天灵盖（一俱男者，色不赤可用，女者色赤勿用。以檀香煎汤，候冷洗。咒曰∶电公灵，雷公圣，逢传尸，
即须应。急急如律令，咒七遍，讫次用酥炙黄） 生鳖甲（一枚，去 ，酥炙黄） 虎长牙（二枚，醋炙酥。如无则
用牙关骨半两） 安息香 桃仁（水浸，去皮尖，焙） 槟榔 （鸡心者，各半两） 生犀角 木香 甘遂
降真香 干漆（杵碎，炒烟略尽存性） 阿魏（酒浸，研，各三钱） 雷丸（二钱） 穿山甲（取四趾，醋炙焦） 全
蝎（三个） 蚯蚓（十条，生研和药） 上件为末，每服半两。先用豉心四十九粒，东向桃李桑梅
小稍各二茎，长七寸，生蓝青七叶，青蒿一小握，葱白连根洗五茎，石臼内同杵，
用井水一碗半，煎取一盏，入童子尿一盏，内药末，煎取七分，入麝一字。月初旬
五更，空心温服，即以被覆汗，恐汗中有细虫，软帛拭之，即焚其帛。少时，必泻
虫，以净桶盛，急钳取虫付烈火焚之，并收入瓷器中，瓦片传雄黄盖之，泥和灰扎，
埋深山绝人行处。
白术（炒） 茯苓 人参 黄 （炙） 当归 芍药（炒） 川芎 地黄 上为散，每服五钱，
水二盏，煎至一盏，去滓，食后温服。
敕令：禁忌（需念北斗咒，用朱砂书写符箓。）
天灵盖（取一具男性头骨，颜色不呈赤红的可以使用，女性头骨颜色赤红则不可使用。用檀香煎汤，待冷却后清洗。咒语说：“电公灵验，雷公神圣，遇到传尸痨病，必须立即响应。急急如律令。”念七遍，结束后接着用酥油炙烤至黄色）生鳖甲（一枚，去除内脏杂质，用酥油炙烤至黄色）虎长牙（两枚，用醋和酥油炙烤。如果没有，则用牙关骨半两）安息香 桃仁（用水浸泡，去皮和尖，焙干）槟榔（鸡心形状的，各半两）生犀角 木香 甘遂 降真香 干漆（捣碎，炒至烟几乎散尽而保留药性）阿魏（用酒浸泡，研磨，各三钱）雷丸（二钱）穿山甲（取四趾，用醋炙烤至焦）全蝎（三个）蚯蚓（十条，生研后与药物混合）以上药材研为细末，每次服用半两。先用豉心四十九粒，向东生长的桃李桑梅的小枝条各两根，长七寸，新鲜蓝草叶七片，青蒿一小把，带根的葱白洗净五根，在石臼中一同捣碎，用一碗半井水，煎取一盏药液，加入童子尿一盏，放入药末，再煎取七分药液，加入麝香一字量。每月初五的五更天，空腹温服，随即用被子覆盖以发汗，担心汗中有细小虫子，用软帛擦拭，然后焚烧这块帛。不久后，必定会排出虫子，用干净的桶盛装，迅速夹取虫子投入烈火焚烧，并收入瓷器中，用瓦片覆盖雄黄，泥土调和灰泥封口，埋在深山无人行走的地方。

Human skull cap (One male specimen; if the color is not red, it can be used. Female specimens are red and must not be used. Wash with a decoction of sandalwood, waiting for it to cool. The mantra states: "The Lightning Lord is spiritual, the Thunder Lord is holy. Upon encountering the 'Chuan Shi' [wasting disease], one must respond immediately. Act swiftly according to the law." Recite seven times. Afterward, roast with clarified butter until yellow.) Raw Turtle Carapace (One piece, remove internal impurities, roast with clarified butter until yellow.) Tiger's long canine tooth (Two pieces, roast with vinegar and clarified butter. If unavailable, use half an ounce of the bone from the jaw joint.) Raw Rhinoceros Horn (Sheng Xi Jiao) Costus Root (Muxiang) Kansui Root (Gansui) Liquidambar Resin (Jiangzhen Xiang) Dried Lacquer (Gan Qi) (Pound into fragments, stir-fry until smoke almost ceases but retain its nature.) Asafoetida (Awei) (Soak in wine, grind, three qian each.) Omphalia Fungus (Leiwan) (Two qian.) Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia) (Take four toes, roast with vinegar until scorched.) Full Scorpion (Quanxie) (Three pieces.) Earthworm (Qiuyin) (Ten pieces, grind raw and mix with the medicine.) Grind all the above ingredients into powder. Take half an liang per dose. First, take forty-nine hearts of fermented soybean (Dixin), two twigs each of peach, plum, mulberry, and plum trees growing towards the east (seven cun long), seven fresh leaves of Isatis tinctoria (Lanqing), a small handful of Artemisia annua (Qinghao), and five stalks of green onion white part with roots washed clean. Pound them together in a stone mortar. Use one and a half bowls of well water, decoct to obtain one bowl. Add one bowl of urine from an uncircumcised boy (Tongzi Niao). Add the herbal powder, decoct again to obtain seven-tenths of a bowl. Add one zi amount of Musk (Shexiang). On the fifth day of the lunar month, during the wu geng period (1-3 AM), take warm on an empty stomach. Immediately cover with a blanket to induce sweating. Fear that fine worms may be in the sweat; wipe with soft silk, then burn the silk. Soon, worms will surely be expelled. Collect them in a clean bucket, quickly clamp the worms and throw them into fierce fire to burn them. Also collect them in a porcelain vessel, cover with realgar (Xionghuang) under a tile, seal with mud mixed with ash, and bury in deep mountains where no humans walk.

Take five qian per dose. With two zhan of water, decoct to one zhan. Remove dregs, take warm after meals.
