上一十一味，皆捣筛，炼蜜和更捣万杵。每含一丸如弹丸，有津咽之尽，更含之。若食
生冷宿食不消，增一丸。积聚结气呕逆心腹绞痛口干胀酢咽吐呕，皆含之。绝
谷者服之学仙；道士含之益心力，神验。

上六味，捣筛，以铜器重汤上，先纳酥，次下蜡，次下蜜。候消讫，次下诸药，急搅之
勿住手，务令大匀。讫，纳瓷器中密封，勿令泄气。先一日不食，欲服须吃好美食令大饱。
然后绝食，即服二两。二十日后服四两，又二十日服八两，细丸之，以得咽中下为度，第二
度服四两为初，二十日又服八两，又二十日服二两，第三度服八两为初，以后二十日服二两
，又二十日服四两，合二百八十日药成。自余服三丸，将补不服，亦得常以酥蜜消息美酒一
升为佳。又合药须取四时王相，特忌刑杀厌及四激休废等日，大凶。
白蜡（一斤，炼之，凡二升酒为一度，煎却恶物，凡煎五遍） 丹砂（四两，细研） 蜜

上三味，合丸之如小枣大，初一日服三丸，三日服九丸。如此至九日止。
茅山人服质多罗方。（出益州导江县并茂州山中）
此有三种，一者紫花根（八月采），二者黄花根亦黄（四月采），三者白花（九月采）。
上三种功能一种不别，依法采，根干已，捣筛且暖一合，酒和方寸匕，空腹服之。待药
消方食。日一服，不可过之。忌昼日眠睡。三十匕为一剂，一月服。
【济神丸方】
茯神、茯苓、桂心、干姜（各四两）；菖蒲、远志（去除心部）、细辛、白术、人参（各三两）；甘草。
以上十一味药，都捣碎并过筛，用炼过的蜂蜜调和，再捣一万杵。每次含服一丸如弹丸大小，有津液时咽下即止，然后再含服。如果吃了生冷食物或宿食不消化，增加一丸。对于积聚结气、呕吐逆气、心腹绞痛、口干、腹胀、咽喉酸涩呕吐等症状，都含服此药。断食修道的人服用它可以辅助成仙；道士含服它可以增强心力，效果神奇灵验。
【彭祖松脂方】
松脂（五斤，用草木灰汁煮三十遍，用米浆水煮三十遍，用清水煮三十遍）；茯苓（五斤，用草木灰汁煮十遍，用米浆水煮十遍，用清水煮十遍）；生天门冬（五斤，去除心和皮，晒干，捣成粉末）；真牛酥（三斤，炼制三十遍）；白蜜（三斤，煎至泡沫尽去）；蜡（三斤，炼制三十遍）。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛，用铜器在隔水锅上加热，先放入牛酥，其次放入蜡，其次放入蜜。等它们完全融化后，依次放入其他药物，快速搅拌不停手，务必使其混合均匀。完成后，装入瓷器中密封，不要漏气。服药前一天不吃东西，准备服药时要吃好美食让自己吃饱。然后开始断食，立即服用二两。二十天后服用四两，再过二十天服用八两，制成小丸，以能咽下喉咙为度。第二次服用以四两为初始量，二十天后再服八两，又二十天服二两；第三次服用以八两为初始量，以后每二十天服二两，又二十天服四两，合计二百八十日药成。其余时候服用三丸，用来进补而不用于断食，也可以经常配合酥、蜜和美酒一升服用为佳。另外制药必须选择四季中王相吉利的日子，特别忌讳刑杀厌胜以及四激休废等凶日，否则大凶。
【守中方】
白蜡（一斤，炼制，凡是用二升酒作为一次剂量，煎去有害物质，共煎五次）；丹砂（四两，细细研磨）；蜜（一斤，炼制至极纯净）。
以上三味药，合在一起制成如小枣大小的药丸。第一天服用三丸，第三天服用九丸。像这样直到第九天为止。
【茅山人服质多罗方】（出自益州导江县及茂州山中）
此药有三种：一种是紫花根（八月采集），第二种是黄花根也是黄色的（四月采集），第三种是白花（九月采集）。
以上三种药功效相同，没有区别，依法采集，将根茎晾干后，捣碎过筛，每次取暖的一合药粉，用酒调和成一方寸匕的大小，空腹服用。等待药效消散后再进食。每天服用一次，不能超过这个次数。忌讳白天睡觉。三十个方寸匕为一剂，一个月服用完。
[Jishen Pill Formula]
Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Fuling (Poria), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (each 4 liang); Changpu (Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, remove the heart), Xixin (Asarum Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), Renshen (Ginseng Root) (each 3 liang); Gancao (Licorice Root).
The above eleven herbs are all crushed, sifted, mixed with refined honey, and pounded for ten thousand strokes. Contain one pill the size of a bullet in the mouth; when saliva is produced, swallow it completely, then contain another. If raw or cold food or undigested food remains in the stomach, add one more pill. For conditions such as accumulation of qi stagnation, vomiting and regurgitation, severe colic in the heart and abdomen, dry mouth, abdominal distension, sour taste in the throat, and vomiting, contain this pill. Those who practice fasting to cultivate immortality may take it to aid their path; Daoists containing it will benefit their heart spirit, proving highly effective.
[Pengzu Pine Resin Formula]
