上好食盐块（煨，四两） 骨碎补（四两） 生软石膏（四两） 鲜槐花（二两）
捣烂为团，晒干，再磨末擦牙甚妙，且能固齿。
治尺脉无力，虚火上攻，寒束内热，颊肿齿疼者，神效。
羌活（二钱） 细辛（八分） 石膏（三钱） 制附子（一铨） 水三钟，煎一钟，食前服。
雄鼠骨 当归 没石子 熟地 榆皮 青盐 细辛（各等分） 上研为细末，绵纸裹
成条，置牙床上，则末自不落矣。常有人齿缝出血者，以六味地黄，加骨碎补大剂一服
即瘥，间有不痰者，肾中火衰也。再加五味子、肉桂而愈。
揩齿莹净令白，及治口臭。
沉香 麝香（各五分） 细辛 升麻 本 藿香叶 甘松 白芷（各一钱二分五厘）
石膏（一两） 寒水石（一两） 为末，早晚擦牙。
一方加看盐。
雄鼠骨一副，（其鼠要八两以上者，越大越好，连毛用草纸包七层，再用稻草包
紧，黄泥封固，用谷粮火煨熟，去肉拣出全骨，酥油炙黄，研为细末，入后药），北细
辛一钱五分，（洗净土晒），破故纸五钱，（青盐水炒），香白芷三钱，（青盐水炒），白
石膏五钱，（青盐水炒），全当归五钱（酒炒），怀生地三钱（酒炒），绿升麻二钱
（焙），没石子雌雄一对，（酒煮火烘）、真沉香一钱五分，骨碎补五钱，（去毛净蜜水
炒），旱莲草五钱，（酒炒），上为细末，同鼠骨末，合在一处，拌匀用银盒或铅盒盛
之，每早擦牙漱咽，久而不断。牙齿动摇者，仍可坚固，不动者，永保不动，甚之少
年有去牙一二，在三年以内者，竟可复生，颇小而白，久则如故，妙不可言。

雄鼠骨 当归 没石子 熟地黄 榆皮 青盐 细辛（各等份） 以上药材研为细末，用绵纸包裹成条状，置于牙龈上，则药末自然不易脱落。常有人的牙缝出血，服用大剂量的六味地黄丸（由熟地黄、山茱萸、山药、泽泻、牡丹皮、茯苓组成，具有滋补肾阴功效的方剂），加入骨碎补，一次服用即可痊愈；间或有伴有痰湿症状的，是因为肾中火衰微所致。再加五味子、肉桂而治愈。
擦拭牙齿使其洁净洁白，以及治疗口臭。
沉香 麝香（各五分） 细辛 升麻 藁本 藿香叶 甘松 白芷（各一钱二分五厘）
石膏（一两） 寒水石（一两） 研成粉末，早晚擦牙。
另一配方中加入看盐（一种粗盐）。
雄鼠骨一副，（这只老鼠体重要在八两以上，越大越好，连毛用草纸包裹七层，再用稻草包紧，用黄泥封固，用谷粮之火煨熟，去掉肉取出完整的骨头，用酥油炙烤至黄色，研为细末，加入以下药物），北细辛一钱五分，（洗净泥土晒干），破故纸（补骨脂）五钱，（用青盐水炒制），香白芷三钱，（用青盐水炒制），白石膏五钱，（用青盐水炒制），全当归五钱（用酒炒制），怀地黄三钱（用酒炒制），绿升麻二钱（焙干），没石子雌雄一对，（用酒煮后火烘）、真沉香一钱五分，骨碎补五钱，（去毛后用净蜜水炒制），旱莲草五钱，（用酒炒制），以上药材研为细末，与鼠骨末混合在一起，搅拌均匀，用银盒或铅盒盛装，每天早晨擦牙并漱口咽下，长期坚持不断。牙齿动摇的人，仍然可以变得坚固，不摇动的，永远保持稳固，甚至少年时期掉了一两颗牙，在三年以内的，竟然可以重新长出，新牙小而白，时间久了就和原来的一样，妙不可言。
Fine rock salt (roasted, 4 liang), Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma, 骨碎补, 4 liang), raw soft Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 石膏, 4 liang), fresh Huaihua (Sophorae Flos, 槐花, 2 liang).
