续嗣丹 山茱萸、天门冬、麦门冬各五两，故纸八两，菟丝子、枸杞子、覆盆子、蛇床子、巴戟、熟地、
韭子各三两，龙骨、黄 、牡蛎、山药、当归、锁阳各二两，人参、杜仲各一两半，陈皮、白术各一两，黄狗肾
酥炙二对，为末，同紫河车一具，同门冬、地黄炼蜜、捣丸梧子大。每百丸，空心临卧温酒盐汤任下。
壮阳丹 仙茅、蛇床子、五味子、白茯、苁蓉、山药、杜仲各一两，韭子、故纸、巴戟、熟地、山茱萸、
菟丝子各二两，海狗肾一枚，紫稍花一两，用雄鸡肝二副，捣成一块，阴干，为末，用雄鸡肝肾、雄鳖肝肾各
一副，以盐酒花椒末蒸熟捣烂，和入前药，再用酒煮山药糊为丸，梧子大。每百丸空心盐汤下。阳痿精冷者
加桂、附、石燕。
雀卵丸 菟丝子末一斤，于春二三月取麻禾雀卵五百个，去黄用白，和丸梧子大。每八十丸空心盐汤或酒
下。腰痛加杜仲四分之一，下元冷加附子六分之一。此药当预制成末，遇有雀卵，不拘多少而用。
巨胜子丸 熟地四两，生地、何首乌、牛膝、天门冬、枸杞、苁蓉、菟丝子、巨胜子、白茯苓、柏子仁、
天雄、酸枣仁、故纸、巴戟、五味子、覆盆子、山药、楮实、续断各一两，韭子、芡实、川椒、葫芦巴、莲花
蕊各五钱，木香二钱半，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每七十丸，虚甚者百丸，空心温酒下。
还少丹 菖蒲（用桑枝同蒸）、牛膝（用黄精汁或酒浸三日）、巴戟（用枸杞汤浸软，再酒浸一时，取出
同菊花焙黄色）、五味子（劈作两边，用蜜蒸一日，浆水浸一宿）、茯神（水飞去浮浊）、楮实（水浸去浮者，
用酒蒸一日）、熟地、枸杞、苁蓉、小茴、山药、远志、杜仲、山茱萸各等分，去各制药，为末，蜜和枣肉为
丸梧子大。每三五十丸，空心温酒盐汤任下。一方茯苓换茯神加续断，名打老儿丸。治阳虚不举，真气衰弱，精
神短少，小便无度，眼目昏花，腰膝疼痛，两脚麻冷，不能行走。
衍宗温肾，玄牝思仙，种十子之德极备。
五子衍宗丸 枸杞子、菟丝子各八两，五味子一两，覆盆子四两，车前二两，惯遗泄者，去车前加莲子，
为末，蜜丸梧子大。每空心九十丸，临卧五十丸，白汤或盐汤、冬月酒下。添精补髓，疏利肾气，不问下焦虚实
寒热，服之自能平补。
温肾丸 巴戟二两、当归、鹿茸、益智、杜仲、生地、茯神、山药、菟丝子、远志、蛇床子、
续断各一两，山茱萸、熟地各三两，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每三五十丸，空心温酒下，精虚加钟乳粉、五味子，阳
道衰倍续断，不固加龙骨、牡蛎，倍鹿茸。
玄牝太极丸 苍术四两（用米泔、盐水、酒、醋各浸炒一两）补脾，当归、熟地各三两补血，川芎一两，
葫芦巴（益阳气）、芍药各一两二钱，磁石一两三钱补阳，黄柏用盐浸、知母水炒治相火，五味子去痰收肺气，
巴戟佐肾、白术补脾各一两半，枸杞补肝、故纸补肾、小茴治小肠气、白茯盐酒蒸补心各二两半，木瓜用牛
膝水浸、杜仲、苁蓉各二两，没药一两治肾损、益心血，阳起石一两（用黄芩水浸，装入羊角内，以泥封固，
火青烟起，取出以指研对日不坠为度，如坠复 ），为末，择壬子庚申旺日，用鸡子六十个，打开一孔，
去内拭干，以末入内，用纸糊住，令鸡抱子出为度，取药蜜丸梧子大，每八十一丸，空心盐汤下。久服神清气
爽，长颜色，温骨髓，倍进饮食，和平脏腑，精浓能施，生子有效。
金锁思仙丹 莲蕊、莲子、芡实各等分为末，金樱膏和丸梧子大。每三十丸，空心盐汤下，一月见效，
即不走泄，候女人月信住，取车前子水煎服之，一交即孕，久服精神完固，能成地仙，平时忌葵菜、车前子。
治男子嗜欲过多，精气不固。
芡实丸 鸡头实五百个，七夕莲花须、山茱萸各一两，沙苑白蒺藜五两，覆盆子二两，五花龙骨五钱，
为末，炼蜜为丸如梧桐子大。每服六七十丸，空心莲肉煎汤送下。治梦泄及阳虚未交先泄者神效。
种子大补丸 人参、麦门冬、生地黄、熟地黄、杜仲、巴戟天、沙苑白蒺藜、天门冬、枸杞子、黄柏、
白茯神、白茯苓、白术、白芍药各四两，牛膝、当归、黑桑椹、芡实、圆眼肉、鹿角胶各五两，为末，用雄鹿
血和蜜为丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心温酒盐汤任下。
十子丸 槐子蒸七次，覆盆子、枸杞子、桑椹子、冬青子二味共蒸各八两，没石子、菟丝子、蛇床子、五
味子、柏子仁各四两。如女血不足去柏子加香附、川芎、当归、生地、熟地；酒色过度，不能生育，加鹿角霜、
巴戟、山茱萸、生地、枳壳、黄柏、何首乌。为末，蜜丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心盐汤下，以干物压之。治五
