〔海〕龙蛇散治风虚顽麻，遍身紫、白癜风瘾痒痛者。
白花蛇（去骨，焙） 黑梢蛇（去骨，焙） 萆 天麻 黄 金毛狗脊 自然铜 骨碎补
枫香（研） 地龙 草乌头（盐）
水浸，锉。各一两） 乳香 没药（各三钱） 麝香（二钱）
上细末，酒糊丸，桐子大。每服十五丸，酒下食后。为末，酒调亦得。
〔罗〕加减何首乌散治紫、白癜风，筋骨疼痛，四肢少力，眼断瞳人，鼻梁崩塌，皮肤疥癣，
手足皱裂，睡卧不安，行履艰难。
何首乌 蔓荆子 石菖蒲 荆芥穗 苦参 威灵仙 甘菊花 枸杞子（各一两）
上为细末。每服三钱，蜜茶调下，不拘时。
〔《圣》〕治白癞。用马鞭草不限多少为末，每服食前，用荆芥薄荷汤调下一钱匕。
〔《本》〕治宿患风癣，遍身黑色，肌体如木，皮肤粗涩，及四肢麻痹，宜服乌头丸。
草乌头一斤，入竹箩内以水浸，用瓦片于箩内就水中泷洗，如打菱角法。宜候泷洗去大皮
及尖，控起令干。
用麻油四两，盐四两，入铫子内，炒令深黄色，倾出油，只留盐并乌头，再炒令黑色，烟
出为度。取一枚劈破，心内如米一点白恰好。如白多再炒，趁热取罗为末，用醋糊丸，如桐子大。
每服三十丸，空心晚食前，温酒下。
真州资福庵文雅长老有此疾，服数年，黑 顿除，脚力强健，视听不衰。有一宗人，遍身患
紫癜风，身如墨，服逾年，体悦泽。予服之一年，诸风疥疮疡皆瘥。性差热，虽云去毒，要之五七
日。作乌头粥啜之为佳。粥法用《豫章集》中者佳。
〔世〕紫、白癜风。贝母为末，以胡桃肉蘸，洗浴后擦之，神效。又方，以信石好者为上，
研极细，用真香油调如薄粥，过一宿，取清油敷之愈。又方，用金狮草，挪碎擦之，累效。

上肥皂为丸，擦之。
白秃。

上末，香油入姜汁少许，调敷上。
又法 直两乳头，以篾量过，当两 脉络上灸之， 络脉俗呼为虾蟆穴也。
【海藏】龙蛇散治疗风虚引起的顽固性麻木，以及全身出现紫癜风、白癜风并伴有瘾疹瘙痒疼痛的症状。

将上述药物研成细末，用酒调糊制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用十五丸，饭后用酒送服。若将药粉直接用酒调服也可以。
【罗谦甫】加减何首乌散治疗紫癜风、白癜风，筋骨疼痛，四肢乏力，眼睑下垂瞳孔受损，鼻梁塌陷，皮肤疥癣，手足皲裂，睡眠不安，行走困难。
何首乌 蔓荆子 石菖蒲 荆芥穗 苦参 威灵仙 甘菊花 枸杞子（各一两）
将上述药物研成细末。每次服用三钱，用蜂蜜和茶调服，不限时间。
【《圣济总录》】治疗白癞病。使用马鞭草，数量不限，研成细末。每次在饭前，用荆芥和薄荷煎汤调服一钱匕的药粉。
【《本草衍义》】治疗长期患有的风癣，全身皮肤变黑，肌肤僵硬如木，皮肤粗糙干燥，以及四肢麻痹，适宜服用乌头丸。
取草乌头一斤，放入竹箩中，用水浸泡，用瓦片在箩内的水中清洗，如同打菱角的方法。应当等待清洗掉外皮及尖端，沥干水分使其干燥。
取麻油四两，盐四两，放入铫子内，炒至深黄色，倒出油，只留下盐和乌头，再炒至黑色，以冒出烟为度。取一枚乌头劈开，如果中心有一点白色的米粒状恰好合适。如果白色过多则继续炒，趁热过筛成粉末，用醋调糊制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，空腹或晚饭前，用温酒送服。
真州资福庵的文雅长老患有此疾，服药数年，黑色皮损顿除，脚力强健，视听功能未衰退。有一位同宗族人，全身患紫癜风，身体如墨色，服药超过一年，身体变得润泽舒适。我服用此药一年，各种风邪疥疮疡痈都痊愈了。此药性质偏热，虽然声称去除了毒性，但建议每隔五到七天喝一次乌头粥来调和为佳。煮粥的方法参考《豫章集》中的方法较好。
【世医方】紫癜风、白癜风。将贝母研成细末，用胡桃肉蘸取药粉，洗浴后擦拭患处，效果神奇。另一方法，选用优质的信石，研磨至极细，用真正的香油调成稀粥状，放置过夜，取上层的清油涂抹患处即可痊愈。又一方，使用金狮草，揉碎后擦拭患处，屡试屡效。

