〔无〕四生散治癞风上攻下注，耳鸣目痒，鼻赤齿浮，或作口疮，下注阴湿，四肢瘙痒，
通体生疮，及妇人血风等症。
白附子 蒺藜（擦去刺） 黄 （蜜炙） 羌活（等分）
上为末，每服二钱，盐酒调下。有一人将猪肾破开，入盐掺药煨亦妙。癞属宗筋，胃阳明养
之，故有是证。
〔世〕 治肾脏风，凡指缝白者，只一二服效。
黄 （一两） 木通 甘草 黑牵牛（各半两）
上四味，细锉。用斑蝥七枚去翅，同药炒焦黑，去斑蝥，余为末。蒸饼糊为丸，如桐子大。
空心盐汤下三十丸。
〔《本》〕治肾脏风上攻下注，生疮并癣，乌头丸。
川乌（一两） 草乌（一两，二味以黑豆半升煮透软，去皮脐，切，晒干） 天麻 地龙（去土）

上为末，酒糊为丸，如桐子大。每服二三十丸，空心食前，盐酒盐汤任下。
〔《衍》〕有一妇人，患脐下腹上连二阴遍满生湿疮，状如马刀，他处并无。热痒而痛，大
小便涩，出黄汁，食亦减，身面浮肿。医作恶疮治，用鳗鲡鱼、松脂、黄丹之类涂疮上。愈热
痛甚，治不对故也。细问之，此人嗜酒贪啖，喜鱼蟹发风等物，急令用温水洗拭去膏药。寻马
齿苋四两研碎，入青黛一两再研匀，涂疮上，实时热减，痛痒皆去。仍服八正散。日三服，发散
客热。每涂药，一时久即干，又再涂新湿药。如此二日，减三分之一，五日减二，自此二十日愈。既
愈，乃问曰∶此疮何缘至此？曰∶中下焦蓄风热毒，热气若不出，当作肠痈、内痔，仍须禁酒及
发风物。后不能禁酒，果患内痔。
〔丹〕阴囊疮。蜡面茶末之，先以甘草煎水洗，后敷上妙。（《心镜》）
阴上湿泡疮。硫黄末敷之，日三次。（《梅师》）
〔《千》〕治丈夫阴下湿痒。蒲黄末敷之良。
〔丹〕阴疮。人屎烧灰敷之安。（《秘要》）
〔世〕肾脏风。甘草节汤洗，极效。
〔《秘》〕肾脏风痒不可当者。吴茱萸、蛇床子等分煎汤洗，神效。
治肾脏阴汗生疮，用苋菜根茎叶烧灰存性，研细，抓破敷之，立愈。又苍耳草、蛇床子煎汤
洗之良。
〔洁〕治男子妇人阴部湿淹疮。
五倍子（细研，五分） 白矾（一钱） 铜绿（少许） 轻粉（一字） 乳香（五分）
上为极细末，洗净掺之。
〔世〕治阴疮，痒痛久不止。
铜钱（百枚） 乌梅（七枚） 盐（二钱）
上水一碗半，煎至一碗，洗之，无不效验。
〔世〕肾脏风疮∶血 （即百虫窠，右膝内廉上膝三寸陷中者。）

【无】四生散治疗癞风（麻风病）邪气上攻下注，出现耳鸣、眼睛发痒、鼻子发红、牙齿松动浮起，或者发生口疮；邪气下注导致阴部潮湿，四肢瘙痒，全身生出疮疡，以及妇女的血风等病症。
白附子、蒺藜（擦去刺）、黄芩（蜜炙）、羌活（以上药材各等分）。
将上述药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，用盐和酒调服。有一人将猪肾剖开，放入盐并掺入药粉煨制后使用，效果也很好。癞风属于宗筋病变，胃阳明经滋养宗筋，所以会出现这些症状。
【世医方】治疗肾脏风，凡是手指指缝间出现白色皮损的，只需服用一两次即可见效。
黄芩（一两）、木通、甘草、黑牵牛（各半两）。
将上述四味药细细切碎。用斑蝥七枚，去掉翅膀，与药物一起炒至焦黑色，然后去掉斑蝥，剩余的药研为细末。用蒸饼糊制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。空腹时用盐汤送服三十丸。
【《本草》】治疗肾脏风邪上攻下注，生成疮疡及癣疾，使用乌头丸。
川乌（一两）、草乌（一两，这两味药用黑豆半升煮至透软，去皮和脐，切片，晒干）、天麻、地龙（去除泥土）、白附子（以上各半两）。
将上述药材研为细末，用酒糊制作成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。每次服用二三十丸，空腹或食前，可用盐酒或盐汤任一种送服。
【《衍义》】有一位妇人，患病部位从脐下腹部连及两个阴部，遍满生湿疮，形状像马刀（一种瘰疬），身体其他部位没有。患处感觉热、痒且痛，大小便涩滞不通，流出黄色汁液，食欲减退，身体和面部浮肿。医生当作恶疮治疗，使用鳗鲡鱼、松脂、黄丹等药物涂抹在疮上。结果导致热痛更加严重，这是因为治疗不对症。仔细询问病情，得知此人嗜酒贪吃，喜欢食用鱼蟹等诱发风邪的食物。急忙让人用温水清洗擦拭掉膏药。随后取马齿苋四两研碎，加入青黛一两再次研匀，涂抹在疮上，顿时热感减轻，疼痛和瘙痒都消失了。之后仍服用八正散，每日三次，以发散客居体内的热邪。每次涂药，过一段时间就会干涸，再重新涂抹新的湿药。这样经过两天，症状减轻了三分之一，五天减轻了一半，从此二十天后痊愈。痊愈后，问道：这个疮是怎么形成的？回答说：中下焦蓄积了风热毒邪，如果热气不能排出，将会发展成肠痈或内痔，并且必须禁止饮酒及食用诱发风邪的食物。后来未能禁酒，果然患上了内痔。
