心病色红舌赤。舌深赤，干卷者实邪。浅红润短者，正气虚。实则口干心烦，喜笑胸
痛，健忘惊悸，脐有动气，发狂昏冒。虚则好悲，手心热。
肝病面青。实则抽搐转筋，胁痛耳聋，疝瘕便闭，淋浊善怒。虚则目KT KT 无所见，如
有人将捕之惊。
脾病面黄。实则身重，腹胀便闭，善噫。虚则善思，肠鸣泄利，嗜卧怠倦，骨节痛食少。
肺病面白，实则胸痹胁痛，善嚏悲愁。虚则喘咳恶寒，气少不能接。
肾病面黑，耳黑。实则善恐，善欠气逆，胫冷，喘不得卧，二便不利，小腹胀痛泄泻，
脐下气动水蓄，背与骨节痛。虚则心空如饥。
心绝面赤肩垂，目直视，目回视，掌肿无纹，乱语热闷，口张，一日死。
肝绝面青肿，舌卷囊缩，目视不见人，汗出如雨，好伏眠，四肢无力，泣不止，抽搐
眼合，八日死。
脾绝面黄肿，头胀口冷，腹热脐跗肿，泄利无度，污衣不觉，唇反肉粗，手撒，十一日
死。
肺绝面白，口张气直出不收，皮热爪枯，声如鼾，三日死。
肾绝面黑目黄，齿枯发焦，汗不止，腰折齿痛，骨肉相离，目盲遗尿，四日死。
胆绝眉垂，七日死。胃绝腰重脊痛，难反复，五日死。小肠绝，发直如麻，汗出不止，六
日死。大肠绝，泄利无度，利止则死。筋绝，手足指甲青，或脱落，呼骂不休，九日死。骨绝腰
痛难转，齿落，脉浮无根，十日死。肉绝，舌肿脚肿，身重，大便赤，尿血，六日死。
心病：面色红，舌质赤。若舌色深赤且干枯卷缩，属于实邪；若舌色浅红润泽但短小，则属正气虚弱。实证表现为口干、心烦、喜笑、胸痛、健忘、惊悸，脐部有搏动感，甚至发狂、昏厥。虚证表现为容易悲伤，手心发热。
肝病：面色青。实证表现为抽搐、筋脉拘挛、胁痛、耳聋、疝气、癥瘕积聚、大便闭塞、淋浊及易怒。虚证表现为视力模糊看不清东西，如同有人要抓捕自己般的惊恐感。
脾病：面色黄。实证表现为身体沉重、腹胀、大便闭塞、频繁嗳气。虚证表现为思虑过多、肠鸣、泄泻、嗜睡倦怠、骨节疼痛、食欲不振。
肺病：面色白。实证表现为胸痹、胁痛、频繁打喷嚏、悲伤忧愁。虚证表现为气喘咳嗽、恶寒、气短不足以息。
肾病：面色黑，耳廓黑。实证表现为易恐惧、频繁呵欠、气逆、小腿发冷、喘促不能平卧、大小便不利、小腹胀痛泄泻，脐下气动水液停蓄，背部及骨节疼痛。虚证表现为心中空虚感如同饥饿。
心绝（心气衰竭）：面色赤红，肩部下垂，两眼直视或眼球转动不灵，手掌肿胀无纹理，胡言乱语，烦热闷乱，口张不开，一日内死亡。
肝绝（肝气衰竭）：面色青肿，舌体卷缩，阴囊收缩，眼睛视而不见人，出汗如雨，喜欢伏卧睡眠，四肢无力，哭泣不止，抽搐且眼睑闭合，八日内死亡。
脾绝（脾气衰竭）：面色黄肿，头部胀满，口唇冰冷，腹部发热，脐部及足背肿胀，泄泻无度，弄脏衣物而不自知，嘴唇翻卷，肌肉粗糙，手撒开无法握持，十一日内死亡。
肺绝（肺气衰竭）：面色白，口张气直出而不收，皮肤发热，爪甲枯槁，声音如打鼾，三日内死亡。
肾绝（肾气衰竭）：面色黑，眼白发黄，牙齿枯槁，头发焦枯，汗出不止，腰部折断样疼痛，牙齿疼痛，骨肉分离感，失明，遗尿，四日内死亡。
胆绝（胆气衰竭）：眉毛下垂，七日内死亡。
胃绝（胃气衰竭）：腰部沉重，脊背疼痛，难以翻身，五日内死亡。
小肠绝（小肠气衰竭）：头发直立如麻草，汗出不止，六日内死亡。
大肠绝（大肠气衰竭）：泄泻无度，若泄泻停止则死亡。
筋绝（筋气衰竭）：手足指甲发青，或脱落，呼叫谩骂不停，九日内死亡。
骨绝（骨气衰竭）：腰痛难以转侧，牙齿脱落，脉浮而无根，十日内死亡。
肉绝（肉气衰竭）：舌头肿胀，脚部肿胀，身体沉重，大便带血，尿血，六日内死亡。
Heart disease: The complexion is red, and the tongue is crimson. If the tongue is deeply crimson, dry, and curled, it indicates excess pathogenic factors; if it is pale red, moist, but short, it indicates deficiency of healthy qi. Excess patterns manifest as dry mouth, mental restlessness, tendency to laugh, chest pain, forgetfulness, palpitations, pulsation at the umbilicus, mania, and coma. Deficiency patterns manifest as frequent sorrow and heat in the palms.