以上药物制成肥皂形状的丸剂，用于擦拭患处。

另一种方法：在两乳头连线的中点，用篾条量取长度，在该处的脉络上施灸，该脉络俗称为“虾蟆穴”。
[Hai Zang] Longshe San (Dragon and Snake Powder) treats stubborn numbness caused by wind deficiency, as well as purple macules, white patches, and itchy, painful urticaria covering the whole body.
Baihuashe (Agkistrodon halys, dried after removing bones) Heishaoshe (Tylototriton verrucosus, dried after removing bones) Bibi (Dioscorea hypoglauca), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Jinmaogouji (Cibotii Rhizoma), Ziran Tong (Pyritum), Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma), Fengxiangzhi (Liquidambaris Resina, finely ground), Dilong (Pheretima). Caowutou (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, salt-processed).
Each of the above herbs is one liang, soaked in water and sliced. Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha), each three qian; Shexiang (Moschus), two qian.
Grind all into a fine powder, mix with wine paste to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take fifteen pills each time, washed down with wine after meals. Alternatively, the powder can be taken mixed with wine.
[Luo Qianfu] Jiajian Heshouwu San (Modified Polygoni Multiflori Powder) treats purple macules, white patches, pain in muscles and bones, weakness in the four limbs, ptosis with pupil damage, collapse of the nasal bridge, skin scabies and tinea, cracking of hands and feet, restlessness during sleep, and difficulty walking.
Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix), Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Jingjiesui (Schizonepetae Spica), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Weilingxian (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma - *Note: Standard WHO term for Weilingxian is usually Salviae Miltiorrhizae or sometimes Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma depending on source, but commonly associated with Salvia in modern context or Clematis. WHO standard for Weilingxian is often Clematis Root. Let's use Clematis Radix et Rhizoma*), Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus), each one liang.
Grind all into a fine powder. Take three qian each time, mixed with honey and tea, at any time.
[Shengji Zonglu] Treats Bai Lai (White Leprosy/Leukoderma). Use Ma Bian Cao (Verbena officinalis), quantity unlimited, grind into powder. Before meals, take one qian bi (a small measure) of powder mixed with decoction of Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica) and Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba).
[Bencao Yan Yi] Treats chronic Feng Xuan (Wind Tinea), where the whole body turns black, the skin feels stiff like wood, the skin is rough and dry, and there is paralysis in the four limbs. It is suitable to take Wutou Wan (Aconite Pill).
Take one jin of Caowutou (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix), place it in a bamboo basket, soak in water, and wash it with a tile inside the basket in the water, similar to the method of cleaning water caltrops. Wait until the outer skin and tips are removed, then drain and let it dry.
Take four liang of Mahua You (Sesame Oil) and four liang of salt, put them in a ding (a type of cauldron), and stir-fry until deep yellow. Pour out the oil, leaving only the salt and Wutou, and stir-fry again until black, stopping when smoke appears. Take one piece of Wutou, split it open; if there is a tiny white spot in the center resembling a grain of rice, it is just right. If there is too much white, continue frying. While hot, sieve into powder, mix with vinegar paste to make pills the size of wutong seeds. Take thirty pills each time, on an empty stomach or before evening meal, washed down with warm wine.
Wenyachanglao (Elder Wenya) of Zifu Nunnery in Zhengzhou suffered from this disease. After taking medicine for several years, the black discoloration was completely removed, his leg strength became robust, and his hearing and vision remained unimpaired. A relative of mine suffered from purple macules all over his body, looking like ink. After taking medicine for over a year, his body became smooth and lustrous. I took this medicine for one year, and various wind-induced sores, ulcers, and skin diseases healed. The nature of this medicine is slightly hot. Although it is said to remove toxicity, it is best to drink Wutou Zhou (Aconite Porridge) every five to seven days to harmonize. The method for making porridge is best referenced from Yuzhang Ji.
[Shiyi Fang] For purple macules and white patches: Grind Beimu (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus) into powder. Dip walnut meat into the powder and rub it on the affected area after bathing; this is highly effective. Another prescription: Select high-quality Xinshi (Realgar), grind it extremely fine, mix with true Sesame Oil to form a thin porridge consistency, leave it overnight, and apply the clear oil on top to the affected area until healed. Another prescription: Use Jinshicao (Golden Lion Grass), crush it and rub it on the affected area; this has been repeatedly effective.
[Danzhi] Another prescription:
Du Da Huang (Rhubarb processed with specific methods), Fei Fan (Alumen calcined).
Make these into soap-shaped pills and rub them on the affected area.
Bai Tu (White Baldness):
Songxiang (Processed Pinionis Resina), Wuyi (Chaulmoograe Semen), Huangdan (Mineral Lead Oxide), Guangfen (Kaolin), Kufan (Alumen exsiccatum), Hu Pi (Likely refers to a specific herb, kept as original text "Hu Pi" due to ambiguity, possibly Hu Zhang or similar, but strictly adhering to "keep original name").
Grind all into powder, mix with Sesame Oil and a little Ginger Juice, apply evenly to the affected area.
Another method: Measure the distance between the two nipples using a bamboo strip. Apply moxa moxibustion to the meridian point located at this midpoint. This meridian point is commonly known as "Xia Wa Xue" (Toad Acupoint).
