凡解百药毒，甘草、荠 、大小豆汁、蓝汁、蓝实汁、蓝根汁并解。
雄黄毒，防己解。
石毒，大豆汁解。
金银毒，服水银数两即出。鸭屎解。水和鸡屎汁、煮葱汁并解。
铁粉毒，磁石解。
防葵毒，葵根汁解。
桔梗毒，白粥解。
甘遂毒，大豆汁解。
芫花毒，防己、防风、甘草、桂汁并解。
大戟毒，菖蒲汁解。
蜀椒毒，葵子汁、桂汁、豉汁、人尿、冷水、土浆、蒜、鸡毛烧吸烟及水调服解。
斑蝥、芫青毒，猪脂、大豆汁或盐、蓝汁、盐汤煮猪骨并解。
马刀毒，清水解。
杏仁毒，蓝子汁解。
野芋毒，土浆、人粪汁解。
诸菌毒，掘地作坑，以水沃中，搅之令浊，澄清饮之。名地浆。解。
解鸩毒及一切毒，药不止者，甘草、蜜，各四两，粱米粉一升，以水五升煮甘草，取二
升，
解一切毒，母猪屎，水和服之。又水三升三合，和米粉饮之。
野葛毒，已死口噤者，取青竹去两节，柱两胁、脐上，内冷水注之，暖即易之。须臾口
开，
石药毒，白鸭屎、人参汁并解。
食莨菪，闷乱如卒中风者，饮甘草汁、蓝青汁即愈。
中钩吻毒欲死者，荠 八两， 咀，以水六升，煮取三升，冷如人体，服五合，日三夜
二。
凡煮荠 惟浓佳。
又方∶煮桂汁饮之。
又方∶啖葱涕。
诸毒，方同上。
中蛊∶茜根、 荷根各三两， 咀，以水四升，煮取二升，顿服。
又方∶槲树北阴白皮一大握，长五寸，水三升，煮取一升，空腹服，即吐虫出。
中蛊下血，方同上。
诸热毒或蛊毒，口鼻血出，取人屎尖七枚，烧作火色，置水中研之，顿服即愈。亦解百
毒，
诸服药过剂闷乱者，饮蓝汁，水和胡粉、地浆、 荷汁，水和葛粉、粳米沉、干姜、黄
连、饴糖、豉汁并解。
疮中水毒，炭白灰、胡粉等分，脂调涂疮孔上，水出则痛止。
疮中水肿，方同上。
卒刺手足，中水毒，捣韭及蓝青置上，以火灸，热彻即愈。
破伤风肿，浓涂杏仁膏，燃麻烛遥灸之。
凡解除各种药物中毒，甘草、荠菜汁、大豆汁、小豆汁、蓝草汁、蓝草根实汁、蓝草根汁均可解毒。
金银中毒，服用数两水银即可排出毒物；鸭屎可解毒；用水调和鸡屎汁、煮葱汁均可解毒。
蜀椒中毒，葵子汁、桂枝汁、豆豉汁、人尿、冷水、土浆、大蒜、烧鸡毛产生的烟吸入以及用水调服均可解毒。
斑蝥、芫青中毒，猪脂、大豆汁或盐、蓝草汁、用盐水煮过的猪骨均可解毒。
各种菌类中毒，挖掘地面做成坑，向坑中注水，搅动使其浑浊，澄清后饮用。这称为地浆，可以解毒。
解除鸩毒及一切毒物，若药物无法止住毒性，可用甘草、蜂蜜各四两，粱米粉一升，用水五升煮甘草，取汁二升，可解一切毒。母猪屎，用水调和后服用也可解毒。另外，用水三升三合，与米粉调和饮用也可解毒。
野葛（断肠草）中毒，如果患者已经死亡且牙关紧闭，取一段青竹去掉两端节疤，横架在患者两侧胁部和肚脐上方，从中注入冷水，变暖后立即更换。片刻之后，患者口张开，即可解毒。
食用莨菪后，出现胸闷混乱如同突然中风症状者，饮用甘草汁、蓝草青汁即可痊愈。
误食钩吻毒欲死者，用荠菜八两，切碎，用水六升，煮取三升，温度冷却至人体体温时，每次服用五合，每日三次，夜间两次。
凡是煮荠菜，以浓稠为佳。
又一方：煮桂枝汁饮用。
又一方：吃葱的粘液。
各种毒物中毒，方剂同上。
中蛊毒：茜草根、荷根各三两，切碎，用水四升，煮取二升，一次性服用。
又一方：槲树北侧背阴处的白皮一大把，长五寸，用水三升，煮取一升，空腹服用，即可吐出虫体。
各种热毒或蛊毒，导致口鼻出血者，取人粪便尖端七枚，烧至呈火色，放入水中研磨，一次性服用即愈。此法也能解百毒。
各种服药过量导致胸闷混乱者，饮用蓝草汁，用水调和胡粉、地浆、荷汁，用水调和葛粉、粳米沉淀物、干姜、黄连、饴糖、豆豉汁均可解毒。
疮口中入水毒，用炭白灰、胡粉等分，用油脂调和涂抹于疮孔上，水流出来则疼痛停止。
疮口中水肿，方剂同上。
To resolve poisoning from various medicines, Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), juice of *Capsella bursa-pastoris* (Jicai), juice of *Sojae Semen Album* (Da Dou Zhi), juice of *Sojae Semen Rubrum* (Xiao Dou Zhi), juice of *Isatidis Folium* (Lan Zhi), juice of *Isatidis Fructus* (Lan Shi Zhi), and juice of *Isatidis Radix* (Lan Gen Zhi) can all detoxify.