Liver disease: The complexion is green. Excess patterns manifest as convulsions, tendon contraction, hypochondriac pain, deafness, hernia, masses (Zheng Jia), constipation, stranguria with turbidity, and irritability. Deficiency patterns manifest as blurred vision or inability to see, accompanied by a sense of fear as if being pursued.
Spleen disease: The complexion is yellow. Excess patterns manifest as heaviness of the body, abdominal distension, constipation, and frequent belching. Deficiency patterns manifest as excessive thinking, borborygmus, diarrhea, lethargy and fatigue, joint pain, and poor appetite.
Lung disease: The complexion is white. Excess patterns manifest as chest bi syndrome, hypochondriac pain, frequent sneezing, and sadness/worry. Deficiency patterns manifest as asthma and cough, aversion to cold, and shortness of breath with inability to complete inhalation.
Kidney disease: The complexion is black, and the ears are black. Excess patterns manifest as timidity, frequent yawning, rebellious qi, cold calves, wheezing with inability to lie flat, difficulty in urination and defecation, lower abdominal distension and pain with diarrhea, qi movement and fluid retention below the umbilicus, and pain in the back and joints. Deficiency patterns manifest as a hollow feeling in the heart resembling hunger.
Heart exhaustion (Jue): The face is red, shoulders droop, eyes stare straight or roll abnormally, palms are swollen without visible lines, speech is disordered, there is feverish oppression, the mouth is open, and death occurs within one day.
Liver exhaustion: The face is green and swollen, the tongue is curled and the scrotum retracted, the eyes cannot see people, sweat pours like rain, the patient prefers lying prone, limbs are weak, crying does not stop, convulsions occur with eye closure, and death occurs within eight days.
Spleen exhaustion: The face is yellow and swollen, the head feels distended, the lips are cold, the abdomen is hot, the umbilicus and dorsum of the feet are swollen, diarrhea is unceasing, soiling clothes goes unnoticed, the lips invert and flesh becomes rough, hands relax and cannot grasp, and death occurs within eleven days.
Lung exhaustion: The face is white, the mouth is open with air exhaling straight out without returning, the skin is hot, nails are withered, the voice sounds like snoring, and death occurs within three days.
Kidney exhaustion: The face is black, the sclera is yellow, teeth are withered, hair is brittle, sweat flows incessantly, waist pain feels like breaking, teeth ache, there is a sensation of bone and flesh separating, blindness occurs, enuresis happens, and death occurs within four days.
Gallbladder exhaustion: Eyebrows droop, and death occurs within seven days.
Stomach exhaustion: The waist feels heavy, the spine hurts, turning over is difficult, and death occurs within five days.
Small Intestine exhaustion: Hair stands straight like hemp, sweat flows incessantly, and death occurs within six days.
Large Intestine exhaustion: Diarrhea is unceasing; if diarrhea stops, death follows.
Tendon exhaustion: Nails on hands and feet turn cyan or fall off, shouting and cursing do not cease, and death occurs within nine days.
Bone exhaustion: Waist pain makes turning difficult, teeth fall out, the pulse is floating and rootless, and death occurs within ten days.
Flesh exhaustion: The tongue and feet swell, the body feels heavy, stool contains blood, urine contains blood, and death occurs within six days.