【朱丹溪】阴囊疮。用蜡面茶末敷贴，先用甘草煎水清洗，然后再敷上。（出自《心镜》）
阴部潮湿起泡的疮。用硫黄末敷贴，每天三次。（出自《梅师》）
【《秘传》】肾脏风瘙痒难忍者。用吴茱萸、蛇床子等量煎汤清洗，神效。
治疗肾脏引起的阴汗生疮，用苋菜的根、茎、叶烧灰存性，研细，抓破皮肤后敷上，立即痊愈。另外用苍耳草、蛇床子煎汤清洗也有效。
【李东垣】治疗男子妇人阴部湿浸溃烂的疮疡。
五倍子（细研，五分）、白矾（一钱）、铜绿（少许）、轻粉（一字）、乳香（五分）。
将上述药材研为极细末，洗净患处后掺入药粉。
【世医方】治疗阴疮，瘙痒疼痛长久不止。
铜钱（一百枚）、乌梅（七枚）、盐（二钱）。
用水一碗半，煎至一碗，用来清洗患处，无不有效。
[No Source] Sisheng San (Four Generations Powder) treats Leprosy wind (Leprosy) where pathogenic factors attack upwards and sink downwards, manifesting as tinnitus, itchy eyes, red nose, loose teeth, or mouth ulcers; sinking downward causing dampness in the yin region, itching of the four limbs, sores all over the body, and women's blood wind syndromes.
Bai Fu Zi (Aconitum Carmichaelii Radix Preparata), Ji Li (Tribulus Terrestris Fruit - thorns removed), Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix - honey-fried), Qiang Huo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) [equal parts].
Grind the above into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with salt and wine. One person split a pig kidney, added salt and sprinkled the medicine inside, then roasted it; this method is also excellent. Leprosy belongs to the Zongjin (tendons/genitals); the Stomach Yangming channel nourishes them, hence these symptoms appear.
[Worldly/General Medical Formulas] To treat Kidney Wind, specifically when there are white lesions between finger webs, one or two doses are effective.
Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix) (1 liang), Mu Tong (Akebiae Caulis), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Hei Qian Niu (Pharbitidis Semen) [each 0.5 liang].