For Realgar (Xionghuang) poisoning, *Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix* (Fangji) can detoxify.
For mineral drug poisoning, *Sojae Semen Album* juice can detoxify.
For gold and silver poisoning, ingesting several taels of Hydrargyrum (Shuiyin) will expel the toxin; duck feces can detoxify; mixing chicken feces juice with water or decocting scallion juice can also detoxify.
For Iron Powder (Tiefen) poisoning, Magnetitum (Cishi) can detoxify.
For *Podophylli Emodii Radix* (Fangkui) poisoning, *Abutiloni Radix* juice can detoxify.
For *Platycodonis Radix* (Jiegeng) poisoning, white rice porridge can detoxify.
For *Kansui Radix* (Gansui) poisoning, *Sojae Semen Album* juice can detoxify.
For *Genkwa Flos* (Yuanhua) poisoning, *Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix* (Fangji), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), and Cinnamomi Ramulus juice (Guizhi Zhi) can all detoxify.
For *Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix* (Daji) poisoning, *Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma* juice can detoxify.
For *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Shujiao) poisoning, *Abutili Semen* juice, Cinnamomi Ramulus juice, *Phaseoli Semen Germinatum* juice (Chi Zhi), human urine, cold water, earth slurry (Di Jiang), garlic, inhaling smoke from burnt chicken feathers, and taking orally mixed with water can all detoxify.
For *Mylabris* (Banmao) and *Lytta* (Yuanqing) poisoning, Porcine Adiposum (Zhuzhi), *Sojae Semen Album* juice, salt, Isatidis Folium juice, and pork bones boiled in salted water can all detoxify.
For *Unio* (Madao) poisoning, clear water can detoxify.
For Prunus armeniaca seed (Xingren) poisoning, Isatidis Fructus juice can detoxify.
For wild taro (Ye Yu) poisoning, earth slurry (Di Jiang) and human feces juice can detoxify.
For poisoning from various fungi, dig a pit, pour water into it, stir until turbid, let it settle, and drink the clarified liquid. This is called Earth Slurry (Di Jiang) and can detoxify.
To resolve Zhen poison (a mythical venomous bird) and all other poisons, if medicinal treatment fails to stop the toxicity, use four liang each of Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) and Mel (Honey), along with one sheng of millet flour. Decoct Radix Glycyrrhizae in five sheng of water until two sheng remain; this can resolve all poisons. Pig feces mixed with water and taken orally can also detoxify. Alternatively, three sheng and three he of water mixed with millet flour and drunk can detoxify.
For Gelsemium (Yege) poisoning, if the patient is dead and jaw-locked, take a section of green bamboo without nodes, place it across both hypochondria and above the umbilicus, pour cold water into it, and replace it when warm. After a short while, the mouth opens, and the poison is resolved.
For mineral drug poisoning, white duck feces and Ginseng Radix juice can both detoxify.
After consuming Datura metel (Langdang), if the patient experiences chest oppression and confusion resembling sudden stroke, drinking Radix Glycyrrhizae juice or Isatidis Folium juice will lead to recovery.
For poisoning by Gelsemium elegans (Gouwen) where death seems imminent, use eight liang of *Capsella bursa-pastoris* (Jicai), chopped, decocted in six sheng of water until three sheng remain. Cool to body temperature, take five he per dose, three times daily and twice at night.
When decocting *Capsella bursa-pastoris*, it should be thick for best results.
Another prescription: Decoct Cinnamomi Ramulus juice and drink it.
Another prescription: Consume the mucus of scallions.
For all poisons, the prescription is the same as above.
For Gu poison: Use three liang each of Qian Cao Gen (Qian Cao) and He Gen (Lotus Root). Chop them, decoct in four sheng of water until two sheng remain, and take in one dose.
Another prescription: Take a large handful of the white inner bark from the north side of the oak tree (Hu Shu), five cun long. Decoct in three sheng of water until one sheng remains. Take on an empty stomach to induce vomiting of worms.
For Gu poison causing bloody stools, the prescription is the same as above.
For various heat toxins or Gu poison causing bleeding from the mouth and nose, take seven pieces of the tip of human feces, burn until red-hot, grind in water, and take in one dose for immediate recovery. This also resolves all poisons.
For poisoning due to overdose of medicines causing chest oppression and confusion, drinking Isatidis Folium juice, or mixing Hu Fen (Lead White) with water, Di Jiang (Earth Slurry), He Ye juice with water, Ge Gen powder with water, Oryza Sativa var. glutinosa sediment (Jing Mi Chen), Rhizoma Zingiberis (Gan Jiang), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huang Lian), Maltose (Yi Tang), and Phaseoli Semen Germinatum juice (Chi Zhi) can all detoxify.
For water toxin entering a wound, mix equal parts of charcoal ash white powder (Tan Bai Hui) and Hu Fen (Lead White), blend with fat, and apply to the wound hole. Pain stops when water flows out.
For edema in wounds, the prescription is the same as above.
For sudden puncture wounds to hands or feet entering water toxin, crush chives and Isatidis Folium and apply to the wound. Apply moxibustion; recovery occurs when heat penetrates thoroughly.
For tetanus with swelling, apply thick Almond Paste (Xingren Gao) and perform distant moxibustion using hemp candles.
