即《千金方》硝石大黄丸。须度虚实用。
硝石（六两） 人参 甘草（各二两） 大黄（八两） 为末，以三年米醋三升，置瓷器中火
煎，先纳大黄，不住手搅，使微沸一刻，乃下余药又一刻，微火熬，探可丸则取丸之，
如鸡子中黄大，每一丸，米饮下，服后当下如烂肉，或米泔赤黑等色，下后避风，冷啖
软粥将息之。
一方
治男人痞块，女人血块极妙。药性不猛而效速。
阿魏（一两） 木耳（四两，为末） 蜜（六两） 生漆（滤去渣，净，四两） 上用锡罐一
个，盛药封固，于锅内水煮三柱香，取起冷定，每服二茶匙，烧酒送下，日进三服。忌油腻发气物。
丹溪曰∶瓦 子能消血块。
海粉（醋煮） 三棱 莪术（酷煮） 红花 五灵脂 香附（各等分） 石碱（减
半） 共末为丸，白术汤吞下三十丸，胁间生毒如鳖形，以鲜虾羹食之，即不
痛者，乃真鳖瘕，白马尿治之最妙。喜饮油者，乃误吞发入胃，血裹化为虫，雄黄五钱，水调服。
小儿脾疳痞积，黄瘦肚大，口臭餐泥，消虫进食。
胡黄连 神曲（炒） 麦 （炒，各五钱） 槟榔（去脐，一个） 肉豆蔻（面裹，煨
去油） 木香（一钱） 使君子（去壳，各二钱五分） 为末，蒸饼丸，黍米大，米饮服。
广皮、三棱、莪术、槟榔、青皮、卜子（萝卜子）、枳实、草豆蔻、麦芽（各一两），木香（七钱），神曲（二两），山楂肉、浓朴（各一两五钱）。将上述药材研为细末，用黑沙糖制成丸剂，每丸重一钱，空腹时用白开水送服。
此方即《千金方》中的硝石大黄丸。必须根据患者虚实情况斟酌使用。
硝石（六两）、人参、甘草（各二两）、大黄（八两）。将药材研为细末，取三年陈米醋三升，放入瓷器中用火煎煮，先加入大黄，不停搅拌，使其微沸片刻，然后加入其余药物再煮片刻，用微火熬炼，待药糊可制丸时取出制成丸剂，大小如鸡蛋黄，每次服用一丸，用米汤送服。服药后大便应排出如烂肉状，或呈米泔水样赤黑色等颜色。排便后需避风，食用冷软的粥来调养身体。
另一方案：
治疗男子痞块、女子血块极为有效。药性不猛烈但见效迅速。
阿魏（一两）、木耳（四两，研为细末）、蜂蜜（六两）、生漆（过滤去渣，纯净，四两）。以上药物用一个锡罐盛装并密封牢固，在锅内水煮三柱香的时间，取出冷却定型。每次服用两茶匙，用烧酒送下，每日进服三次。忌食油腻及发气食物。
丹溪说：瓦楞子能消除血块。
海粉（醋煮）、三棱、莪术（醋煮）、红花、五灵脂、香附（各等分）、石碱（减半量）。共研为细末制成丸剂，用白术汤吞服三十丸。若胁间生出毒疮形状如鳖，食用鲜虾羹即可；若不痛者，乃是真正的鳖瘕，白马尿治疗最为巧妙。喜欢喝油的人，是误吞头发入胃，血液包裹化为虫，可用雄黄五钱，用水调服。
小儿脾疳痞积，表现为面色萎黄消瘦、腹部胀大、口臭、吃泥土，此方可消虫进食。
胡黄连、神曲（炒）、麦麸（炒，各五钱）、槟榔（去脐，一个）、肉豆蔻（面裹，煨去油）、木香（一钱）、使君子（去壳，各二钱五分）。研为细末，用蒸饼制成丸剂，大小如黍米，用米汤送服。
Guopi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Bobzi (Raphani Fructus), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Caodoukou (Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen), Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus) (each 1 liang), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (7 qian), Qu (Mashii Fermentum) (2 liang), Shanzha Rou (Crataegi Fructus), Nongpu (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (each 1.5 liang). Grind into fine powder, make pills with black sand sugar, each pill weighing 1 qian, take orally with plain warm water on an empty stomach.
This is the Xiaoshi Dahuang Wan (Niter and Rhubarb Pill) from *Qianjin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold). It must be used cautiously according to the patient's deficiency or excess condition.
Xiaoshi (Natrii Nitras) (6 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 liang), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (8 liang). Grind into fine powder, place 3 sheng of three-year-old rice vinegar in a porcelain vessel and boil over fire. First add Dahuang, stir constantly until it boils slightly for a moment, then add the remaining medicines and boil for another moment. Simmer over low heat; when the paste can form pills, remove and shape them. Make pills as large as chicken egg yolks. Take one pill per dose with rice drink. After taking, stools should pass resembling rotten meat, or appear red-black like rice wash water. After defecation, avoid wind and nourish the body by eating cold, soft congee.
Another prescription:
Extremely effective for treating men's pi masses (痞块) and women's blood masses (血块). The medicinal properties are not harsh but the effect is rapid.
Awei (Ferulae Resina) (1 liang), Mu'er (Auriculariae Auricula-Judae) (4 liang, ground into powder), Mi (Honey) (6 liang), Shengqi (Lac Japonicum) (filtered to remove dregs, pure, 4 liang). Place the above medicines in a tin jar, seal tightly, and boil in water inside a pot for the time it takes to burn three incense sticks. Remove and let cool completely. Take two tea spoons per dose, delivered with liquor. Take three times daily. Avoid greasy and stimulating foods.
Danxi said: Walengzi (Arcae Concha) can dissolve blood masses.
Haifen (Spongilla Spicule), Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma) (boiled with vinegar), Honghua (Carthami Flos), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) (equal parts), Shijian (Natrii Sulfas) (half amount). Grind into powder and make pills. Swallow thirty pills with Baizhu Tang (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Decoction). If a toxic sore appears between the ribs shaped like a turtle, eat fresh shrimp soup, and it will not hurt. If there is no pain, it is a true Bie Jia (turtle mass); Bai Ma Niao (Equi Urine) is the best treatment. Those who crave drinking oil have mistakenly swallowed hair into the stomach, which blood wraps and transforms into a worm; use Xionghuang (Realgar) 5 qian, mixed with water and taken orally.
For children's Pi Ji (痞积) due to Spleen Ganic disease (脾疳), presenting with sallow emaciation, distended abdomen, bad breath, and pica (eating dirt), this formula eliminates worms and promotes appetite.
Huhuanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma Chinenisis), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata) (stir-fried), Mai (Wheat Bran) (stir-fried, each 5 qian), Binglang (Arecae Semen) (remove hilum, one piece), Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen) (wrapped in flour, roasted to remove oil), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (1 qian), Shijunzi (Quisqualis Fructus) (remove shell, each 2.5 qian). Grind into powder, make pills using steamed dough balls, size of millet seeds, take with rice drink.