Songzhi (Pine Resin) (5 jin, boiled thirty times in lye water, thirty times in rice wash water, thirty times in clear water); Fuling (Poria) (5 jin, boiled ten times in lye water, ten times in rice wash water, ten times in clear water); Shengtianmendong (Fresh Asparagus Cochinchinensis Rhizome) (5 jin, remove heart and skin, sun-dry, crush into powder); Zhen Niusu (True Cow Ghee) (3 jin, refined thirty times); Baimi (White Honey) (3 jin, boiled until foam disappears); La (Beeswax) (3 jin, refined thirty times).
The above six ingredients are crushed and sifted. Place them in a copper vessel over a double boiler. First add the ghee, then the wax, then the honey. Wait until they melt completely, then add the other herbs. Stir rapidly without stopping, ensuring thorough uniformity. After completion, place in a porcelain container, seal tightly, and prevent leakage of air. Do not eat on the day before taking the medicine. Before taking the medicine, eat good food to become very full. Then begin fasting and immediately take 2 liang. After twenty days, take 4 liang; after another twenty days, take 8 liang. Form into small pills, with the degree of swallowing through the throat as the standard. The second course begins with 4 liang, takes 8 liang after twenty days, and 2 liang after another twenty days. The third course begins with 8 liang, then takes 2 liang every twenty days, and 4 liang every twenty days thereafter. The medicine is completed after a total of 280 days. In other instances, take three pills for nourishment rather than fasting. Alternatively, one may frequently combine the medicine with ghee, honey, and one sheng of fine wine, which is excellent. Furthermore, the preparation of the medicine must be done on auspicious days corresponding to the ruling elements of the four seasons. It is strictly forbidden to use days associated with punishment, killing, aversion, or the four stagnant/resting/dead phases, as these are extremely inauspicious.
[Shouzhong Pill]
Baila (Refined Beeswax) (1 jin, refined; using two sheng of wine per cycle, boil to remove impurities, repeat five times); Dansha (Cinnabar) (4 liang, finely ground); Mi (Honey) (1 jin, refined to extreme purity).
The above three ingredients are combined and formed into pills the size of small dates. On the first day, take three pills; on the third day, take nine pills. Continue in this manner until the ninth day.

There are three types: one is the root of the purple flower (harvested in August); the second is the root of the yellow flower, which is also yellow (harvested in April); the third is the white flower (harvested in September).
The above three types have identical functions and are indistinguishable in effect. Harvest according to the method, dry the roots and stems, crush and sift. Take one he of warm powder, mix with wine to form a volume of one cun cube, and take on an empty stomach. Wait for the medicinal effect to dissipate before eating. Take once a day, do not exceed this frequency. Avoid sleeping during the day. Thirty cun cubes constitute one dose, to be taken over one month.