劳七伤，心神恍惚，梦遗鬼交，及五痔七疝等证。
三子养亲延寿，加味补阴扶下弱；
三子养亲汤 紫苏子、萝卜子、白芥子各等分，纸上微炒，微微研碎，匀三钱用绢袋盛之煮汤，勿煎太过
令味苦辣口。大便素实者，入熟蜜一匙，冬加姜一片，能进饮食，养脾胃。
却病延寿汤 人参、白术、牛膝、白芍、陈皮、茯苓、山楂各一钱，当归、甘草各五分，姜煎服。春加川
芎，夏秋加黄芩、麦门冬，冬倍生姜。小水长如旧，止药。
加味补阴丸 黄柏、知母各四两，牛膝、杜仲、巴戟、熟地、山茱萸各三两，苁蓉、白茯、枸杞、远志、
山药、鹿茸、龟版各二两，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每八十丸，空心盐汤下。
神仙补老益寿，竹沥枳术镇中宫。
神仙补老丸 生地、熟地、牛膝、山药、苁蓉、枸杞各五两，川椒、雌雄何首乌、 本各十两，为末，
酒糊丸梧子大。每五十丸，空心温酒盐汤任下，忌萝卜。此药性温无毒，治百病，常服补下元，润皮肤，延年
益寿，气力倍常，发白转黑，齿落更生，小儿亦可服之。
遇仙补寿丹 蝙蝠十个，捣烂晒干，紫黑桑椹四升，取汁渣晒干，杜仲、童子发各六两，天门冬三两，
黄精蜜蒸晒九次，何首乌、熟地、川椒各四两，枸杞、当归各二两，为末，旱莲草、秋石丹、玄胡索各末四两，
用桑椹汁拌三味晒蒸三次，酒煮三味，打糊为丸，梧子大。每服不拘多少，随便饮下，忌萝卜。补经络，起阴
发阳，开三焦，闭横气，消五谷，益血脉，安五脏，除心热，和筋骨，去盗汗，驻颜乌须，轻身健体，夜视有光。
竹沥枳术丸 半夏、南星（用白矾、皂角、生姜煮半日）、枳实、条芩、陈皮、苍术、山楂、芥子、白
茯各一两，黄连、当归各五钱，为末，神曲六两，用姜汁、竹沥各一盏煮，糊丸梧子大。每百丸，白汤下，有
痰姜汤下，化痰清火，健脾消食，亦能却瘴。
噫！万般补养皆为伪，惟有操心是要规。
续嗣丹：由山茱萸、天门冬、麦门冬各五两，故纸（补骨脂）八两，菟丝子、枸杞子、覆盆子、蛇床子、巴戟天、熟地黄、韭菜子各三两，龙骨、黄柏、牡蛎、山药、当归、锁阳各二两，人参、杜仲各一两半，陈皮、白术各一两，黄狗肾经酥炙两对组成。将上述药材研为细末，与一个紫河车（胎盘）一同，用天门冬和地黄煎汁炼蜜，捣匀制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用一百丸，空腹或睡前，用温酒或淡盐汤送服均可。
壮阳丹：由仙茅、蛇床子、五味子、白茯苓、肉苁蓉、山药、杜仲各一两，韭菜子、故纸（补骨脂）、巴戟天、熟地黄、山茱萸、菟丝子各二两，海狗肾一枚，紫稍花一两组成。取两只雄鸡肝捣成一块，阴干后研为细末；再用一副雄鸡肝肾、一副雄鳖肝肾，以盐、酒、花椒末蒸熟后捣烂，与前药混合，再用酒煮山药糊作为粘合剂制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用一百丸，空腹时用淡盐汤送服。若患阳痿、精液寒冷者，可加桂枝、附子、石燕。
雀卵丸：取菟丝子粉末一斤，在春季二三月间采集麻禾雀的卵五百个，去掉蛋黄只用蛋白，与药粉混合制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用八十丸，空腹时用淡盐汤或酒送服。若腰痛，加四分之一量的杜仲；若下元虚冷，加六分之一量的附子。此药应预先制成粉末，遇到有雀卵时，不拘数量多少即可使用。
巨胜子丸：由熟地黄四两，生地黄、何首乌、牛膝、天门冬、枸杞、肉苁蓉、菟丝子、巨胜子（黑芝麻）、白茯苓、柏子仁、天雄、酸枣仁、故纸（补骨脂）、巴戟天、五味子、覆盆子、山药、楮实、续断各一两，韭菜子、芡实、川椒、葫芦巴、莲花蕊各五钱，木香二钱半组成。将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用七十丸，体虚严重者服用一百丸，空腹时用温酒送服。
还少丹：由石菖蒲（用桑枝同蒸）、牛膝（用黄精汁或酒浸泡三日）、巴戟天（用枸杞汤浸软，再用酒浸泡一时辰，取出同菊花焙至黄色）、五味子（劈开两边，用蜜蒸一日，浆水浸泡一夜）、茯神（水洗去浮浊）、楮实（水浸去浮起者，用酒蒸一日）、熟地黄、枸杞、肉苁蓉、小茴香、山药、远志、杜仲、山茱萸各等分组成。去除各药的辅料制药后，研为细末，用蜂蜜和枣肉调和制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三五十丸，空腹时用温酒或淡盐汤送服均可。另一配方将茯苓换为茯神并加入续断，名为打老儿丸。主治阳气虚弱不能勃起，真气衰弱，精神短少，小便频数无度，眼目昏花，腰膝疼痛，双脚麻木冰冷，不能行走。
