方九首
治五瘿方∶
取鹿靥酒渍令没，火炙干，纳于酒中，更炙令香，含咽汁，味尽更易，尽十具，即愈。
又方∶
小麦面（一斤） 特生 石（十两，烧） 海藻（一斤）
上三味，取三年酢一升渍小麦面曝干，更浸令酢尽，各捣为散，每服两方寸匕，日四五
服，药含乃咽之。忌姜辛猪鱼生菜辛菜，吹火、读诵及大语用气。
又方∶
昆布（三两） 海蛤（二两） 松萝（二两） 海藻（三两） 白蔹（二两） 通草（二
两） 桂心
（二两）
上七味，捣为散，每以酒服方寸匕，日三服。
又方∶
小麦（一升） 醋（一升，夜浸昼曝） 昆布（洗） 海藻（洗，各二两）
上三味，捣为散，食后饮服方寸匕，日三，以瘥为度。
又方∶
昆布（一两） 海藻（一两） 海蛤（二两） 半夏（一两，洗） 细辛（一两） 土
瓜（一两）
松萝（一两） 通草（二两） 白蔹（二两） 龙胆（二两）
上一十味，捣筛，酒服方寸匕，日再，不得作生活劳动也。
又方∶
昆布（二两）
上一味，切如指大，酢渍含咽，汁尽，愈。
又方∶
海藻（一斤） 小麦面（一升）
上二味，以三年酢一升，以溲面末曝干，往反令酢尽，合捣散，酒服方寸匕，日三。忌
怒。
陷脉散主二十三十年瘿瘤及骨瘤、石瘤、肉瘤、脓瘤、血瘤，或大如杯盂，十年不瘥，
致有漏溃，令人骨消肉尽，或坚或软或溃，令人惊惕寐卧不安，体中掣缩，愈而复发。治之
方∶（《千金》云陷肿散。）
乌贼鱼骨（一分） 白石英（半两） 石硫黄（一分） 紫石英（半两） 钟乳（半两，

姜（一两） 丹参（三分） 琥珀（一两） 大黄（一两） 蜀附子（一两，炮去皮）
上一十味，捣为散，贮以韦囊，勿令泻气，若疮湿即敷，无汁者以猪膏和敷之，日三四
，以干为度，若汁不尽者，至五剂十剂止，勿惜意不作也，着药令人不疼痛，若不消，加芒
硝二两，益佳。（《千金》有胡燕屎一两）。
治瘿方∶

上一十二味，各捣下筛以酱清牛羊髓脂丸之，一服三丸如梧子，日一服。
方剂第九首：
治疗五种瘿病的方子：
取鹿的甲状腺（鹿靥），用酒浸泡至没过药材，用火烤干，再放入酒中，再次烤至香气四溢，含在口中咽下其汁液，味道淡了则更换新的，用完十个鹿甲状腺，病即可痊愈。
另一个方子：
小麦面（一斤） 特生石（十两，烧制） 海藻（一斤）
以上三味药，取一升三年的陈醋浸泡小麦面，晒至干燥，再次浸泡直至醋味耗尽，将各药捣碎成散剂，每次服用一方寸匕大小的量，每天服用四五次，药物含在口中后再咽下。忌食姜、辛辣食物、猪肉、鱼类、生菜及辛辣蔬菜，避免吹火、诵读以及大声说话耗气。
又一个方子：
昆布（三两） 海蛤（二两） 松萝（二两） 海藻（三两） 白蔹（二两） 通草（二两） 桂心（二两）
以上七味药，捣碎成散剂，每次用酒送服一方寸匕大小的量，每天服用三次。
又一个方子：
小麦（一升） 醋（一升，夜间浸泡白天晾晒） 昆布（洗净） 海藻（洗净，各二两）
以上三味药，捣碎成散剂，饭后用温水送服一方寸匕大小的量，每天三次，以病愈为标准。
又一个方子：
昆布（一两） 海藻（一两） 海蛤（二两） 半夏（一两，洗净） 细辛（一两） 土瓜（一两） 松萝（一两） 通草（二两） 白蔹（二两） 龙胆（二两）
以上十味药，捣碎过筛，用酒送服一方寸匕大小的量，每天两次，期间不得从事体力劳动。
又一个方子：
昆布（二两）
以上一味药，切成手指粗细的大小，用醋浸泡后含在口中咽下其汁液，汁液耗尽，病即痊愈。
又一个方子：
海藻（一斤） 小麦面（一升）
以上两味药，用一升三年的陈醋调和面粉末，晒至干燥，反复操作直至醋味耗尽，混合捣碎成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕大小的量，每天三次。忌恼怒。
陷脉散主治患二十至三十年的瘿瘤以及骨瘤、石瘤、肉瘤、脓瘤、血瘤，有的大如杯盂，十年不愈，导致溃烂穿孔，使人骨骼消瘦肌肉枯尽，肿块或坚硬或柔软或溃破，使人惊恐不安、睡眠不宁，身体抽搐拘挛，治愈后又复发。治疗此病的方子：（《千金要方》中称为陷肿散。）
乌贼鱼骨（一分） 白石英（半两） 石硫黄（一分） 紫石英（半两） 钟乳粉（半两，研粉） 干姜（一两） 丹参（三分） 琥珀（一两） 大黄（一两） 蜀附子（一两，炮制去皮）
以上十味药，捣碎成散剂，贮存在皮囊中，不要漏气，如果疮口湿润就直接敷药，如果没有渗出液的，用猪油调和后外敷，每天三四次，以干燥为标准，如果渗液不尽，用到五剂或十剂为止，不要吝惜心意而不制作，用药后令人不感到疼痛，如果肿块不消，加入芒硝二两，效果更好。（《千金要方》中有胡燕屎一两）。