Finely chop the above four herbs. Use 7 Ban Mao (Mylabris) removing wings, stir-fry together with the herbs until scorched black, remove the Mylabris, and grind the remainder into powder. Make pills using steamed bread paste, sized like tung seeds. Take 30 pills on an empty stomach with salt water.
[Ben Cao Materia Medica] To treat Kidney Wind attacking upwards and sinking downwards, generating sores and tinea, use Wutou Wan (Aconite Pill).
Chuan Wu (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) (1 liang), Cao Wu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata) (1 liang, boil these two with half sheng of black beans until soft, remove skin and umbilicus, slice, and dry in sun), Tian Ma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Di Long (Pheretima) [remove soil], Bai Fu Zi (Aconitum Carmichaelii Radix Preparata) [each 0.5 liang].
Grind the above into powder, make pills with wine paste, sized like tung seeds. Take 20-30 pills per dose, before meals or on an empty stomach, administered with salt wine or salt water at will.
[Yan Yi Extended Meaning] A woman suffered from wet sores covering the area from below the navel down to both yins, shaped like a machete (scrofula), with no other areas affected. It was hot, itchy, and painful, with difficult urination and defecation, yellow discharge, reduced appetite, and edema of the body and face. The physician treated it as a malignant sore, applying eel, pine resin, and lead tetroxide. This worsened the heat and pain due to incorrect treatment. Upon detailed inquiry, it was found she loved alcohol and eating fish/crab which trigger wind. Urgently wash off the plaster with warm water. Then take 4 liang of Ma Chi Xian (Portulacae Herba), crush it, add 1 liang of Qing Dai (Indigo Naturalis), grind evenly, and apply to the sore. Heat decreased immediately, and pain and itch vanished. Continue taking Bazheng San (Eight-Herb Corrective Powder) three times daily to dissipate exogenous heat. Reapply fresh wet medicine every hour as the previous layer dries. After two days, symptoms reduced by one-third; after five days, by half. She recovered completely in twenty days. Afterwards, asked: "How did this sore arise?" Answered: "Wind-heat toxin accumulated in the middle and lower jiao. If heat does not exit, it will become intestinal abscess or internal hemorrhoids. Must abstain from alcohol and wind-triggering foods." Later, she failed to abstain from alcohol and indeed developed internal hemorrhoids.
[Zhu Danxi] Scrotal sores. Apply wax-surface tea powder. First wash with decoction of Gan Cao (Licorice), then apply the fine powder. (From Xin Jing Heart Mirror)
Damp blisters on the yin region. Apply sulfur powder, three times daily. (From Mei Shi Master Mei's Manual)
[Qian Jin Fang Thousand Golden Prescriptions] Treats male genital dampness and itching. Applying Pu Huang (Typhae Pollen) powder is good.
[Zhu Danxi] Yin sores. Apply ash from burnt human feces for safety. (From Mi Yao Secret Essentials)
[Worldly/General Medical Formulas] Kidney Wind. Wash with Gan Cao Jie Tang (Licorice Node Decoction); extremely effective.
[Mi Chuan Secret Transmission] For unbearable itching from Kidney Wind. Boil Wu Zhu Yu (Evodiae Fructus) and She Chuang Zi (Cnidii Fructus) in equal parts to make a wash; divine effect.
To treat Kidney-induced sweating of the yin with sores, burn Xian Cai Gen Jing Ye (Amaranth Root, Stem, and Leaf) to ash retaining its nature, grind finely, scratch the skin open, and apply; immediate cure. Also, washing with decoction of Cang Er Cao (Xanthii Herb) and She Chuang Zi (Cnidii Fructus) is good.
[Li Dongyuan] Treats damp macerated sores in the genital region of men and women.
Wu Bei Zi (Galla Chinensis) (fine grind, 5 fen), Bai Fan (Alumen) (1 qian), Tong Lv (Chrysococcina) (a little), Qing Fen (Calomelas) (1 zi), Ru Xiang (Olibanum) (5 fen).
Grind into very fine powder, clean the area, and sprinkle the powder.