衍宗温肾，玄牝思仙，种十子之德极备。
五子衍宗丸：由枸杞子、菟丝子各八两，五味子一两，覆盆子四两，车前子二两组成。习惯性遗精滑泄者，去掉车前子加入莲子。将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次空腹服用九十丸，临睡前服用五十丸，用白开水或淡盐汤送服，冬季可用酒送服。具有添精补髓、疏利肾气的作用，不论下焦虚实寒热，服用后自然能平补。
温肾丸：由巴戟天二两，当归、鹿茸、益智仁、杜仲、生地黄、茯神、山药、菟丝子、远志、蛇床子、续断各一两，山茱萸、熟地黄各三两组成。将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三五十丸，空腹时用温酒送服。精虚者加钟乳粉、五味子；阳道衰微者加倍使用续断；不固者加龙骨、牡蛎，加倍使用鹿茸。
玄牝太极丸：由苍术四两（用米泔水、盐水、酒、醋各浸炒一两以补脾），当归、熟地黄各三两补血，川芎一两，葫芦巴（益阳气）、芍药各一两二钱，磁石一两三钱补阳，黄柏用盐水浸、知母用水炒以治相火，五味子去痰收肺气，巴戟天佐肾、白术补脾各一两半，枸杞补肝、故纸（补骨脂）补肾、小茴香治小肠气、白茯苓用盐酒蒸补心各二两半，木瓜用牛膝水浸、杜仲、肉苁蓉各二两，没药一两治肾损、益心血，阳起石一两（用黄芩水浸，装入羊角内，以泥封固，烧至青烟起，取出用手指研磨，对着太阳不掉下来为度，若掉下来则重复处理）组成。将上述药材研为细末，选择壬子日或庚申日旺日，取鸡蛋六十个，打开一个小孔，去掉内容物拭干，将药末放入其中，用纸糊住，让母鸡抱窝孵出小鸡为止。取出药物，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用八十一丸，空腹时用淡盐汤送服。长期服用可使神清气爽，容颜润泽，骨髓温暖，食欲倍增，脏腑平和，精液浓稠能够施泄，生育有效。
金锁思仙丹：由莲蕊、莲子、芡实各等分研为细末，用金樱子膏调和制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三十丸，空腹时用淡盐汤送服，一个月见效，精气不再走泄。待女子月经干净后，取车前子水煎服，一次性交即可怀孕。长期服用可使精神完固，能成地仙。平时忌食葵菜、车前子。主治男子嗜欲过多，精气不固。
芡实丸：由鸡头实（芡实）五百个，七夕莲花须、山茱萸各一两，沙苑蒺藜五两，覆盆子二两，五花龙骨五钱组成。将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用六七十丸，空腹时用莲子煎汤送服。治疗梦遗及阳虚未交先泄者有神效。
种子大补丸：由人参、麦门冬、生地黄、熟地黄、杜仲、巴戟天、沙苑蒺藜、天门冬、枸杞子、黄柏、白茯神、白茯苓、白术、白芍药各四两，牛膝、当归、黑桑椹、芡实、圆眼肉（桂圆肉）、鹿角胶各五两组成。将上述药材研为细末，用雄鹿血和蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用温酒或淡盐汤送服均可。
十子丸：由槐子蒸七次，覆盆子、枸杞子、桑椹子、冬青子两种共蒸各八两，没石子、菟丝子、蛇床子、五味子、柏子仁各四两组成。若女性血不足，去掉柏子仁加入香附、川芎、当归、生地黄、熟地黄；若因酒色过度导致不能生育，加入鹿角霜、巴戟天、山茱萸、生地黄、枳壳、黄柏、何首乌。将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用淡盐汤送服，并用干食物压服。治疗五劳七伤，心神恍惚，梦遗鬼交，以及五痔七疝等证候。
三子养亲延寿，加味补阴扶下弱；
三子养亲汤：由紫苏子、萝卜子（莱菔子）、白芥子各等分组成。在纸上轻微炒制，微微研碎，均匀分成每份三钱，用绢袋盛之煮汤，不要煎煮太过以免味道苦辣刺口。大便素来结实者，加入一匙熟蜜，冬季加一片生姜，能促进饮食，养护脾胃。
却病延寿汤：由人参、白术、牛膝、白芍、陈皮、茯苓、山楂各一钱，当归、甘草各五分组成。姜煎服。春季加川芎，夏秋季节加黄芩、麦门冬，冬季加倍生姜。小便恢复正常长度后停药。
加味补阴丸：由黄柏、知母各四两，牛膝、杜仲、巴戟天、熟地黄、山茱萸各三两，肉苁蓉、白茯苓、枸杞、远志、山药、鹿茸、龟版各二两组成。将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用八十丸，空腹时用淡盐汤送服。
神仙补老益寿，竹沥枳术镇中宫。
