〔脱证提纲〕 脾升胃降化机生，气血根原辨浊清，倘若逆行全不化，阴阳两脱命将倾。
乌肝汤
（证附） 精血驰行阴脱时，桂枝芍药首乌施，参苓姜附兼甘草，用此回生取效奇。
兔髓汤
（证附） 神气飞腾阳脱时，人参夏附可同施，元甘五味兼龙牡，力挽生机效出奇。
〔盗汗提纲〕 发热身中久不休，睡时汗出醒时收，欲知此证因何起，原属阴虚是病由。
〔自汗提纲〕 身不能安总畏寒，无分动静汗弥漫，病原本属阳虚得，临证还应仔细看。
叶氏方
（证附） 人参熟地共湖莲，五味茯神用要专，补气再将甘草入，阴虚汗出治能痊。
参附汤
（证附） 人参助气可回天，附子驱寒力独专，证属阳虚多汗出，良方服后病能痊。
芍药甘草附子汤
（证附） 阴阳倘值并虚时，芍附清温补法奇，甘草和中宜共享，妙方能止汗淋漓。
真武证
（方见伤寒） 肾水泛时辨要详，汗多不止是亡阳，欲知此证须何药，治法宜投真武汤。
〔不寐提纲〕 无眠证起有多端，不外实虚热与寒，探得病源投妙药，一杯入口便神安。
酸枣仁汤
（证附） 知母芎 合茯苓，枣仁甘草亦通灵，神因火扰难成寐，服后安眠唤不醒。
半夏秫米汤
（证附） 长流水取要频扬，半夏和成秫米汤，快饮一杯消厥逆，管教神入黑甜乡。
小半夏加茯苓汤
（证附） 水气停留病象呈，郁成湿痞逼宫城，心神烦扰难酣睡，苓夏生姜用药精。
【脱证提纲】脾脏升清、胃腑降浊，气机生化由此而生；气血的根本源头，需辨别其清浊之分。倘若气机逆乱完全无法运化，阴阳两方皆会脱失，生命即将倾覆。
乌肝汤
（附证）在精血耗散、阴液脱失之时，使用桂枝、芍药、制何首乌；配合人参、茯苓、干姜、附子以及甘草，用此方能起死回生，取得奇效。
兔髓汤
（附证）在神气浮越、阳气脱失之时，人参、麦冬、附子可共同施用；加上元参、甘草、五味子以及龙骨、牡蛎，强力挽回生机，效果奇特。

【自汗提纲】身体不能安宁，总是畏惧寒冷，无论活动还是静止都汗出弥漫。病本原属于阳虚所致，临证诊治还应仔细审察。
叶氏方
（附证）人参、熟地黄与湖莲子共用，五味子、茯神用药要专一，补气再加入甘草，阴虚导致的汗出治疗能痊愈。
参附汤
（附证）人参辅助元气可挽回天壤之力，附子驱散寒邪力量独特专注。证候属于阳虚多汗出，服用此良方后疾病能痊愈。
芍药甘草附子汤
（附证）当阴阳同时出现虚损时，芍药清热、附子温补的治法奇妙，甘草调和中焦宜共同使用，妙方能止住淋漓大汗。
真武证
（方剂见《伤寒论》）肾水泛滥时需仔细辨别，汗出不止是亡阳之象。想要知道此证需用什么药物，治法适宜投用真武汤。

[Outline of Collapse Syndrome] The Spleen ascending clear yang and the Stomach descending turbid yin generate the mechanism of transformation; the root source of Qi and Blood requires distinguishing between clarity and turbidity. If reversal occurs and transformation is completely halted, both Yin and Yang will collapse, and life will be on the verge of perishing.
Wugan Decoction (Black Liver Decoction)
(Attached Syndrome) When essence and blood scatter during Yin collapse, Guizhi Tang (Cinnamon Twig Decoction), Shaoyao (White Peony Root), and He Shou Wu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparata) are administered first. Combined with Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), and Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma), this formula can revive the dying and achieve miraculous effects.
Tusui Decoction (Rabbit Marrow Decoction)
(Attached Syndrome) When spirit and Qi fly upward during Yang collapse, Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix), and Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) may be used together. Combined with Yuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi), and Muli (Concha Ostreae), it forcefully reverses the crisis of vital energy, yielding extraordinary efficacy.
[Outline of Night Sweats] Fever persists in the body for a long time without ceasing; sweat appears during sleep and stops upon waking. To understand the cause of this syndrome, it originally belongs to Yin deficiency as the pathological basis.
[Outline of Spontaneous Sweating] The body feels uneasy and constantly fears cold; sweat diffuses profusely regardless of movement or rest. The disease origin primarily stems from Yang deficiency; clinical diagnosis should be conducted with careful scrutiny.
Ye's Formula
(Attached Syndrome) Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Shudi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), and Hulianzi (Nelumbinis Semen) are used together; Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus) and Fushen (Poria cum Radix et Mycelium) require focused application. Adding Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma) to tonify Qi can cure sweating caused by Yin deficiency.
Shenfu Decoction (Ginseng and Aconite Decoction)
(Attached Syndrome) Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) assists Qi to reverse critical conditions; Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) drives away cold with unique strength. For syndromes of Yang deficiency with excessive sweating, taking this excellent formula leads to recovery.
Shaoyao Gancao Fuzi Decoction (White Peony, Licorice, and Prepared Aconite Decoction)
(Attached Syndrome) When both Yin and Yang are simultaneously deficient, the method of using Shaoyao (White Peony Root) to clear heat and Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) to warm and tonify is ingenious. Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma) harmonizes the Middle Jiao and should be shared; this wonderful formula can stop profuse sweating.
Zhenwu Syndrome

(Attached Syndrome) Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) and Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) combined with Fuling (Poria) work together; Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) and Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma) also possess spiritual efficacy. When the Spirit is disturbed by Fire making sleep difficult, taking the medicine ensures deep sleep until awakened.
Banxia Shumi Decoction (Pinellia and Millet Decoction)
(Attached Syndrome) Use water from a flowing stream, frequently splashing it; Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) and Shumi (Milii Semen) are decocted together. Drinking a cup quickly eliminates Jue Ni (reversal cold/heat), ensuring the Spirit enters a sweet dreamland.
Xiao Banxia Ji Fuling Decoction (Minor Pinellia plus Poria Decoction)
(Attached Syndrome) Symptoms present when Water-Qi stagnates; dampness and痞 (fullness)郁 (stagnation) press upon the Palace City (Heart/Shen). The Spirit is troubled and unable to sleep soundly; Fuling (Poria), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), and Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) are precisely selected herbs.
