治寒淋。
生山药（一两） 小茴香（二钱，炒捣） 当归（三钱） 生杭芍（二钱） 椒目（二钱，炒捣）
上所论五淋，病因不同而证皆兼热。此外，实有寒热凝滞，寒多热少之淋。其证喜饮热汤，喜坐暖处，时
常欲便，便后益抽引作疼，治以此汤服自愈。
治诸淋证已愈，因淋久气化不固，遗精白浊者。
五倍子（一两，去净虫粪） 粉甘草（八钱）
上二味共轧细，每服一钱，竹叶煎汤送下，日再服。
曾治一人，从前患毒淋，服各种西药两月余，淋已不疼，白浊亦大见轻，然两日不服药，白浊仍然反复。
愚俾用膏淋汤，送服秘真丹，两次而愈。
治花柳毒淋，疼痛异常，或兼白浊，或兼溺血。
金银花（六钱） 海金沙（三钱） 石韦（二钱） 牛蒡子（二钱，炒捣） 甘草梢（二钱） 生杭芍（三钱）
三七（二钱，捣细） 鸭蛋子（三十粒，去皮）
上药八味，先将三七末、鸭蛋子仁用开水送服，再服余药所煎之汤。
此证若兼受风者，可加防风二三钱。若服药数剂后，其疼瘥减，而白浊不除，或更遗精者，可去三七、鸭
蛋子，加生龙骨、生牡蛎各五钱。
鸭蛋子味至苦，而又善化瘀解毒清热，其能消毒菌之力，全在于此。又以三七之解毒化腐生肌者佐之，以
加于寻常治淋药中，是以治此种毒淋，更胜于西药也。

上述所论述的五淋（五种类型的淋证），病因不同但症状都兼有热象。此外，确实存在因寒热凝滞、寒多热少而导致的淋证。其症状表现为喜欢喝热汤，喜欢坐在温暖的地方，时常想排尿，排尿后疼痛牵引感反而加重，用此方服用即可自愈。
治疗各种淋证已经痊愈，但因淋证日久导致气化不固，出现遗精或白浊（尿道口流出白色分泌物）者。
五倍子（一两，去除干净的虫粪） 粉甘草（八钱）
将以上两味药共同研成细末，每次服用一钱，用竹叶煎汤送服，每日服用两次。
曾治疗一人，从前患毒淋（性传播疾病引起的淋证），服用各种西药两个多月，淋证已不疼痛，白浊也大大减轻，然而两天不服药，白浊仍然反复。
我让他用膏淋汤送服秘真丹，服用两次后痊愈。
治疗花柳毒淋（梅毒等性传播疾病引起的淋证），疼痛异常剧烈，或者兼有白浊，或者兼有尿血。
金银花（六钱） 海金沙（三钱） 石韦（二钱） 牛蒡子（二钱，炒后捣碎） 甘草梢（二钱） 生杭芍（三钱）
三七（二钱，捣成细末） 鸭蛋子（三十粒，去皮）
以上八味药，先将三七末和鸭蛋子仁用开水送服，然后再服用其余药物煎煮的汤剂。
此证如果兼受风邪，可加防风二三钱。如果服药数剂后，疼痛减轻，但白浊未除，或者更出现遗精者，可去掉三七、鸭蛋子，加生龙骨、生牡蛎各五钱。
鸭蛋子味道极苦，又善于化瘀解毒清热，其消毒菌的力量全在于此。再用三七的解毒化腐生肌作用作为辅助，加入寻常治疗淋证的药物中，因此治疗这种毒淋，比西药更有效。
Treatment for Cold Lin Syndrome (Cold Strangury).
Raw Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao, 50g)
Fenneli Fructus (Xiaohuixiang, 7.5g, stir-fried and crushed)
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 10g)
Raw Paeoniae Radix Alba (Hangshaoyao, 7.5g)
Zanthoxyli Semen (Jiaomu, 7.5g, stir-fried and crushed)
The five types of Lin syndrome (strangury) discussed above have different etiologies but all present with heat symptoms. Additionally, there are cases of Lin syndrome characterized by stagnation of cold and heat, where cold predominates over heat. The symptoms include a preference for drinking hot liquids, a desire to sit in warm places, frequent urge to urinate, and increased pulling pain after urination. This prescription can cure the condition when taken.
Treatment for various Lin syndromes that have healed, but due to prolonged illness causing failure of Qi transformation and consolidation, result in spermatorrhea or leukorrhea (white turbid discharge from the urethra).
Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi, 50g, free of insect feces)
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Fengangcao, 30g)
Grind the above two ingredients into fine powder. Take 3g per dose, delivered with decoction of Bambusa Leaves (Zhuyeqian), twice daily.
I once treated a patient who previously suffered from Toxic Lin Syndrome (venereal strangury). After taking various Western medicines for over two months, the strangury pain ceased, and the white turbid discharge significantly improved. However, if medication was withheld for two days, the white discharge would recur. I advised using Gaolin Tang (Plaster-like Lin Decoction) to deliver Mizhen Dan (Secret Essence Pill). The patient recovered after two doses.
Treatment for Venereal Toxic Lin Syndrome (such as gonorrhea or syphilis-related strangury), characterized by severe pain, possibly accompanied by white turbid discharge or hematuria.
Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua, 20g)
Chrysospori Spora (Haijinsha, 10g)
Pyri Folium (Shiwei, 7.5g)
Arctii Fructus (Niubangzi, 7.5g, stir-fried and crushed)
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Caoganshao, 7.5g)
Raw Paeoniae Radix Alba (Hangshaoyao, 10g)
Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Sanqi, 7.5g, finely ground)
Strychni Semen (Yadanzi, 30 seeds, peeled)
For these eight herbs, first take the Notoginseng powder and peeled Strychni semen with boiled water. Then, take the decoction prepared from the remaining herbs.
If this condition is complicated by wind pathogen, add Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) 7.5–10g. If after several doses the pain subsides but the white turbid discharge persists, or if spermatorrhea occurs, remove Notoginseng and Strychni Semen, and add Raw Ossa Corneus Draconis (Longgu) and Raw Concha Ostreae (Muli), each 15g.
Strychni Semen has an extremely bitter taste and is effective in resolving blood stasis, detoxifying, and clearing heat. Its bactericidal power lies precisely in this property. Combined with Notoginseng’s ability to detoxify, resolve putrefaction, and generate flesh, when added to ordinary Lin-treating herbs, it proves more effective than Western medicine for treating such toxic Lin syndrome.
