甘草七段（用急流水一碗浸之，炙干，又浸又炙，以水尽为度）
研细末。每日空心，开水调下二钱。忌煎炒、烟、酒、炙、爆、辛辣、发气等物。
大熟地（九蒸晒） 大生地（酒洗，各三两） 山药（乳拌蒸） 茯苓（乳拌蒸） 丹皮（酒蒸，各
一两半） 泽泻（盐水蒸，一两） 当归（酒蒸） 白芍（酒炒） 柏子（去壳隔纸炒） 丹参（酒蒸，各
二两） 远志（去心，甘草水泡蒸，四两） 自败龟板（浸净，童便炙炒，研为极细末，四两
共为末，用金石斛四两，金银花十二两，熬膏，和炼蜜，杵为丸。每早淡盐汤下四钱。
法用大田螺一个，以冰片掺靥中，仰放盏内，少顷水流出，取搽痔疮上，其肿立消。
下疳，生疮湿痒，或阴茎肿烂，或如菌如蛇，此湿热之甚也，宜服九味芦荟丸，并用加
味逍遥散。气虚者，佐以加减归脾汤。
芦荟（五钱） 胡黄连 当归 芍药 川芎 芜荑（各一两） 木香 甘草（各三钱） 胆草（酒浸
炒焦，七钱
上为末，米粥糊丸，麻子仁大。每服一钱，或一钱五分，开水下。
杨梅结毒，不可搽轻粉，恐毒瓦斯入内，宜服忍冬汤，贴以万全膏，并用金蝉蜕甲酒。

治杨梅疮，不拘新久轻重皆效。
量之大小，总以醉为度
冬夏盖暖出汗为效，存酒次日只服量之一半，酒尽疮愈。又治杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，诸药
不效者更妙。服酒后七日，不许见风为要，忌口及房事百日，绝根矣。

大熟地黄（经过九次蒸晒）三两，大生地黄（用酒清洗）三两，山药（用乳汁拌后蒸制），茯苓（用乳汁拌后蒸制），牡丹皮（用酒蒸制）各一两半，泽泻（用盐水蒸制）一两，当归（用酒蒸制），白芍（用酒炒制），柏子仁（去壳隔纸炒制），丹参（用酒蒸制）各二两，远志（去心，用甘草水泡后蒸制）四两，自败的龟板（浸泡洗净，用童子便炙炒，研成极细末）四两。以上药材共研为细末，另取金石斛四两、金银花十二两熬制成膏，与炼蜜混合，捣匀制成丸药。每天早上用淡盐水送服四钱。
方法是用一只大田螺，在螺盖处撒上冰片，倒扣放在盏内，片刻后流出液体，取此液涂抹于痔疮患处，肿胀立即消退。
下疳（指生殖器部位的溃疡性病变），疮面潮湿瘙痒，或阴茎肿胀溃烂，或形状如菌状、如蛇形，这是湿热极重的表现，适宜服用九味芦荟丸，并配合使用加味逍遥散。气虚者，辅助使用加减归脾汤。
芦荟五钱，胡黄连、当归、芍药、川芎、芜荑各一两，木香、甘草各三钱，龙胆草（用酒浸泡炒至焦黄）七钱。以上药材研为细末，用米粥糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如麻子仁。每次服用一钱或一钱五分，用开水送服。
杨梅结毒（梅毒晚期出现的结节性损害），不可涂抹轻粉（氯化亚汞），恐怕毒气内陷入里，适宜服用忍冬汤，外贴万全膏，并配合饮用金蝉蜕甲酒。
金银花一两，甘草二钱，黑料豆二两，土茯苓四两。加水煎煮，每日一剂，必须全部喝完。
治疗杨梅疮（梅毒），无论新旧、轻重均有效。饮酒量以喝醉为标准。冬夏季节需加盖衣被使其出汗才见效，剩下的酒第二天只服用一半的量，酒喝完则疮愈。另外治疗杨梅结毒引起的筋骨疼痛，其他药物无效的情况更为奇妙。服药酒后七日，严禁受风，这是关键所在；忌口并禁欲百日，即可断绝病根。
Seven segments of Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (soaked in one bowl of fast-flowing water, roasted until dry, then soaked and roasted again until the water is completely absorbed), ground into fine powder. Take two qian (approx. 6-9g) mixed with boiled water on an empty stomach every day. Avoid fried foods, tobacco, alcohol, roasted or deep-fried items, spicy foods, and "fa qi" (stimulating foods that may exacerbate disease).