神仙补老丸：由生地黄、熟地黄、牛膝、山药、肉苁蓉、枸杞各五两，川椒、雌雄何首乌、本（藁本）各十两组成。将上述药材研为细末，用酒糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用温酒或淡盐汤送服均可，忌食萝卜。此药性温无毒，治疗百病，常服可补下元，润皮肤，延年益寿，气力倍增，白发转黑，牙齿脱落再生，小儿也可服用。
遇仙补寿丹：由蝙蝠十个，捣烂晒干，紫黑桑椹四升，取汁渣晒干，杜仲、童子发各六两，天门冬三两，黄精蜜蒸晒九次，何首乌、熟地黄、川椒各四两，枸杞、当归各二两组成。将上述药材研为细末，旱莲草、秋石丹、玄胡索各研为细末四两，用桑椹汁拌合这三味药晒蒸三次，再用酒煮这三味药，打糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用不拘多少，随便饮用送服，忌食萝卜。功效包括补经络，起阴发阳，开三焦，闭横气，消五谷，益血脉，安五脏，除心热，和筋骨，去盗汗，驻颜乌须，轻身健体，夜视有光。
竹沥枳术丸：由半夏、南星（用白矾、皂角、生姜煮半日）、枳实、条芩（黄芩）、陈皮、苍术、山楂、芥子、白茯苓各一两，黄连、当归各五钱组成。将上述药材研为细末，神曲六两，用姜汁、竹沥各一盏煮，糊制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用一百丸，用白开水送服，有痰者用姜汤送服。具有化痰清火、健脾消食的功效，也能驱除瘴气。

Xusi Dan (Continuation of Offspring Pill): Composed of Cornus officinalis Fructus (Shanzhuyu), Asparagus cochinchinensis Radix (Tianmendong), Ophiopogon japonicus Tuber (Mendong) each 5 liang, Psoralea corylifolia Fruit (Guzhi/Buguzhi) 8 liang, Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi), Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi), Rubi Fructus (Fupenzi), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), Morinda officinalis Radix (Baji), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi), Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiuizi) each 3 liang, Longgu (Dragon Bone), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai), Ostreae Concha (Muli), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Cynomorii Herba (Suoyang) each 2 liang, Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong) each 1.5 liang, Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) each 1 liang, and two pairs of Canis Kidney (Huanggoushen) roasted with butter. The above herbs are ground into fine powder, combined with one Placenta Humana (Ziheche), and processed with juice from Tianmendong and Shudi refined with honey, pounded into pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 100 pills at a time, on an empty stomach or before bed, washed down with warm wine or light salt water as preferred.
