治一切久远痛痒诸疮。
胡麻 威灵仙 何首乌（生） 苦参 荆芥 石菖蒲 防风 独活 甘草 白酒煎服。
治四肢肿湿诸疮。
丹皮 牛膝 木瓜 金银花 桃仁（汤浸去皮） 连翘 天花粉 甘草节 僵蚕 米仁 水煎服。
一方
治脓泡疮。用槟榔，磨菜油，加硫磺、细末，敷。
治沙疮疥疮。
大枫子（四十九粒） 水银（二钱，制） 雄黄 海螵蛸（各五分） 枯矾 番木别 川椒（各
三钱） 为末，用油胡桃肉捣丸。
又方
水银（二钱） 樟脑（三钱） 枯矾（三钱） 雄黄（四钱） 大枫子（四钱） 轻粉（三钱）
铅粉（三钱） 东丹（二钱） 热菜油，或陈蜡烛油调捺。
面上生疮，用胡粉、轻粉松香，为末，鸡子煎油调敷。
面上耳边生疮，时出黄水，浸淫不愈，名香瓣疮。 羊须 荆芥 干枣（去核，各二钱），各
烧存性研末，入腻粉五分，每用少许油调，先以温汤洗净。拭干，涂上即效。
窑内烧红土（四两） 百草霜（一两） 胆矾（六钱） 榆皮（三钱） 轻粉（一钱） 共为末，猪胆
调，剃头后抹之甚效。
松香（二钱，入葱管，饭上蒸化后，待冷透，去葱用） 真铅粉（二钱） 东丹（八分）
枯矾（一钱） 共研细末，熟香油调搽。
天行斑疮，须臾遍身，皆带白浆，此恶毒瓦斯。永徽四年，此疮自西域东流于海内，
但煮葵菜叶以蒜齑啖之即止。
治疗各种病程长久、伴有疼痛和瘙痒的疮疡。

又一方：
水银（二钱）、樟脑（三钱）、枯矾（三钱）、雄黄（四钱）、大枫子（四钱）、轻粉（三钱）、铅粉（三钱）、东丹（二钱），用热菜油或陈旧的蜡烛油调和后涂抹。
耳后发生的月蚀疮，使用黄连、枯矾研成细末，或用油调匀，或直接干撒涂抹。
面部生疮，使用胡粉、轻粉、松香，研成细末，用鸡蛋煎出的油调和后外敷。
面部及耳旁生疮，时常流出黄色液体，浸淫扩散久不愈合，称为香瓣疮。
羊须、荆芥、干枣（去核，各二钱），分别烧至存性（保留药性）后研成细末，加入腻粉（轻粉）五分，每次取少量用油调和，先用温水洗净患处，擦干后涂上即见效。
窑内烧红的土（四两）、百草霜（一两）、胆矾（六钱）、榆皮（三钱）、轻粉（一钱），共同研成细末，用猪胆汁调和，剃头后涂抹非常有效。
松香（二钱，放入葱管中，在饭上蒸化后，待完全冷却，去掉葱使用）、真铅粉（二钱）、东丹（八分）、枯矾（一钱），共同研磨成细末，用熟制的香油调和后涂抹。
天行斑疮（一种急性传染性出疹性疾病），短时间内遍布全身，都带有白色浆液，这是恶毒的瓦斯（疫毒之气）。永徽四年（唐高宗年号），这种疮从西域向东流传到中原地区，只要煮葵菜叶，配合蒜泥食用即可停止发作。
Treats all chronic sores accompanied by pain and itching.
Sesamum indicum (Huma), Clematis chinensis (Weilingxian), Polygonum multiflorum (Heshouwu, raw), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Jingjie), Acorus tatarinowii (Shichangpu), Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng), Angelica pubescens (Duhuo), Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Gancao). Decoct with white wine and take orally.
Treats various sores caused by swelling and dampness in the four limbs.
Moutan cortex (Danpi), Achyranthes bidentata (Niuxi), Chaenomelis fructus (Mugua), Lonicera japonica (Jinyinhua), Persicae semen (Taoren, soaked in hot water and peeled), Forsythia suspensa (Lianqiao), Trichosanthes kirilowii root (Tianhuafen), Glycyrrhiza uralensis node (Gancao jie), Bombyx batryticatus (Jiangcan), Coix lacryma-jobi seed (Yiyiren/Renmi), Decoct with water and take orally.
Another prescription:
Treats pustular impetigo. Use Areca catechu (Binglang), grind into rapeseed oil, add sulfur and fine powder, and apply externally.
Treats sand sores and scabies.
Semendae Ginkgo (Dafengzi, 49 seeds), Hydrargyrum (Shuiyin, 2 qian, processed), Realgar (Xionghuang), Sepiae endoconcha (Haipiaoxiao, each 5 fen), Alum calcinatum (Kufan), Strychnos nux-vomica (Fanmubie/Zhaomu), Zanthoxylum bungeanum (Chuanjiao, each 3 qian). Grind into fine powder, mix with walnut kernel oil to form pills.
Another prescription:
Hydrargyrum (Shuiyin, 2 qian), Camphora (Zhangnao, 3 qian), Alum calcinatum (Kufan, 3 qian), Realgar (Xionghuang, 4 qian), Semendae Ginkgo (Dafengzi, 4 qian), Calomelas (Qingfen, 3 qian), Cerussa (Qianfen, 3 qian), Dongdan (Er dan, 2 qian). Mix with hot rapeseed oil or old candle wax oil for topical application.
For "moon erosion sore" occurring behind the ear, use Coptis chinensis (Huanglian) and Alum calcinatum (Kufan) ground into fine powder. Apply mixed with oil or dry dusting.
For sores on the face, use Cerussa (Hufen), Calomelas (Qingfen), and Rosin (Songxiang) ground into fine powder. Mix with oil extracted from fried chicken eggs for external application.
For sores on the face and around the ears that exude yellow fluid, spread invasively, and fail to heal for a long time, known as "Xiangban Chuang". Goat beard herb (Yangxu), Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Jingjie), Dried Jujube (Ganzao, pitted, each 2 qian). Char each until carbonized but retaining medicinal properties, then grind into powder. Add Calomelas (Nifen/Qingfen, 5 fen). For each use, take a small amount, mix with oil. First wash the affected area with warm water, dry it, then apply; it is effective immediately.
Red soil fired in a kiln (4 liang), Suoyangsoot (Baicaoshuang), Chalcanthite (Danfan, 6 qian), Ulmus pumila bark (Yupi, 3 qian), Calomelas (Qingfen, 1 qian). Grind together into fine powder, mix with pig bile. Apply after shaving hair; very effective.
Rosin (Songxiang, 2 qian, steamed in bamboo tubes over rice until melted, cooled completely, remove bamboo), True Cerussa (Zhen Qianfen, 2 qian), Dongdan (8 fen), Alum calcinatum (Kufan, 1 qian). Grind finely, mix with refined sesame oil for topical application.
Epidemic variola (Tianxing Banchuang), which spreads rapidly over the whole body with white pus-filled blisters, is caused by malignant toxic vapors (epidemic pathogenic factors). In the fourth year of Yonghui (653 AD), this sore spread eastward from the Western Regions to the interior of China. Simply boiling okra leaves and eating them with minced garlic can stop the progression.
