右为细末，炼蜜丸，桐子大，空心茶清送下三钱。
【注】[1]突起睛高之证，缘风热火毒，上冲于眼，疼痛难忍，睛珠突高胀起。

以上药物捣成粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，饭后较长时间（食远）温服。
条文：眼睛突起、眼球高凸、肿胀疼痛，这是风热毒火上冲于眼所致。针刺排出毒水后，服用退热桔梗饮，包含芒硝、大黄、茺蔚子、白芍药、黑参、黄芩、防风；
另外使用还睛五味参芩细方，包含五味子、人参、黄芩、细辛、山药、车前子、防风、远志、茺蔚子。
方剂：退热桔梗饮子
桔梗、芒硝、大黄、茺蔚子、白芍药（炒）、黑参、黄芩、防风各一钱
以上药物捣成粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，饭后去渣滓温服。
还睛丸方
五味子半两、人参二两、茯苓一两、细辛半两、山药一两、车前子、防风、远志、茺蔚子各一两
以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，空腹时用茶清送服三钱。
【注】[1] 突起睛高这一病症，是由于风热火毒之邪上冲于眼部，导致疼痛难忍，眼球突出高凸且胀起。
[2] 适宜先用针具刺出青风内障的涎液毒水，然后服用退热桔梗饮子，再用还睛丸进行调理即可痊愈。
Clause: If the deficiency syndrome of glaucoma (Qingfeng, a type of traditional Chinese ophthalmological disease characterized by gradual vision loss and visual field constriction) has already developed, use Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder) containing Fuling (Poria), Renshen (Ginseng), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Digupi (Phellodendron Bark), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), along with Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), and Xixin (Asarum).
Formula: Qingfeng Huanjing San (Glaucoma Restore Vision Powder)
Fuling (Poria), Renshen (Ginseng), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Digupi (Phellodendron Bark), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Xixin (Asarum), each in equal parts.
Grind the above herbs into coarse powder. Add two cups of water, decoct until one cup remains. Strain and take warm after meals.
Clause: If the excess syndrome of glaucoma (Qingfeng) has already developed, use Lingyang Tang (Antelope Horn Decoction) containing Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn), Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root), Digupi (Phellodendron Bark), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), along with Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome), and Xixin (Asarum) for good efficacy.
Formula: Qingfeng Lingyang Tang (Glaucoma Antelope Horn Decoction)
Lingyangjiao (Saiga Antelope Horn) 1 qian, Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root) 1 qian, Digupi (Phellodendron Bark) 1 qian, Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed) 1.5 qian, Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome) 1 qian, Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome) 1 qian, Xixin (Asarum) 0.5 qian.
Grind the above herbs into coarse powder. Add two cups of water, decoct until one cup remains. Strain and take warm well after meals.
Clause: Sudden protrusion of the eyeball, high position, swelling, and pain are caused by wind-heat toxic fire rushing upward to the eye. After acupuncture to drain the heat/toxic fluid, administer Tuire Jiegeng Yin (Heat-Relieving Platycodon Decoction) containing Mangxiao (Mirabilite), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root), Chongweizi (Chervil Fruit/Bupleurum Seed - *Note: Context suggests Chongweizi 茺蔚子 Leonurus Fructus*), Baishao Yao (White Peony Root, stir-fried), Heishen (Black Ginseng/Prepared Scrophularia), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), and Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root);
Additionally, use Huanjing Wuwei Shen Qin Xi Formula containing Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry), Renshen (Ginseng), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Xixin (Asarum), Shanyao (Dioscorea Rhizome), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root), and Chongweizi (Leonurus Fruit).
Formula: Tuire Jiegeng Yinzi (Heat-Relieving Platycodon Decoction)
Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Mangxiao (Mirabilite), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root), Chongweizi (Leonurus Fruit), Baishao Yao (White Peony Root, stir-fried), Heishen (Black Ginseng/Prepared Scrophularia), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), each 1 qian.
Grind the above herbs into coarse powder. Add two cups of water, decoct until one cup remains. Strain and take warm after meals.
Huanjing Wan (Restore Vision Pill)
Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry) 0.5 liang, Renshen (Ginseng) 2 liang, Fuling (Poria) 1 liang, Xixin (Asarum) 0.5 liang, Shanyao (Dioscorea Rhizome) 1 liang, Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root), Chongweizi (Leonurus Fruit), each 1 liang.
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills, sized like wu-tong seeds. Take 3 qian on an empty stomach, washed down with tea water.
[Note] [1] The syndrome of sudden eyeball protrusion is due to wind-fire and heat-toxin rushing upward to the eye, causing unbearable pain and making the eyeball protrude, bulge, and swell.
[2] It is appropriate to first use acupuncture to drain the glaucomatous turbid fluid and toxic water, then administer Tuire Jiegeng Yinzi, and finally regulate with Huanjing Wan for recovery.