Zhuangyang Dan (Strengthen Yang Pill): Composed of Curculiginis Rhizoma (Xianmao), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi), Poria (Baifu), Cynomorii Herba (Rongrong), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong) each 1 liang, Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiuizi), Psoraleae Fructus (Guzhi), Morindae Radix (Baji), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi), Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu), Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi) each 2 liang, Otariid Animal Penis (Haigoushen) one piece, Zhaoshao Flower (Zishaohua) 1 liang. Take two livers of male chickens, pound into a mass, dry in shade, and grind into powder. Also take one pair of male chicken liver and kidney, and one pair of male softshell turtle liver and kidney, steam cooked with salt, wine, and Sichuan pepper powder, then pound into paste. Mix with the previous powder, use wine-boiled yam paste as binder to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 100 pills on an empty stomach with light salt water. For impotence and cold semen, add Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi), and Hirundo Nipponica Os (Shiyan).
Queluan Wan (Sparrow Egg Pill): Take 1 jin of Cuscutae Semen powder. In spring months 2-3, collect 500 eggs of sparrow-like birds, remove yolks, keep whites only, and mix with powder to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 80 pills on an empty stomach with light salt water or wine. For lower back pain, add 1/4 amount of Duzhong; for deficiency-cold of the lower origin, add 1/6 amount of Fuzi. This medicine should be prepared in powder form in advance; whenever sparrow eggs are available, use any quantity.
Jushengzi Wan (Black Sesame Pill): Composed of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi) 4 liang, Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi), Polygoni Multiflori Caulis (Heshouwu), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Asparagus Radix (Tianmendong), Lycii Fructus (Gouqi), Cynomorii Herba (Rongrong), Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi), Sesami Nigris Semen (Jushengzi/Pahazi), Poria (Baifuling), Platycladi Semen (Baiziren), Aconiti Radix Lateralis (Tianxiong), Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (Suanzaoren), Psoraleae Fructus (Guzhi), Morindae Radix (Baji), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi), Rubi Fructus (Fupenzi), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), Torreya Seed (Chushi), Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan) each 1 liang, Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiuizi), Euryales Semen (Qianshi), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuanjiao), Trigonellae Semen (Huluba), Nelumbinis Stamen (Lianhua Rui) each 5 qian, Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) 2.5 qian. Grind into powder, make honey pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 70 pills, or 100 for severe deficiency, on an empty stomach with warm wine.
Huanshao Dan (Restore Youth Pill): Composed of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Changpu - steamed with mulberry branches), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi - soaked 3 days in polygonatum juice or wine), Morindae Radix (Baji - softened in cornus decoction, soaked in wine for 1 hour, taken out and dried yellow with chrysanthemum), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi - split, steamed with honey for 1 day, soaked in sour rice water overnight), Polyporus (Fushen - washed to remove turbidity), Torreya Seed (Chushi - soaked in water to remove floating ones, steamed in wine for 1 day), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi), Lycii Fructus (Gouqi), Cynomorii Herba (Rongrong), Foeniculum Vulgare Fructus (Xiaohui), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong), Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu) in equal parts. Remove processing aids, grind into powder, mix with honey and jujube flesh to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 30-50 pills on an empty stomach with warm wine or light salt water. Another formula replaces Poria with Polyporus and adds Dipsaci Radix, named Dalao'er Wan. Treats yang deficiency with inability to erect, weak true qi, shortness of spirit, frequent urination without control, blurred vision, soreness and pain of waist and knees, numbness and coldness of both feet, inability to walk.
Yanzong warms the kidney, Xuanpin thinks of immortality, the virtue of ten seeds is extremely complete.
