主百痈疽恶疮赤疽，皆先以布揩作疮，以涂之鼻中息肉如大豆纳鼻中，痢血酒服如枣核

上二十七味，各一两，捣筛以成，煎猪脂四升和药，以此为率，三沸三下，纳三指撮盐
其中下之，须服摩之。妊娠妇人勿服。其药绢筛猪膏，腊月当多合，用之神效。别取一升和
鹰屎白三两，调和使熟敷之，灭瘢大验。
主痈疽及恶疮有息肉方∶
猪蹄（一具，治如食法） 白蔹 白芷 野狼牙 芍药（各三两） 黄连 黄芩 大黄 独

上九味，切，以水三斗煮猪蹄，取一斗二升，去蹄纳药，煮取五升，分洗疮，日三，良
治疖肿方∶
生椒 曲末 釜月下土（末之）
上三味，末之，以大醋和敷上，干则易之。
禁痈方∶
咒曰∶痈非痈，疖非疖，土块失痈即灭，三七遍，取一土块摩肿上，敷与病患，男左女
右。
割一切肿方∶
凡人身上有肿，肿在左割左，在右割右，足出少血即消，在足小指下横纹内畔棱上，此
极良。
禁一切肿方∶
凡一切肿亦觉阴，咒曰∶上有太山，下有大海，内有大鱼，主食痈疽，四岳使者，于我
所须，痈疽小鬼，随手消除。急急如律令七遍。
又方∶
取紫檀细研，大醋和之，涂，并治游肿。
疗身体手足卒肿方∶
取驴脂盐末敷之。
又方∶取大醋和蚯蚓矢敷之。
又方∶捣苍耳敷之，冬用子，春用心。
又方∶取大醋和土消末敷之。
主治各种痈疽、恶疮及赤疽，治疗时先用布擦拭患处使其破溃，然后将药膏涂抹于鼻腔内；若为鼻中息肉如大豆大小，则纳入鼻孔中；若为痢疾便血，则用酒送服如枣核大小的药丸；若患痔疮，用棉包裹如梅子大小的药团纳入肛门下部；若患中风，涂擦按摩直至痊愈；妇人崩漏、产后中风均适用。
方剂组成：
乌头、矾石（烧制）、女萎、野狼毒、踯躅、附子、野葛、乌贼骨、皂荚（炙烤）、赤石脂、天雄、黄芩、细辛、白芷、干地黄。
以上二十七味药，各取一两，捣碎过筛制成粉末，煎煮猪脂四升，以此比例为基准，将药粉与猪脂混合，煮沸三次后离火，再放入三指撮量的盐，如此反复操作，最后需服用并外敷按摩。孕妇禁用。将药物用绢筛过滤入猪膏中，腊月时多制作一些，使用效果神奇。另取一升猪膏和三两鹰屎白调和均匀后敷用，对消除瘢痕有显著疗效。
主治痈疽及恶疮伴有息肉的方剂：
猪蹄（一个，按食用方法处理）、白蔹、白芷、野狼牙、芍药（各三两）、黄连、黄芩、大黄、独活（各二两）。
以上九味药，切碎，用三斗水煮猪蹄，取汁一斗二升，去掉猪蹄加入药物，继续煮至剩余五升，分次清洗疮口，每日三次，疗效良好。
以上三味药，研成粉末，用大醋调和后敷在患处，干了就更换。
禁治痈方的咒语：
咒曰：“痈非痈，疖非疖，土块失痈即灭。”念七遍，取一块土块摩擦肿胀处，敷给患者，男性用左手，女性用右手。

