《刘涓子方》木兰膏治 鼻方∶
木兰（二两） 栀子（三两）
凡二物，细切，渍苦酒一宿，明旦以猪膏一升，煎去滓，稍以摩之。
《如意方》治面 术云∶
前治 荠 桂肉方，亦治之在面 方。

《范汪方》治饲面方∶
熬矾石，以酒和，涂之。不过三。
又方∶捣生菟丝取汁，涂之不过三，皆尽。
《诸病源候论》说：这是由于饮酒后，热气上冲面部，又遇到风寒之气相互搏结所导致的，因此会使鼻部和面部出现红斑。
《葛氏方》治疗面部及鼻部宿酒（长期饮酒引起的面部病变）的方子：
取鸬鹚粪便研成粉末，用腊月时熬制的猪脂调和后涂抹患处，鹤粪也可以。
《僧深方》治疗面部红斑的蒺藜散方：
蒺藜子、栀子仁、香豉（各一升）、木兰皮（半斤）。
以上四味药，研磨过筛，用醋浆调和如泥状，晚上睡觉时涂在患处，第二天早晨用温水洗去。
《千金方》治疗鼻部红斑的栀子丸方：
川芎（四两）、大黄（六两）、栀子仁（三升）、优质豆豉（三升，炒制）、木兰（半斤）、甘草（四两）。
以上六味药，用蜂蜜调和，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用十丸，每日逐渐增加至二十五丸。（《僧深方》记载：栀子仁二升，香豉……）
《短剧方》治疗面部红斑的木兰散方：
木兰皮一斤，浸泡在陈醋中。务必使其完全浸没，浸泡一百天，取出木兰皮，晒干，捣碎成散剂，每次服用一方寸匕，每日三次。
《新录方》治疗鼻部红斑的方子：
木兰皮、栀子仁、豆豉，等分混合，用醋调和如泥状，涂抹患处，每日一次。
《刘涓子方》木兰膏治疗鼻部红斑的方子：
木兰（二两）、栀子（三两）。
以上两味药，切碎，用醋浸泡一夜，第二天早晨加入一升猪脂，煎煮后滤去药渣，稍加温热后按摩患处。
《如意方》治疗面部红斑的方法说：
前面提到的治疗面部红斑的荠菜桂肉方，也适用于治疗面部的红斑。
《诸病源候论》说：所谓“饲面”，是指面部皮肤上有像米粒一样的小颗粒。这是由于肌肤腠理受到风邪侵袭，与津液搏结，导致津液之气……
《葛氏方》治疗突然发病、面部出现如米粒状斑点的敷贴方：
十月初霜降下时，取初霜清洗擦拭面部，然后再敷药效果更佳。
另一个方子：白蔹（二分）、生石膏（一分）、白石脂（一分）、杏仁（半分），研成粉末。用鸡蛋清调和，晚上睡觉时涂抹。
还有一个方子没有石膏和白脂，而是用鸡蛋清、蜂蜜和新水来擦拭。
《范汪方》治疗饲面的方子：
煅烧矾石，用酒调和，涂抹患处。不超过三次即可。
另一个方子：捣碎新鲜的菟丝子取汁液，涂抹患处，不超过三次，直到痊愈。
The *Zhubing Yuanhou Lun* (Treatise on the Pathogenesis and Manifestations of All Diseases) states: This condition arises from drinking alcohol, where heat rises to rush towards the face, and encounters cold wind qi, leading to a struggle between the two. Consequently, red macules appear on the nose and face.
The *Ge Shi Fang* (Formulas by Master Ge) for treating chronic facial lesions due to alcohol consumption:
Take powder from cormorant droppings, mix with lard rendered in the twelfth lunar month, and apply topically. Droppings from cranes are also effective.
The *Seng Shen Fang* (Formulas by Monk Shen) for treating facial macules, Tribulus Powder:
Tribuli Fructus (Jili Zi), Gardeniae Semen (Zhizi Ren), Prepared Soybean (Xiang Chi) (each 1 sheng), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Mulan Pi) (0.5 jin).
Grind these four herbs into powder, mix with vinegar juice to form a paste. Apply to the affected area before sleep, and wash off with warm water the next morning.
The *Qianjin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) for treating nasal macules, Gardenia Pills:
Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) (4 liang), Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), Gardeniae Semen (Zhizi Ren) (3 sheng), high-quality Fermented Soybean (Hao Chi) (3 sheng, roasted), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Mulan) (0.5 jin), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (4 liang).
Mix the above six ingredients with honey to form pills the size of wutong seeds. Take 10 pills initially, gradually increasing to 25 pills daily. (The *Seng Shen Fang* records: Zhizi Ren 2 sheng, Xiang Chi...)
The *Duan Ju Fang* (Short Drama Formulas) for treating facial macules, Magnolia Powder:
Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (1 jin), soak in aged vinegar for one hundred days, ensuring it is fully submerged. Remove the cortex, dry it in the sun, grind into powder. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) per dose, three times daily.
The *Xin Lu Fang* (Newly Recorded Formulas) for treating nasal macules:
Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, Gardeniae Semen, Fermented Soybean, mixed in equal parts. Blend with vinegar into a paste, apply topically, once daily.
The *Liu Juanzi Fang* (Formulas by Liu Juanzi) Magnolia Ointment for treating nasal macules:
Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (2 liang), Gardeniae Fructus (3 liang).
Finely chop the two ingredients, soak in vinegar overnight. The next morning, add 1 sheng of lard, boil until the dregs are removed, warm slightly, and massage onto the affected area.
The *Ruyi Fang* (Formulas Satisfying Desires) regarding the treatment of facial macules states:
The previously mentioned Jiquai Guirou Formula for treating facial macules is also applicable here.
The *Zhubing Yuanhou Lun* states: "Si Mian" refers to grain-like particles appearing on the facial skin. This occurs when wind evil invades the skin pores and collides with body fluids, causing the qi of body fluids...
The *Ge Shi Fang* for treating sudden onset of rice-grain-like eruptions on the face:
When the first frost falls in the tenth lunar month, use it to wash and wipe the face before applying medication; this is optimal.
Another formula: Akebiae Caulis (Bailian) (2 fen), Gypsum Fibrosum (Sheng Shishi) (1 fen), Halloysit Rubra (Baishizhi) (1 fen), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren) (0.5 fen). Grind into powder. Mix with albumen ovii galli (egg white) and apply before sleep.
Another variant omits Shishi and Baishizhi, using instead egg white, honey, and fresh water to wipe the area.
The *Fan Wang Fang* (Formulas by Fan Wang) for treating Si Mian:
Calcined Alumen (Fanshi), mix with wine and apply. No more than three applications are needed.
Another formula: Crush fresh Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi) to extract juice, apply topically. No more than three applications until resolution.