治疗瘿病的方子：
菖蒲（二两） 海蛤（一两） 白蔹（一两） 续断（一两） 海藻（一两） 松萝（一两） 桂心（一两） 蜀椒（一两，出汗，去掉目和闭口的颗粒） 羊甲状腺（羊靥，二百枚，烤制） 神曲（三两） 半夏（一两，洗净） 倒挂草（一两）
以上十二味药，分别捣碎过筛，用酱清、牛髓或羊脂制成丸药，每次服用三丸，大小如梧桐子，每天服用一次。
Formula No. 9:
Formulas for treating the five types of Ying (Goiter):
Take deer thyroid gland (Lu Ye), soak it in wine until submerged, roast it over fire until dry, then place it back into the wine and roast again until fragrant. Hold it in the mouth and swallow the juice; replace with a new one when the flavor fades. After using ten deer thyroid glands, the disease will be cured.
Another formula:
Triticum aestivum flour (Wheat flour) (1 jin), Te Sheng Shi (calcined mineral stone) (10 liang), Sargassum (Haizao) (1 jin).
Take these three ingredients, soak the wheat flour in 1 sheng of three-year-old vinegar, sun-dry it, and soak again until the vinegar flavor is exhausted. Grind each ingredient into a powder. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) per dose, four to five times daily. Hold the medicine in the mouth before swallowing. Avoid ginger, pungent foods, pork, fish, raw vegetables, and spicy greens. Avoid blowing on fires, reciting texts, or speaking loudly which consumes Qi.
Another formula:
Laminaria (Kunbu) (3 liang), Arca grata (Hai Ge) (2 liang), Usnea (Songluo) (2 liang), Sargassum (Haizao) (3 liang), Ampelopsis japonica (Bailian) (2 liang), Tetrapanax papyriferus stem (Tongcao) (2 liang), Cinnamon twig heart (Guixin) (2 liang).
Grind these seven ingredients into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine per dose, three times daily.
Another formula:
Triticum aestivum (Wheat) (1 sheng), Vinegar (1 sheng, soaked at night and exposed during the day), Laminaria (Kunbu) (washed), Sargassum (Haizao) (washed, 2 liang each).