Indicated for various carbuncles, ulcers, and red carbuncles. Initially, wipe the affected area with a cloth to induce ulceration, then apply the ointment into the nasal cavity. For nasal polyps the size of a soybean, insert them into the nose; for dysentery with bloody stools, administer orally with wine in pills the size of a jujube pit; for hemorrhoids, wrap a piece of cotton around a plum-sized pellet and insert it into the lower anus; for wind-stroke (Zhong Feng), apply and massage until cured; also indicated for metrorrhagia (Beng Zhong) and postpartum wind-stroke.
Formula:
Aconitum carmichaelii radix preparata (Wutou), Alum (Fan Shi, calcined), Smilax riparia rhizome (Nüwei), Daphne genkwa bark (Ye Langdu), Rhododendron molle flower (Zhi Zhu), Aconitum carmichaelii laterale preparatum (Fuzi), Gnetum gnemon stem (Ye Ge), Sepia endoconcha (Wuzei Gu), Glycyrrhiza uralensis root (Zao Jiao, roasted), Red kaolin (Chishi Zhi), Aconitum kusnezoffii radix preparatum (Tianxiong), Scutellaria baicalensis root (Huangqin), Angelica dahurica root (Baizhi), Rehmannia glutinosa root preparata (Gan Dihuang). Take one qian (liang) of each of the above twenty-seven medicinal materials, crush and sieve into powder. Boar lard (pig fat) four sheng is boiled, mixed with the medicine according to this ratio. Boil three times, remove from heat, add salt equivalent to three fingers' pinch, repeat as necessary. Must be taken internally and applied externally with massage. Pregnant women should not take this. Filter the medicine through silk into the pig lard. Prepare in large quantities during the twelfth lunar month for miraculous efficacy. Alternatively, mix one sheng of lard with three liang of white eagle droppings, blend thoroughly, and apply. This is highly effective for eliminating scars.
Formula for carbuncles and ulcers with polyps:
Pig trotter (one whole, prepared for consumption), Paeonia lactiflora root (Bailian), Angelica dahurica root (Baizhi), Daphne genkva bark (Ye Langya), Paeonia lactiflora root (Shaoyao) — each three liang; Coptis chinensis rhizome (Huanglian), Scutellaria baicalensis root (Huangqin), Rheum palmatum root (Dahuang), Angelica pubescens root (Duhuo) — each two liang.
Cut the above nine medicinal materials. Boil the pig trotter in three dou of water until reduced to one dou two sheng. Remove the trotter, add the herbs, and boil until five sheng remain. Use the decoction to wash the sores three times daily for good results.
Formula for treating boils:
Fresh Sichuan pepper (Sheng Jiao), Yeast residue (Qu Mo), Soil from under the cooking pot (Fuyue Xia Tu, powdered).
Powder the above three ingredients, mix with strong vinegar, and apply to the affected area. Replace when dry.
Spell to suppress carbuncles:
Chant: "Carbuncle is not carbuncle, boil is not boil, if the earth block loses the carbuncle, it will vanish." Chant seven times. Take an earth block and rub it over the swelling, then apply it to the patient. Men use the left hand, women use the right hand.
Method for cutting all swellings:
For any swelling on the body, cut on the left if the swelling is on the left, and on the right if on the right. Allow a small amount of blood to flow out from the foot to reduce the swelling. The incision site is at the edge of the transverse crease under the little toe. This method is excellent.
Spell to suppress all swellings:
When feeling yin-coldness in any swelling, chant: "Above is Mount Tai, below is the vast sea, inside are big fish that feed on carbuncles and ulcers. Messengers of the Four Mountains, fulfill my request. Little demons of carbuncles and ulcers, eliminate them instantly. Execute immediately as per law." Chant seven times.
Another formula:
Grind Purple Sandalwood (Zitan) finely, mix with strong vinegar, and apply. Also treats wandering swellings.
Formula for sudden swelling of the body, hands, and feet:
Apply donkey fat mixed with salt powder.
Another formula:
Mix earthworm feces with strong vinegar and apply.
Another formula:
Crush Xanthium sibiricum (Cangerzi) and apply. Use seeds in winter, hearts (pith/stem core) in spring.
Another formula:
Mix soil ash (Tu Xiao) with strong vinegar and apply.