Pound into a paste, form into balls, dry in the sun, then grind into powder to rub on teeth; this is very effective and can also strengthen teeth.
For treating cases with weak Chi pulse (pulse position at the wrist corresponding to the kidneys/bladder), deficiency fire attacking upward, exterior cold binding with interior heat, resulting in cheek swelling and toothache, it is miraculously effective.
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, 羌活, 2 qian), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 细辛, 8 fen), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 石膏, 3 qian), Zhi Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, 制附子, 1 quan). Use 3 zhong of water, decoct to 1 zhong, take before meals.
Xiongshuguj (Male Rat Bone), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 当归), Meishizi (Myrobalan Fructus, 没石子), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 熟地黄), Yupi (Ulmus Cortex, 榆皮), Qingyan (Green Salt), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 细辛) (equal parts). Grind all into fine powder, wrap in cotton paper into strips, place on the gums so that the powder does not easily fall off. Often, people with bleeding from gum spaces can be cured by taking a large dose of Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Pill with Rehmannia, 六味地黄丸) plus Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma, 骨碎补) in one dose. In rare cases where phlegm is present, it is due to decline of fire in the Kidney. Add Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, 五味子) and Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 肉桂) to achieve cure.
To wipe teeth until clean and white, and to treat halitosis (bad breath).
Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, 沉香), Shexiang (Moschus, 麝香) (each 5 fen), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 细辛), Shengma (Bupleuri Radix, 升麻), Bencao (Ligustici Rhizoma et Radix, 藁本), Huoxiangye (Agastachis Folium, 藿香叶), Gansong (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma, 甘松), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 白芷) (each 1 qian 2 fen 5 li). Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 石膏, 1 liang), Hanshuishi (Halysidite, 寒水石, 1 liang). Grind into powder, rub on teeth morning and evening.
Another formula adds Kuyan (a type of coarse salt).
One pair of Male Rat Bones (the rat should weigh over 8 liang, the larger the better). Wrap the whole rat (with fur) in seven layers of straw paper, then tightly in rice straw, seal with yellow mud, and roast thoroughly using grain-fire. Remove meat, extract the complete bone, roast with suyou (butter/ghee) until yellow, and grind into fine powder. Add the following medicines: Beixixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, 细辛, 1 qian 5 fen) (wash clean of soil and dry), Poguzhi (Kuzhenzi/Bopuzhi - Psoraleae Fructus, 补骨脂, 5 qian) (stir-fry with green salt water), Xiangbaizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 白芷, 3 qian) (stir-fry with green salt water), Baishigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 石膏, 5 qian) (stir-fry with green salt water), Quandanggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 当归, 5 qian) (stir-fry with wine), Huaishengdi (Rehmanniae Radix, 生地, 3 qian) (stir-fry with wine), Lvshengma (Bupleuri Radix, 升麻, 2 qian) (dry-roast), one pair of Meishizi (Myrobalan Fructus, 没石子) (boil in wine and dry over fire), Zhenchenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, 沉香, 1 qian 5 fen), Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma, 骨碎补, 5 qian) (remove hairs, stir-fry with clean honey water), Hanliancao (Ecliptae Herba, 旱莲草, 5 qian) (stir-fry with wine). Grind all into fine powder, mix together with the rat bone powder, blend well, and store in a silver or lead box. Rub on teeth every morning, rinse mouth and swallow. Continuous long-term use will make loose teeth firm again, and stable teeth remain stable. Even if young people lost one or two teeth within three years, they may regrow new teeth, which are small and white, eventually becoming like the original ones. The efficacy is indescribable.