Grind these three ingredients into a powder. Take one fangcun bi after meals with warm water, three times daily. Continue until recovery.
Another formula:
Laminaria (Kunbu) (1 liang), Sargassum (Haizao) (1 liang), Arca grata (Hai Ge) (2 liang), Pinellia ternata (Banxia) (1 liang, washed), Asarum (Xixin) (1 liang), Citrullus chinensis root (Tugua) (1 liang), Usnea (Songluo) (1 liang), Tetrapanax papyriferus stem (Tongcao) (2 liang), Ampelopsis japonica (Bailian) (2 liang), Gentiana scabra (Longdan) (2 liang).
Grind and sieve these ten ingredients. Take one fangcun bi with wine, twice daily. Do not engage in physical labor during treatment.
Another formula:
Laminaria (Kunbu) (2 liang).
Cut this single ingredient into pieces the size of a finger. Soak in vinegar, hold in the mouth, and swallow the juice. The disease is cured when the juice is exhausted.
Another formula:
Sargassum (Haizao) (1 jin), Triticum aestivum flour (Wheat flour) (1 sheng).
Mix the wheat flour with 1 sheng of three-year-old vinegar, sun-dry, and repeat until the vinegar flavor is fully absorbed. Grind together into a powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine, three times daily. Avoid anger.
Xianmai San (Depressurizing Meridian Powder) treats goiters lasting twenty to thirty years, as well as bone tumors, stone tumors, flesh tumors, pus tumors, and blood tumors. Some may be as large as cups or bowls, persisting for ten years without healing, leading to ulceration and perforation. This causes emaciation of bones and muscles, with masses that are hard, soft, or ulcerated, causing fright, restlessness, insomnia, muscle spasms, and recurrence after cure. Formula for treatment: (referred to as Xianzhong San in Qianjin Yao Fang.)
Sepia shell (Wuzhou Yu Gu) (1 fen), White quartz (Baishiyin) (0.5 liang), Native sulfur (Shi Liuhuang) (1 fen), Purple quartz (Zishiyin) (0.5 liang), Stalactite powder (Zhongru) (0.5 liang, powdered), Dried ginger (Ganjiang) (1 liang), Salvia miltiorrhiza (Danshen) (3 fen), Amber (Hupo) (1 liang), Rhubarb (Dahuang) (1 liang), Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root prepared (Shu Fuzi) (1 liang, processed and peeled).
Grind these ten ingredients into a powder. Store in a leather pouch to prevent leakage of volatile components. If the sore is moist, apply directly; if there is no exudate, mix with lard (pig fat) for application. Apply three to four times daily until dry. If exudate persists, use up to five or ten doses. Do not hesitate to prepare the medicine. The medication should be painless. If the mass does not subside, add Mirabilite (Mangxiao) 2 liang for better effect. (Qianjin Yao Fang includes Hydrochous gigas droppings [Hu Yanshi] 1 liang.)
Formula for treating Ying:
Acorus tatarinowii rhizome (Changpu) (2 liang), Arca grata (Hai Ge) (1 liang), Ampelopsis japonica (Bailian) (1 liang), Drynaria fortunei (Xuduan) (1 liang), Sargassum (Haizao) (1 liang), Usnea (Songluo) (1 liang), Cinnamon twig heart (Guixin) (1 liang), Zanthoxylum bungeanum (Shujiao) (1 liang, sweat-processed, removing eyes and closed seeds), Sheep thyroid gland (Yang Ye) (200 pieces, roasted), Medicated leaven (Shenqu) (3 liang), Pinellia ternata (Banxia) (1 liang, washed), Hanging grass (Daogua Cao) (1 liang).
Grind and sieve each of these twelve ingredients separately. Mix with soy sauce essence, beef marrow, or sheep fat to form pills. Take three pills the size of wutong seeds once daily.
