五淋汤
赤茯苓（三钱） 白芍 山栀子（各二钱） 当归（一钱） 细甘草（一钱四分）
加灯芯十四寸，水煎服。解见《时方歌括》。
滋肾丸 又名通关丸。治小便点滴不通，及治冲脉上逆、喘呃等证。
黄柏 知母（各一两） 肉桂（一钱）
共研末，水泛为丸，桐子大，阴干。每服三钱，淡盐汤下。
补中益气汤 治一切气虚下陷。
方见《中风》。
萆 厘清饮 治白浊。
川萆 （四钱） 益智仁 乌药（各一钱半） 石菖蒲（一钱）
一本加甘草梢一钱五分，茯苓二钱。水二杯，煎八分，入盐一捻服，一日两服。
四君子汤
方见《时方歌括》。
歌曰∶白浊多因心气虚，不应只作肾虚医。四君子汤加远志，一服之间见效奇。
龙胆泻肝汤 治胁痛，口苦，耳聋，筋痿，阴湿热痒，阴肿，白浊，溲血。
龙胆草（三分） 黄芩 栀子 泽泻（各一钱） 木通 车前子（各五分） 当归 甘草 生地（各三
分） 柴胡（一钱）
水一杯半，煎八分服。
五倍子丸 治遗精固脱之方。
五倍子(青盐煮干，焙) 茯苓（各二两）
为末，炼蜜丸桐子大。每服二钱，盐汤下，日两服。
妙香散
怀山药（二两） 茯苓 茯神 龙骨 远志 人参（各一两） 桔梗（五钱） 木香（三钱） 甘草（一两）
麝香（一钱） 朱砂（二钱）
共为末。每服三钱，莲子汤调下。

研成粉末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二钱，用盐汤送服，每日服用两次。
妙香散
怀山药（二两） 茯苓 茯神 龙骨 远志 人参（各一两） 桔梗（五钱） 木香（三钱） 甘草（一两）
麝香（一钱） 朱砂（二钱）
共同研成粉末。每次服用三钱，用莲子汤调服。
Wu Lin Tang (Five Stagnations Decoction)
Chi Fuling (Red Poria, 3 qian), Baishao (White Peony Root), Shanzhizi (Gardenia Fruit, each 2 qian), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, 1 qian), Xi Gancao (Fine Licorice Root, 1.4 qian).
Add Dengxin (Rush Pith, 14 cun), decoct in water and take orally. Explanation is found in *Shifang Geku* (Song-formulas of Time-honored Prescriptions).
Zishen Wan (Kidney-Nourishing Pill), also known as Tongguan Wan (Passage-Opening Pill). Treats urinary retention with only drops passing, as well as rebellious Qi of the Chong Mai (Penetrating Vessel) manifesting as asthma and hiccups.
Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Zhimu (Anemarrhena Rhizome, each 1 liang), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark, 1 qian).
Grind into powder, form pills with water to the size of tung tree seeds, and dry in the shade. Take 3 qian per dose, administered with light salt soup.
Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) treats all conditions of Qi deficiency with sinking.
The formula is found in the *Zhongfeng* (Wind Stroke) chapter.
Bixie Liqing Yin (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Clearing Decoction) treats Bai Zhuo (White Turbid Urine).
Chuan Bixie (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome, 4 qian), Yizhiren (Bitter Almond Seed), Wuyao (Lindera Root, each 1.5 qian), Shichangpu (Acorus Rhizome, 1 qian).
Another version adds Gancao Shao (Licorice Tip, 1.5 qian) and Fuling (Poria, 2 qian). Decoct in two cups of water until reduced to eight parts, add a pinch of salt, and take. Administer twice daily.
Sijunzi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction)
The formula is found in *Shifang Geku* (Song-formulas of Time-honored Prescriptions).
The verse states: White turbid urine often arises from Heart Qi deficiency; one should not treat it solely as Kidney deficiency. Sijunzi Tang added with Yuanzhi (Polygala Root) yields miraculous results after a single dose.
Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Drains the Liver Decoction) treats hypochondriac pain, bitter taste in the mouth, deafness, sinew atrophy, damp-heat itching in the genital region, genital swelling, white turbid urine, and hematuria.
Longdancao (Gentiana Root, 3 fen), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Zhizi (Gardenia Fruit), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome, each 1 qian), Mutong (Akebia Stem), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed, each 5 fen), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Gancao (Licorice Root), Shengdi (Rehmannia Root, each 3 fen), Chaihu (Bupleurum Root, 1 qian).
Decoct in one and a half cups of water until reduced to eight parts, and take orally.
Wubeizi Wan (Chinese Gall Pill) is a formula for treating spermatorrhea and securing collapse.
Wubeizi (Chinese Gall, boiled dry with Qingyan/Green Salt, then roasted), Fuling (Poria, each 2 liang).
Grind into powder, form pills with refined honey to the size of tung tree seeds. Take 2 qian per dose, administered with salt soup, twice daily.
Miaoxiang San (Wonderful Fragrance Powder)
Huai Shanyao (Chinese Yam, 2 liang), Fuling (Poria), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root), Renshen (Ginseng, each 1 liang), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root, 5 qian), Muxiang (Costus Root, 3 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root, 1 liang).
Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 2 qian).
Grind all ingredients into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with Lotus Seed Soup.
