The Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian has fourteen acupoints: Dadun (Dadun, LR1), Xingjian (Xingjian, LR2), Taichong (Taichong, LR3), Zhongfeng (Zhongfeng, LR4), Ligou (Ligou, LR5), Zhongdu (Zhongdu, LR6), Xiguan (Xiguan, LR7), Ququan (Ququan, LR8), Yinbao (Yinbao, LR9), Wuli (Wuli, LR10), Yinlian (Yinlian, LR11), Shangjimai (Shangjimai, LR12), Zhangmen (Zhangmen, LR13), and Qimen (Qimen, LR14).
Dadun is located on the lateral side of the tip of the great toe; Xingjian is located in the interdigital space between the first and second toes; Taichong is located two cun distal to the metatarsophalangeal joint; Zhongfeng is located one cun anterior to the medial malleolus; Ligou is located five cun above the medial malleolus; Zhongdu is located two cun proximal to Ligou, in the center of the medial tibia; Xiguan is located two cun below Dubi (ST35); Ququan is located at the end of the transverse popliteal crease when the knee is flexed. Yinbao is located four cun above the knee; Wuli is located three cun below Qichong (ST30); Yinlian is located two cun below Qichong (ST30); Shangjimai is located two and a half cun lateral to the pubic hairline. The large collateral of the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian connects with the testis. Zhangmen is located two cun above the umbilicus and six cun lateral to it; Qimen extends obliquely from Zhangmen towards the nipple, reaching the seam at the end of the second rib directly below the nipple.
[Note] Dadun is located at the tip of the great toe, approximately the width of a leek leaf posterior to the nail, in the area where hairs gather laterally. Moving proximally from Dadun to the interosseous space between the great toe and the second toe, where the arterial pulse is palpable in the depression, is Xingjian. Moving proximally about two cun from Xingjian to the dorsal foot, where the arterial pulse is palpable in the depression, is Taichong. Moving proximally from Taichong to one cun anterior to the medial malleolus, within the tendon's depression, is Zhongfeng. Moving proximally five cun along the medial aspect of the ankle from Zhongfeng is Ligou. Moving proximally two cun from Ligou, in the center of the tibia, is Zhongdu. Moving proximally from Zhongdu to the depression lateral to the point two cun below Dubi (ST35) is Xiguan. Moving proximally from Xiguan to the depression below the medial condyle of the femur, between the larger and smaller tendons, taking the head of the transverse crease with the knee flexed, is Ququan. Moving proximally four cun from Ququan, between the two tendons on the medial thigh, with the foot curled, observing the groove-like depression on the medial knee, is Yinbao. Moving proximally from Yinbao, three cun below Qichong (ST30) of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian, where the arterial pulse is palpable in the medial thigh, is Wuli. Moving proximally from Wuli, below the "sheep arrow" (structure near the deep inguinal ring), slanting inward by three fen, and straight up two cun below Qichong (ST30), in the arterial depression, is Yinlian.
Moving proximally from Yinlian above the genitalia, two and a half cun lateral to the midline, pressing feels firm, and severe pressure causes pain radiating up and down; this is the large collateral of the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian, serving as the suspension of the testis, which is Shangjimai. Moving proximally from Shangjimai, lateral to Dahan (SP15) of the Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian, at the cartilaginous end of the costal margin aligned with the umbilicus, two cun above the umbilicus and six cun lateral, lying on the side and taking the tip of the elbow, is Zhangmen. Moving proximally from Zhangmen, one and a half cun lateral to Burong (ST19) of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian, straight up to the end of the second rib below the nipple, is Qimen.