Da Shudi (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, steamed nine times and sun-dried) three liang (approx. 90g), Da Shengdi (Raw Rehmanniae Radix, washed with wine) three liang, Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, mixed with milk and steamed), Fuling (Poria, mixed with milk and steamed), Danpi (Moutan Cortex, steamed with wine) each one and a half liang (approx. 45g), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, steamed with salt water) one liang (approx. 30g), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, steamed with wine), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with wine), Baizi Ren (Biota Semen, shelled and stir-fried between paper layers), Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, steamed with wine) each two liang (approx. 60g), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed, soaked in licorice water and steamed) four liang (approx. 120g), Zi Baiguiban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum from naturally deceased tortoise, soaked clean, roasted with urine of young boys, ground to extremely fine powder) four liang. Grind all these herbs into fine powder. Separately, take Shijinhu (Dendrobii Caulis) four liang and Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) twelve liang, decoct into a paste. Mix this paste with refined honey and knead into pills. Take four qian (approx. 12-18g) with light salt water every morning.
Method: Take one large pond snail, sprinkle Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) onto the operculum area, place it upside down in a small cup. After a short while, liquid will exude. Collect this liquid and apply it to the hemorrhoid lesion; the swelling will subside immediately.
Xiagan (Chancre, referring to ulcerative lesions on the genitals): The sores are moist and itchy, or the penis becomes swollen and ulcerated, taking shapes resembling mushrooms or snakes. This indicates severe damp-heat. It is suitable to consume Jiwei Luluhuan (Nine-Ingredient Aloe Pill) and combine it with Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free Wanderer Powder). For those with Qi deficiency, supplement with Jiagui Pi Tang (Modified Spleen-Tonifying Decoction).
Luluhuan (Aloe) five qian (approx. 15g), Huhuanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma alternative, likely Picrorhizae Rhizoma or similar bitter cold herb used here) one liang, Danggui one liang, Shaoyao one liang, Chuanxiong one liang, Wuyi (Chukrasiae Tabularis Seed) one liang, Muxiang one liang, Gancao three qian, Danshen (Gentianae Radix, soaked in wine and stir-fried until scorched) seven qian. Grind into powder, use rice porridge paste as a binder to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take one qian or one and a half qian per dose, swallowed with boiled water.
Yangmei Jiedu (Syphilitic nodules/toxicity appearing in late-stage syphilis): Do not apply Qingfen (Calomel/Hydrargyri Chloridum) externally, lest the toxic fumes penetrate inward. It is suitable to consume Rendong Tang (Honeysuckle Decoction), apply Wanquan Gao (Perfect Safety Plaster) externally, and drink Jinchan Tuijia Jiu (Golden Cicada Molting Wine).
Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) one liang, Gancao two qian, Heiliaodou (Phaseoli Vulgaris Var. Nigricans) two liang, Tufuling (Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma) four liang. Decoct in water, one dose per day, must be consumed entirely.
This treats Yangmei Chuang (Syphilitic chancre/rash), effective regardless of whether it is new or old, mild or severe. The amount of alcohol should be sufficient to induce intoxication. In winter and summer, cover warmly to induce sweating for efficacy. On the next day, consume only half of the remaining wine. When the wine is finished, the sore heals. Furthermore, for bone and joint pain caused by Yangmei Jiedu where other medicines fail, this method is even more wonderful. After drinking the medicine-wine, avoid exposure to wind for seven days; this is crucial. Observe dietary restrictions and abstain from sexual intercourse for one hundred days to eradicate the root cause.
