麻黄（一钱） 杏仁（四分） 石膏（一钱） 甘草（二分） 桑白（六分） 细茶（少许）
麻黄（不去节） 杏仁（不去尖） 甘草（不炙，各等分。一本甘草减半） 每服五钱，水一钟，姜五片
煎服，有汗即愈。
麻黄（三钱） 杏仁（一钱半） 苏子（二钱） 甘草（一钱） 桑皮（蜜炙，二钱） 黄芩（炒，一钱半） 款
冬花（三钱） 半夏（法制，三钱） 白果（二十一枚，炒黄） 每服五钱，水煎服。

（去皮，各一钱） 姜、枣煎。
陈皮 半夏 茯苓 甘草 紫苏 枳壳 桔梗 苍术 黄芩 天寒加桂枝。
黑丑（头末，一钱） 明矾（三分） 皂角（四分） 木香（三分） 人参（一分） 莱菔汁调下，十服愈。
黄连（四两） 金、银各一锭，水九碗，煎二碗。再用水六碗，煎一碗。再用水二碗，
煎半碗，共成膏。加人乳、牛乳、童便各一碗，姜汁、韭汁、侧柏叶汁、田螺汁各
一碗，再煎，入薄蜜收之，渐渐服。
葶苈（不以多少，炒令黄） 上件细研，丸如弹子大，水三盏，枣十枚，煎一盏，去枣
入药，煎七分，食后。服法∶令先投小青龙汤三服，乃进此药。

葶苈子（用量不限，炒至黄色） 将上述药材细研，制成如弹子大的丸剂，用水三盏，大枣十枚，煎至一盏，去掉枣，加入药丸，煎至七分，饭后服用。服法：先服用小青龙汤三剂，然后再服用此药。

Each dose is 5 qian, decocted with one zhong of water and five slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang, 生姜), taken orally; recovery occurs upon sweating.

Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) (4 liang) One ingot of Gold (Jinyin, 金银) and one ingot of Silver (Yinyin, 银锭). Decoct nine bowls of water to two bowls. Add six bowls of water, decoct to one bowl. Add two bowls of water, decoct to half a bowl, forming a paste together. Add one bowl of Human Placenta (Renru, 人乳), one bowl of Cow Milk (Niuru, 牛乳), and one bowl of Child's Urine (Tongbian, 童便). Add one bowl of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens Juice (Jiangzhi, 姜汁), one bowl of Allii Tuberosi Juice (Jiujiu, 韭汁), one bowl of Platycladi Cacumen (Cebaiye, 侧柏叶汁), and one bowl of Snail Juice (Tianluo, 田螺汁). Decoct again, add thin honey to consolidate into a paste, and take slowly.
Descurainiae Semen seu Lepidii Semen (Tinglizi, 葶苈子) (amount not specified, fried until yellow). Grind the above ingredients finely, make pills the size of a bullet. Decoct three zhan of water with ten dates (Ziziphi Jujubae Fructus, 大枣) to one zhan, remove the dates, add the pill, decoct to seven-tenths, take after meals. Administration method: First administer Xiao Qing Long Tang (Minor Blue Dragon Decoction) for three doses, then proceed with this medicine.
