皮焙干，各取等分，研为细末，用米饭做丸如梧桐子大，每次服用四五丸，用酒送服。病情严重的，不超过六七丸，不可多服。
治疗妇人阴疝。
槟榔，官桂，木香，沉香，大腹皮，青皮（各一钱），香附，小茴香（各一钱五分），用姜水煎服。
治疗肾冷疝气引起的胀疼。
使用吴茱萸一两，分为两份，分别用酒和醋浸泡一夜，焙干；香附子一两，荜澄茄、青木香各半两，研为细末，用米糊做丸如梧桐子大，每次服用七十丸，空腹时用盐汤送服。或者用乳香葱白汤送服也可以。

治疗疝气肿坠疼痛。
使用猪膀胱一个，去尽尿液，用小茴香、大茴香、破故纸、川楝子各等分填满一半，放入一块青盐，捆扎固定，用好酒煮熟，先吃猪膀胱，用酒送下。将剩下的药晒干，或焙干碾为细末，用酒糊做丸如梧桐子大，每次服用五十丸，空腹时用温酒或盐汤送服。
For hernia (Shan Qi) that has persisted for a long time and is not cured, taking this prescription yields miraculous effects.
Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, 1 liang, stir-fried), Qingmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, 1 liang, stir-fried), Bixie (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma, 5 qian), Lizhihe (Litchi Seed, 20 pieces, stir-fried), Chuanlianzi (Toosendan Fructus, 30 pieces, stir-fried together with 20 pieces of Badou until yellowish-red, then discard the Badou). Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, add a small amount of Shexiang (Musk), and mix with salted wine containing stir-fried Huixiang (Fennel Fruit) on an empty stomach.
Treats Cold Hernia (Han Shan), characterized by abdominal pain and internal urgency/tightness.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 3 liang), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 5 liang; increase dosage if the patient is cold-type), Yangrou (Mutton, 1 jin). Add 8 bowls of water, boil down to 3 bowls. Take one bowl warm, and finish drinking within one day.
For severe pain where qi rushes to the epigastrium, causing a blocking sensation as if dying, accompanied by cold hands and feet. Use Liuhuang (Sulfur) in any quantity, melt it in fire, immediately throw it into water to remove toxicity, grind into fine powder. Stir-fry Lizhihe (Litchi Seed) and Juzihe (Citrus Seed) until yellow, and bake Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) until dry. Mix equal parts of these ingredients, grind into powder, make pills with rice paste the size of Sophora seeds (Tongzi da). Take 4-5 pills per dose with wine. For severe cases, do not exceed 6-7 pills; do not take more.
Treats Female Yin Hernia (Yin Shan).
Bolang (Arecae Semen), Guangui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, each 1 qian), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma), Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculi Fructus, each 1.5 qian). Decoct with ginger water and take orally.
Treats Hernia caused by Kidney Cold (Shen Leng), presenting with distension and pain.
Use Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, 1 liang), divide into two portions: soak one portion in wine and the other in vinegar overnight, then bake dry. Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, 1 liang), Bidengqie (Piperis Kadsurae Fructus), and Qingmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, each 0.5 liang). Grind into fine powder, make pills with rice paste the size of Sophora seeds. Take 70 pills per dose with salted water on an empty stomach. Alternatively, take with Frankincense (Ruxiang) and scallion white decoction.

Treats Hernia with swelling, prolapse, and pain.
Take one pig bladder (Zhupao), empty the urine. Fill half with equal parts of Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculi Fructus), Dahuixiang (Anisi Fructus), Poguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus), and Chuanlianzi (Toosendan Fructus). Insert a piece of Qingyan (Green Salt), tie securely, and cook thoroughly in good wine. First eat the pig bladder, washing it down with wine. Dry or bake the remaining medicinal residue, grind into powder, make pills with wine paste the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach with warm wine or salted water.
