〔仲〕少阴脉滑而数者，阴中即生疮，阴中蚀烂者。野狼牙汤洗之。
用野狼牙二两，以水四升，煮取半升，以绵缠箸如茧，浸汤沥阴中，日三遍。
〔《大》〕洗 散治阴蚀疮。
甘草（一两） 干漆（一两） 黄芩 当归 地黄 芍药（各二两） 龟甲（五两）
上细切，以水七升，煮取一半，去渣。以绵帛纳汤中，用拓疮处，良久即易，日二度。每拓汤，
可作十里许即挹干，捻取甘湿散，薄敷疮上使遍。可经半日，又以汤拓，拓讫，如前敷药。
有一婢生此疾，蚀处作两疮，深半寸，用此洗拓汤并后甘湿散。不经七日平复，甚效。
甘湿散
蚺蛇胆（真者） 青木香 石硫黄 铁精 麝香（各四分，临时入用。绿麝辟蛇毒，若先
以相和，蛇胆即无力也。）
上各等分为末，更研细。有患取如三棋子大，和井花水，日再服讫。先令便利，了即以后方桃
枝熏下部讫。然后取药如棋子，安竹管里，纳入下部中，日再度，老少量减。其熏法每日一度，不
可再。
桃枝熏法
取东南桃枝五七枝，轻打头使散，以绵缠之。又捣石硫黄为末。将此绵缠桃枝捻转之，令末
少浓。又截一竹筒，先纳下部中，仍以所捻药桃枝烧热熏之。
〔丹〕女子阴疮。硫黄末敷之。（《肘后》）
〔仲〕蛇床子散温阴中坐药。
用蛇床子仁一味，末之。以白粉少许，和令相得。如枣大，绵裹纳之，自然温散。
运气阴疮皆属寒。经云∶太阳之胜，阴中乃疡，隐曲不利，治以苦热是也。
[张仲景] 少阴经脉滑利而数动的，阴道内就会生疮，导致阴部腐蚀溃烂的，用野狼牙汤清洗。
取野狼牙二两，用水四升，煎煮至半升，用棉絮缠绕筷子如蚕茧大小，蘸取药汁冲洗阴道，每日三次。
[《脉经》/《大论》] 洗散治疗阴部腐蚀疮。

以上药材细切，用水七升，煎煮至一半量，去渣。用棉帛浸入药汤中，用来敷拓疮处，停留较长时间后更换，每日两次。每次敷拓药汤后，约行走十里路的时间后将患处擦干，捻取甘湿散，薄薄地敷在疮面上使其均匀覆盖。可维持半天时间，再用药汤敷拓，敷拓结束后，像之前一样敷药。
有一位婢女得了这种病，溃烂处形成两个疮口，深半寸，使用此洗拓汤以及后面的甘湿散。不到七天就平复痊愈，效果很好。
甘湿散
蚺蛇胆（真品） 青木香 石硫黄 铁精 麝香（各四分，临时加入使用。绿麝能辟除蛇毒，如果预先混合，蛇胆的药力就会减弱。）
以上各味等分研为末，再研磨细腻。患病者取如三枚棋子大小的药量，与井花水调和，每日服用两次。先令患者排便通畅，然后用下面的方子桃枝熏蒸下部之后，再取如棋子大小的药，放入竹管中，纳入下部阴道内，每日两次，年老体弱者酌情减量。熏法每日一次，不可重复。
桃枝熏法
取东南方向的桃枝五到七枝，轻轻敲打头部使其散开，用棉絮缠绕。又将石硫黄捣成末。将缠有棉絮的桃枝在硫黄末中捻转，使末端附着较多的药末。再截取一段竹筒，先插入下部阴道中，然后将涂好药的桃枝烧热进行熏蒸。
[张仲景] 蛇床子散作为温煦阴中的坐药。
只用蛇床子仁一味药，研成粉末。加入少许白粉，调和均匀。做成如枣核大小的丸剂，用棉布包裹后纳入阴道内，自然产生温热感并消散病症。
[Zhang Zhongjing] When the Shaoyin pulse is slippery and rapid, sores will arise in the vagina, causing erosion and ulceration of the genitalia. Wash with Yelangya Decoction (Wolf's Tooth Herb Decoction).
Take Erliang (two taels) of Yelangya (Acanthopanacis Senticosi Cortex), decoct in four Sheng (liters) of water until half a Sheng remains. Wrap cotton around a chopstick like a silkworm cocoon, dip it into the decoction, and irrigate the vagina three times daily.
[From *Mai Jing* / *Da Lun*] Xi San (Washing Powder) treats genital erosion sores.
Gancao (Licorice Root, one tael), Ganqi (Dried Lacquer, one tael), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Dihuang (Rehmannia Root), Shaoyao (Peony Root, two taels each), Guijia (Tortoise Shell, five taels).
Finely cut the above herbs, decoct in seven Sheng of water until reduced by half, then strain. Soak a piece of cotton silk in the decoction and apply it to the sore area, leaving it for a considerable time before replacing. Do this twice daily. After each application, wait approximately the time it takes to walk ten Li (miles), dry the area, and take Gan Shi San (Sweet Moisture Powder), applying a thin layer evenly over the sores. Maintain this for half a day, then re-apply the decoction as before, followed by the powder again.
A maid suffered from this disease; the eroded area formed two ulcers, half an inch deep. Using this washing/applying decoction along with the subsequent Gan Shi San, she recovered completely in less than seven days. It is very effective.
Gan Shi San (Sweet Moisture Powder)
Ranshe Dan (Bungarus Multicinctus Gallbladder, authentic) Qingmuxiang (Costus Root), Shiliuhuang (Sulfur), Tiejing (Iron Essence), Shexiang (Musk, four fen each, added just before use. Green musk repels snake venom; if mixed beforehand, the potency of the snake gallbladder will be diminished.)
Grind all ingredients equally into powder, then further refine by grinding. For patients, take an amount equivalent to three chess pieces, mix with well water (Jinghua Shui), and administer orally twice daily. First, ensure the patient has evacuated bowels. Then, fumigate the lower part using the following Peach Branch method. Afterwards, take a pill-sized amount of medicine, place it in a bamboo tube, and insert it into the lower orifice (vagina/rectum) twice daily. Reduce the dose slightly for elderly patients. The fumigation method is performed once daily and must not be repeated.
Peach Branch Fumigation Method
Take five to seven branches of peach wood from the southeast direction. Gently beat the head to loosen the fibers and wrap them with cotton. Grind Shiliuhuang (Sulfur) into powder. Roll the cotton-wrapped peach branch in the sulfur powder so that the end becomes thickly coated. Cut a bamboo tube, insert it into the lower orifice first, then heat the medicated peach branch and use it to fumigate the area.
[Zhu Danxi] For female genital sores, apply Sulfur powder externally. (*Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang*)
[Zhang Zhongjing] Shechuangzi San (Cnidus Seed Powder) used as a sitz medicine to warm the vagina.
Use only Shechuangzi Ren (Cnidii Fructus) as a single ingredient, grind it into powder. Mix with a small amount of Baifen (White Powder, likely starch or lead carbonate historically) to bind. Form into pills the size of a jujube pit, wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina. It will naturally produce warmth and dissipate the condition.
According to the theory of Six Qi transformations, genital sores generally belong to Cold patterns. The classics state: "When Taiyang qi prevails, ulcers occur in the genital region, and hidden functions are obstructed; treat with bitter-hot methods." This is precisely what is meant.
