黄芩（一两） 黄连 川芎 薄荷（各五钱） 大黄（二两） 滑石 黑丑（头末，各四两）
为末，水丸。有血积者，加桂五钱。
绿头鸭或白鸭。治如常法细切，和米并五味煮粥，空腹食之，能消水肿。
鲤鱼重一斤者，煮汁和冬瓜葱白作羹食之，善消水肿。
用羯鸡矢八合，炒微焦，以无灰好酒二碗，煎至碗半，滤取汁，五更热饮，则腹
鸣，辰已时，行二三次黑水，次日足有绉纹，又饮一次，渐绉至膝上而愈。
一方
土狗（一名蝼蛄），焙干，为末。用上半节，即消上身之水。下半节，即消下体之
水，左可消左，右可消右。方士以此为神奇。
下蓄血。
水蛭（七个，锻石炒赤） 虻虫（八个，粳米炒） 桃仁（七个） 大黄（一两） 为末，作
四丸，水一钟煎一丸，取七分，温服。当下血，未下再服。
治水肿，从腰以下俱肿，以此汤发汗。
麻黄（去根、节，四两） 甘草（二两）每服三钱，水一钟，煮麻黄，再沸后，入甘
草煎七分，温服。慎冒风，老人虚人，不可轻用。
许学士、朱丹溪皆赞此方为水胀之圣药。

京三棱（炮） 白蒺藜 当归（酒浸，各五钱） 为末，入三味拌匀，蒸饼，丸如桐子
大，食前白汤下三十丸，至五十丸。虚人老人俱可服，即于小便内旋去，不动脏腑，每
日三服，更以温补之药助之，真神方也。最忌盐，一毫不可入口，否则发疾愈甚。

体重一斤的鲤鱼，煮取汁液，与冬瓜、葱白一起做成羹汤食用，善于消除水肿。
用羯鸡屎八合，炒至微焦，用无灰好酒两碗，煎至一碗半，过滤取汁，五更天热饮，则腹部鸣响，辰时到巳时之间，排出两三次黑色水样便，第二天脚部出现皱纹，再喝一次，皱纹逐渐蔓延至膝盖以上而痊愈。
另一方
土狗（一名蝼蛄），焙干，研为细末。用上半身部分，即可消除上身的水肿；用下半身部分，即可消除下体的水肿，左侧病变可消左侧，右侧病变可消右侧。方士认为此法神奇。

麻黄（去根、节，四两） 甘草（二两）每次服用三钱，用水一钟，先煮麻黄，沸腾后，加入甘草煎至七分，温服。注意避免受风，老人及体虚之人，不可轻易使用。

蛇含石（大者三两，用铁锅盛放，烧红后取出，放入醋中冷却后研细） 禹余粮石（三两） 真针砂（五两，淘洗干净炒干，用醋二钟，同禹余粮在锅内煮干，再放入锅内烧红，倒在干净的砖地上，冷却后研至极细） 羌活 木香 茯苓 川芎 牛膝（酒浸） 桂心 白豆蔻 大茴香（炒） 蓬术（炮制） 附子（炮制） 干姜（炮制） 青皮 京三棱（炮制） 白蒺藜 当归（酒浸，各五钱） 研为细末，加入前三味药拌匀，用蒸饼做粘合剂，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，饭前用白开水送服三十丸，最多五十丸。体虚老人均可服用，小便随即排出，不损伤脏腑，每日三次，同时配合温补药物辅助，真是神方。最忌盐，一丝一毫不可入口，否则疾病会更加严重。

Grind into fine powder, and make pills with water. For those with blood stasis, add Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, five qian).
Green-headed duck or white duck. Prepare according to normal methods, cut finely, cook with rice and five flavors as porridge, eat on an empty stomach, can eliminate edema.
A carp weighing one jin, boil to extract juice, mix with winter melon and scallion white to make soup, eat it, effectively eliminates edema.
Use eight he of musculus galli domesticus excrement (chicken feces), stir-fry until slightly scorched, use two bowls of good wine without ash, decoct until half a bowl remains, filter to obtain the liquid, drink hot at wugeng (3-5 AM), then abdominal borborygmus occurs, during chen-si hours (7-11 AM), pass two or three times black watery stool, the next day wrinkles appear on the feet, drink once more, wrinkles gradually extend above the knees and cure is achieved.
Another prescription
Tugou (also known as mole cricket), bake dry, grind into powder. Use the upper half section to eliminate edema in the upper body; use the lower half section to eliminate edema in the lower body; left side treats left, right side treats right. Alchemists consider this miraculous.
Treats lower jiao blood accumulation.
Shuizhi (Hirudo, seven pieces, fried red with calcined stone) Mengchong (Blatta orientalis, eight pieces, fried with japonica rice) Taoren (Persicae Semen, seven pieces) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, one liang) Grind into powder, make four pills, decoct one pill in one zhong of water, take seven parts, warm dose. Should pass blood, if not passed, take again.
Treats edema, swelling entirely below the waist, use this decoction to induce sweating.
Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, remove roots and nodes, four liang) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, two liang) Each dose three qian, use one zhong of water, first decoct Mahuang, after boiling again, add Gancao, decoct to seven parts, warm dose. Carefully avoid wind exposure, elderly and deficient persons should not use lightly.
Xu Xueshi and Zhu Danxi both praised this formula as the holy medicine for treating water distension.

Deficient and elderly persons can also take it, urine will discharge immediately, does not disturb zang-fu organs, take three times daily, assist with warming and tonifying medicines, truly a divine formula. Most taboo salt, not a single hair's breadth can enter the mouth, otherwise the disease will worsen.
